Claims (20)
- 患者の心臓内の心拍出量を確定する方法であって、
前記患者の肺動脈内に配置された圧力センサを使用して動脈圧力波形を検知すること、
前記動脈圧力波形の前記収縮期部分を識別すること、
心周期の開始を識別し、前記動脈圧力波形の前記収縮期部分を前記心周期の開始に関係付けること、
前記動脈圧力波形を使用して肺動脈弁の弁閉鎖時間を識別すること、
前記動脈圧力波形の前記収縮期部分および前記肺動脈の弁閉鎖時間を使用して一回拍出量を推定すること、および、
前記推定された一回拍出量に少なくとも部分的に基づいて心拍出量の値を取得することを含む、方法。 - 前記動脈圧力波形からの拡張期肺動脈圧力の推定値に基づいて前記心臓内の左心房充満圧を確定することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記動脈圧力波形の前記収縮期部分を識別することは、前記動脈圧力波形から前記左心房充満圧を減算することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記心周期の開始を識別することは、前記動脈圧力波形から血圧の増加を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記監視デバイスは埋め込み型医療デバイスである、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記埋め込み型医療デバイスはパルス発生器である、請求項18に記載のシステム。
