Claims (13)
- 粉末状プラスチック材料を金型または反応型に入れ、そこで焼結法で、好ましくは回転焼結によって溶融し、この場合、成形表皮材(1)が複数の機能層または支持体層(10、11、12、13、14)からなる少なくとも1つの面状の電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)を有し、この電界発光素子がプラスチック表皮材(1)に埋め込まれている、および/またはプラスチック表皮材によって覆われている、コーティングされた物品の表面被覆材としてのオフツールのプラスチック成形表皮材(1)を製造するための方法において、
前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)の外側の前記機能層または支持体層(14)が、前記成形表皮材(1)の前記粉末状プラスチック材料と実質的に同一であるプラスチック材料を用いて製造されることと、前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)の外側の前記機能層または支持体層(14)がまだ完全に硬化および冷却されていない前記成形表皮材に載せられ、かつこの成形表皮材に連結されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)が前記成形表皮材のプラスチック材料と同じプラスチック材料からなる外側の前記機能層または支持体層(14)と共に先ず最初に別個に製造され、その後多層フィルムとして、まだ完全に硬化しておらずまだ金型内にある前記成形表皮材(1)に載せられ、かつこの成形表皮材に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)のいろいろな層が、前記成形表皮材(1)のためにも使用される同じプラスチック材料からなるベースフィルム(14)上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)のいろいろな層が、まだ完全に硬化しておらずまだ金型内にある前記成形表皮材(1)上に順々に被覆形成され、かつこの成形表皮材に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- まだ金型内にある前記成形表皮材(1)が少なくとも110°Cに冷却されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- いろいろな前記層が印刷法によって順々に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- いろいろな前記層がペースト系を塗布することによって順々に製造されることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)と前記プラスチック成形表皮材(1)との間に、拡散抵抗層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)と前記プラスチック表皮材(1)との間に、前記プラスチック表皮材(1)と前記電界発光素子との間のハロゲン化反応を防止する層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)を取付けた後で、この電界発光素子が塗料またはプラスチック材料からなる層によって、好ましくは前記成形表皮材(1)のようなプラスチック材料によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)を取付けた後で、前記成形表皮材(1)に発泡材が裏付けされることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電界発光素子(5、6、7、8)の領域の前記成形表皮材(1)が透けて見えるほど、前記成形表皮材(1)のプラスチック材料が薄く着色されて製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
