Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device, and is particularly suitable for use in a plant factory, imparts optimum growth conditions and economic conditions for plant cultivation, and is also suitable for plant cultivation in deserts and dry areas with little water. It is used.
Many plant cultivation apparatuses have been proposed in the past, and among them, the mist cultivation method proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-104377 and the like sprays mist containing nutrient solution on the cultivated plant. This type of fog cultivation method has advantages such as an increase in nutrient solution absorption rate and rapid growth, as well as automation and labor saving.
However, in the fog cultivation of the said
This invention is made | formed in view of the said problem, makes it possible to supply a nutrient solution suitable for a cultivation plant, and makes it a subject to enable farming using a plant cultivation apparatus.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention sprays a nutrient solution as a mist having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less as measured by a laser method into a hollow cultivation box in which the root of a cultivated plant hangs down. With a mist supply means that fills almost evenly,
The humidity in the cultivation box is determined according to the volume of the cultivation box based on data obtained by measuring in advance the correlation between the spray amount and flow rate of the mist, the volume of the cultivation box, and the humidity in the cultivation box. There is provided a plant cultivation apparatus comprising a control device that sets and supplies a fog spray amount so as to be in a near-saturated state.
When the inside of the cultivation box is in a near saturation state, the entire inside of the cultivation box, that is, not only the fog generation means side of the cultivation box but also the entire inside of the cultivation box including the opposite side is uniformly cloudy with the fog of nutrient solution. Refers to becoming a state.
Since the present invention is mainly intended for farming, for example, a large cultivation box having a length of 6 m, a width of 1 m, and a height of 0.4 m is preferably used as the cultivation box. Cultivation so that an ultrafine mist (so-called dry fog) with an average particle size of 10 μm or less is uniformly filled in the hollow of this large cultivation box to be in a saturated state and can be maintained. The amount of spray supplied according to the volume of the box is set. The correlation between the volume of the cultivation box, the spray amount, and the humidity is measured in advance, and the spray amount is set based on the measurement data.
That is, in the plant cultivation apparatus of the present invention, from the measurement data of the relative relationship between the volume of the cultivation box measured in advance and the spray amount, the amount of spray at which the cultivation box having the required volume is in a nearly saturated state is obtained, and the cultivation box The spray amount of mist obtained inside is supplied.
And when a cultivation box is a large-sized box, in order to fill a mist equally inside a box, it is necessary to provide a required flow rate to the sprayed mist. Therefore, when the cultivation box is large, a fan is installed and a required flow rate is given to the mist for measurement. In addition, a fan is not essential if the cultivation box can be filled with mist evenly at the flow rate of the mist supplied by the cultivation box in a relatively small size.
As described above, the nutrient solution supplied and filled in the cultivation box is an ultrafine mist having an average particle size of 10 μm or less, so-called dry fog. Specifically, the average particle diameter of the mist is measured at a position 30 cm from the nozzle nozzle using a laser diffraction method.
The reason for the ultra fine mist is that the inside of the large cultivation box can be brought into a near saturated state with the mist of nutrient solution. That is, mist particles having a large particle diameter easily fall, and the particle diameter is enlarged due to the adhesion agglomeration effect between the particles, thereby facilitating the fall, making it difficult to float the mist particles in the air. Therefore, the smaller the particle size, the larger the cultivation box that can be made into a near-saturated space, and more economical farming becomes possible.
The mist supply means includes a mist spray nozzle, and a fan that imparts a required wind speed and direction to the mist sprayed from the nozzle to uniformly fill the mist in the cultivation box, the nozzle being a nutrient solution It is preferable that the nozzle is composed of a two-fluid nozzle for mixing and spraying air and air, and spraying from the nozzle is performed intermittently or continuously by automatic or manual switching operation.
As a mist supply means for supplying the ultrafine mist into the cultivation box and filling the hollow of the cultivation box, a nozzle for injecting nutrient solution, a centrifugal spraying machine for cultivating the nutrient solution by centrifugation, Examples include filter cloth sprayers that finely spray the liquid through a filter cloth, but the nozzle is the easiest to control the spray amount and can be installed easily and inexpensively. Yes. And since the average particle diameter of fog can be made small and the amount of spraying can be increased, the two-fluid nozzle which mixes and sprays the nutrient solution using pressure air and air is employ | adopted. In the two-fluid nozzle, the two-fluid nozzle capable of generating ultrafine mist is 3 liter / hour, and the economical maximum spray amount is 3 liter / hour.
Further, spraying from the nozzle is performed by a simple opening / closing switching operation of turning spraying on and spraying off, thereby simplifying the configuration and preventing malfunctions.
