Description
Claims (12)
- 車両搭載のシステム内の排気ガスの汚染を制御するための液体をポンプ送りするように意図された回転ポンプであって、ロータ(4)と、主内部容積を境界付ける壁部を備え、かつ前記ポンプ用の出口パイプを組み込んだケーシングに配置されるステータ(5)と、前記ケーシングの前記主内部容積内に配置される圧力センサ(2)とを備える回転ポンプ。
- 前記ケーシングが、液体を含まず、かつ漏密である1つのチャンバと、液体が存在する1つのチャンバとに分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ロータが、上方壁部(1’)を備える固定ハウジング(1)に収容された磁気ロータ(4)であり、前記圧力センサ(2)が前記ハウジング(1)の前記上方壁部(1’)に締結される、請求項1又は2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ポンプが、機械的ポンプ要素(9)及び前記磁気ロータ(4)の両方に取り付けられた回転アクスル(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ポンプが、前記ポンプ要素(9)及び少なくとも1つの電子基板(3)を取り囲むフィルタ(7)を備えることと、前記ポンプが、下方チャンバ(13)及びカバー(12)を備えるケーシングによって取り囲まれることと、前記下方チャンバ(13)が、
− 前記ステータ(5)及び前記電子基板(3)を取り囲むシールされたチャンバを、前記カバー(12)及び前記ハウジング(1)と共に形成する上方部分(14)と、
− 前記フィルタ(7)及び前記機械的ポンプ要素(9)を取り囲む下方部分(6)と、
を備えることと、を特徴とする、請求項4に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ハウジング(1)が、ねじ接続部(15)を介して下方チャンバ(13)に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のポンプ。
- 前記電子基板(3)が前記上方部分(14)に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のポンプ。
- 前記圧力センサ(2)が、測定要素(2”)及び電子基板(2’)を備えることと、前記電子基板(2’)及び前記測定要素(2”)が前記ハウジング(1)に固定されることと、を特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記圧力センサ(2)が、測定要素(2”)及び電子基板(2’)を備えることと、前記測定要素(2”)が前記ハウジング(1)の壁部に締結され、前記電子基板(2’)が前記ポンプを制御するための前記電子基板(3)に組み込まれることと、を特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載のポンプが液浸される排気ガス汚染制御液体用のタンクにおいて、前記ポンプケーシングが、下方部分に少なくとも1つの開口部を有するベルの形状の部分を備え、前記ベルが、前記ベルの内面と前記フィルタ(7)の外面との間に環状空洞を形成するように位置決めされ、その環状空洞を介して前記液体をフィルタ(7)を通して吸い上げることができることを特徴とするタンク。
- 前記ポンプが、前記タンク内に液浸されたベースプレート(11)に組み込まれることと、前記ポンプケーシングの前記下方部分(13)が、前記ベースプレート(11)と一体に成形されるベースが設けられた略円筒状の壁部を備えることと、を特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタンク。
- 水/尿素共晶溶液を使用するSCRシステム(車両の排気ガス内のNOxを選択的に触媒還元するためのシステム)における、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ、又は請求項10又は11に記載のタンクの使用。
