Claims (11)
- 患者の組織部位を治療するための減圧送達システムであって:
前記患者の組織部位に対する治療を実施するように構成される電気機械部品と;
当該電気機械部品と接続され、かつ前記組織部位に対する前記治療を実施又は変更するように、前記電気機械部品を動作させるべく構成される演算処理装置と;
前記組織部位に治療を送達するように構成される少なくとも1の導管と;
前記組織部位からの1以上の滲出液の特徴を感知するように構成され、かつ、感知した前記1以上の滲出液の特徴を示すデータを伝達するように更に構成される微小電気機械システム(MEMS)デバイスと;
を具え、前記演算処理装置が、前記MEMSデバイスから前記データを受信し、かつ前記患者の組織部位に対する前記治療を前記少なくとも1の導管を介して前記電気機械部品で実施するように構成されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記電気機械部品が少なくとも1のバルブと少なくとも1のポンプとを具え、当該少なくとも1のポンプが前記組織部位に対し減圧を印加するように構成され、前記組織部位に対する前記減圧の印加又は変更が可能及び不可能になるように、前記少なくとも1のバルブが構成されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項2に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記少なくとも1のポンプが前記組織部位に対し治療液の送達又は変更を行うように更に構成され、前記組織部位に対する前記治療液の塗布又は変更が可能及び不可能になるように、前記少なくとも1のバルブが構成されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記MEMSデバイスが前記演算処理装置と無線接続されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記MEMSデバイスが前記滲出液のpHレベルを感知するように構成されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが、前記少なくとも1の導管と流体連結されるドレッシング剤を更に具え、前記MEMSデバイスが前記組織部位の前記1以上の滲出液の特徴を感知したときに、前記ドレッシング剤内に配置されることを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記治療が少なくとも1の治療液を含むことを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧送達システムが、前記演算処理装置と接続される電子ディスプレイを更に具え、前記演算処理装置が前記電子ディスプレイ上にグラフィカルユーザインタフェース(GUI)を生成及び表示するように更に構成され、前記GUIが前記組織部位からの前記滲出液の特徴的なレベルを示す表示を含むことを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項8に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記1以上の滲出液の特徴が化学的特徴を含むことを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 請求項8に記載の減圧送達システムにおいて、前記1以上の滲出液の特徴が生物学的マーカーを含むことを特徴とする減圧送達システム。
- 患者の組織から滲出液を引き抜き、前記組織を治療するための減圧療法システムであって、当該減圧療法システムが:
前記組織に対し真空及び治療液を送達するように前記組織と流体連結されるドレッシング剤と;
前記組織に対し前記真空及び前記治療液を送達するように前記ドレッシング剤と流体連結される一方の端部を有する、少なくとも1の導管と;
送達信号に応じて、第1の状態で前記組織に対し前記真空を提供し、第2の状態で前記組織に対し前記治療液を提供するように、前記少なくとも1の導管の他方の端部に連結される作動デバイスと;
前記組織を治療するための所定の療法に応じて、前記第1の状態の間に前記真空の印加又は変更を行い、前記第2の状態の間に送達信号の印加又は変更を行うように、前記作動デバイスと電気接続される演算処理装置と;
前記滲出液の特徴を感知し、前記滲出液の特徴に関連する特徴的なデータを生成するように前記組織と流体連結され、かつ、前記特徴的なデータを送信するように前記演算処理装置と電気接続されるMEMSデバイスと;
を具え、前記演算処理装置が、前記所定の療法による前記特徴的なデータの分析に応じて、前記作動デバイスに対する前記送達信号の印加又は変更を行うことを特徴とする減圧療法システム。
