Claims (8)
- 1つ以上の電池セルからなるセルモジュールアセンブリーの電池セルの電圧を測定するための電圧センシングモジュールと電気的に連結され、前記電池セルの電極と電気的に接触する接触パッドであって、
前記接触パッドは、伝導性有機弾性体の材質からなることを特徴とするセルモジュールアセンブリーの電圧センシングのための接触パッド。 - 前記接触パッドは、
前記電池セルの電極が嵌合する結合手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリーの電圧センシングのための接触パッド。 - 前記結合手段は、内面が内側に斜めに形成され、前記電池セルの電極に対応する間隔を有する嵌合部が斜めの内面に延設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリーの電圧センシングのための接触パッド。
- 前記結合手段は、
前記嵌合部の内側に備えられ、嵌合する電池セルの電極に電気的に接触して外部バランシング電流が流れ込む金属材質の接触部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリーの電圧センシングのための接触パッド。 - 内部に空間が形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部空間に設けられる1つ以上の電池セルと、
前記電池セルの電圧を測定するための電圧センシングモジュールと電気的に連結され、前記電池セルの電極と電気的に接触する接触パッドと、を含み、
前記接触パッドは、伝導性有機弾性体の材質からなることを特徴とするセルモジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記接触パッドは、
前記電池セルの電極が嵌合する結合手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記結合手段は、内面が内側に斜めに形成され、前記電池セルの電極に対応する間隔を有する嵌合部が斜めの内面に延設されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記結合手段は、
前記嵌合部の内側に備えられ、嵌合する電池セルの電極に電気的に接触して外部バランシング電流が流れ込む金属材質の接触部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセルモジュールアセンブリー。
