Claims (16)
- 近位端部分と遠位端部分とを有するハウジングと、
患者の腹壁に形成された切開を通じて少なくとも部分的に延在するように適合及び構成された、前記ハウジングの前記遠位端から遠位に延在するアクセス・チューブであって、切開からの脱落を抑制する直径が拡大した遠位部分を備えるアクセス・チューブと、
を含む、手術用アクセス装置。 - 前記アクセス・チューブが、双曲線形の断面形状を有し、かつ三次元では回転双曲面としての形状を有する、請求項1に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・チューブが、可撓性である、請求項1に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス・チューブが、可撓性開創器を含む、請求項1に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記可撓性開創器が、前記ハウジングに画定された溝に着座する近位リングを含み、前記近位リング内の内部フープ応力によって前記リングが前記溝内に維持される、請求項4に記載の手術装置。
- 前記ハウジング内にプレナム・チャンバが画定され、前記プレナム・チャンバが、少なくとも1つのノズルと流体連通し、加圧流体を前記プレナム・チャンバから前記アクセス・チューブの中心穴へと軸方向に誘導することにより、そこを通じて挿入された手術器具の周りに一定のガス・シールを設け、同時にそこを通じた体腔からの加圧流体の損失を抑制するように構成され、及び前記プレナム・チャンバが、加圧流体を受け取り、前記加圧流体を前記少なくとも1つのノズルに導くように適合及び構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記プレナム・チャンバが、加圧流体の供給源と連通するための入口ポートを有する、請求項6に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハウジング内に圧力検知チャンバが画定され、前記患者の腹腔と流体連通して腹圧の検知を促進するように適合及び構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記圧力検知チャンバが、接続されたシステムの圧力センサと連通するための出口ポートを有する、請求項8に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記検知チャンバが、前記手術用アクセス装置の前記アクセス・チューブに画定された検知チャネルと流体連通している、請求項7に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記ノズルが、前記近位ハウジング内に配置されたノズル・インサートの外周と、前記近位ハウジング内に配置された環状のインサートの内周との間に形成された間隙によって画定される、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記アクセス装置において前記ハウジングと下側インサートとの間に画定された再循環チャンバをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記下側インサートに形成された座部に配置される封止要素をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、壁を有するルーメンを画定し、さらに前記壁が、前記ルーメンと前記再循環チャンバとの間に、ガスが前記再循環チャンバに入ることを可能にする1つ又は複数の開口114を画定する、請求項12又は13に記載の手術用アクセス装置。
- 前記ハウジングと前記アクセス・チューブとが、互いに切り離し可能である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の手術装置。
- 前記装置の内部構成要素が、リテーナによって前記ハウジング内に保持される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の手術装置。