The specific correlation among the volume of the cultivation box, the spray amount, the spraying speed, and the humidity is cultivated for a volume of 2.4 m 3 under the condition that the flow rate of mist in the cultivation box is 0.5 m / second or more. It is preferable to set the fog spray amount in the range of 0.7 to 3.0 liters / hour so that the humidity of the box is 97% or more and 100% or less.
The reason why the volume of the cultivation box is 2.4 m 3 is based on the volume of the large cultivation box having a length of 6 m, a width of 1 m, and a height of 0.4 m.
The conventional nozzle used as a nozzle capable of spraying a relatively fine mist having an average particle size of 30 μm or less is 0.5 liter to 1 liter / hour, but the two-fluid nozzle used in the present invention is 3 liters. / The one that can spray a fine mist in time is used.
Needless to say, it is not limited to 2.4 m 3 , in other words, when it is smaller than 2.4 m 3 , it is preferable to set the range of 0.3 to 1.25 liters / hour per 1 m 3 of volume. .
The humidity in the cultivation box is 97% or more and 100% or less within the range of the near saturation state. However, depending on the type of plant and the growth state, the humidity may exceed 100% instantaneously and in a short period of time. This case is also included in the near saturation state. In addition, when it becomes supersaturated, a droplet will drip below the cultivation box, and there is no problem which gives a nutrient solution excessively to a cultivation plant.
The number of the nozzles and fans installed in the cultivation box may be increased to increase the volume of the cultivation box while maintaining the humidity of the cultivation box in the range of 97% to 100%.
Furthermore, the set humidity in the cultivation box is changed from 97% to 100% according to the growth of the cultivated plant, and the mist spray amount is changed in the set range so as to be the set humidity. preferable.
In addition, it is preferable to increase the nutrient solution supply amount according to the growth of the cultivated plant in the range of 97% to 100%. However, in order to increase the sugar content during the growth, the nutrient solution supply amount should be reduced. On the other hand, it is preferable to reduce it to 97% or less during growth.
The top opening of the cultivation box is closed with a support material that float-supports the boundary between the root part and the ground part of the cultivated plant to form the hollow part, and the nozzle is formed on the inner surface on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the cultivation box. Installed and sprayed toward the other end side, and the sprayed plate rocks the root of the cultivated plant, and the inclined plate inclined upward from the one end side to the other end side provides a gap with the inner surface of the box The fan is installed at least on the inner surface of the box on the other end side, and after the spray from the nozzle circulates to the other end along the upper surface of the inclined plate, the inclination is changed downward at the other end. It is preferable to circulate along the lower surface of the plate.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the nutrient solution remaining at the bottom of the cultivation box is collected in a nutrient solution tank and mixed with a new nutrient solution to form a resprayed nutrient solution.
In the plant cultivation apparatus of the present invention, salad vegetables, leaf lettuce, baby leaves, Mizuna, large leaves, leaf vegetables such as cake cabbage, fruit vegetables such as tomatoes, strawberries, melons, mangoes, root vegetables such as potatoes, radishes, beans, strawberries, wheat It is possible to cultivate grains such as rice and the like, and it is also possible to cultivate florets.
In the plant cultivation device of the present invention, the correlation between the volume of the cultivation box, the spray amount and flow rate of the mist supplied into the cultivation box, and the humidity in the cultivation box is measured in advance, The spray amount is set so that the humidity of the cultivation box is in a near saturation state based on the data, and spraying is performed continuously or intermittently at the set spray amount.
And since the dry particle | grain with an average particle diameter of 10 micrometers or less is supplied and filled in the hollow part of the cultivation box which hangs down the root part of a cultivation plant, it can always hold | maintain the inside of a large cultivation box in a near-saturated state. it can. Therefore, since dense planting and continuous cropping are possible, a cultivated plant can be grown rapidly in large quantities, and it can be used suitably as a cultivation apparatus for farming.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a plant cultivation device of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As described above, the electromagnetic on-off
The amount of spray from the
In the measurement test of the correlation of the volume, humidity, spray amount and spray speed of the cultivation box, the
The measurement conditions were changed to the
The humidity change in the
And it was found that the humidity inside the box can be increased by increasing the number of fans installed.
Therefore, when the length of the
In addition, also when the experiment which made the spraying quantity from the
In this embodiment, based on the experimental data of FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, 0.7-3 liters / hour, preferably 1.2-2.4 liters / hour, in a cultivation box with a volume of 2.4 m 3. Spraying is performed for a range of time.
Specifically, using a
Moreover, after the cultivated plant reaches the predetermined required growth, it is continuously sprayed from the time of harvest until the harvest time, and spraying is performed at 2.4 liters / hour. In addition, the intermittent spraying is continued in the cultivated plant whose sweetness increases when the nutrient solution supply amount is reduced during the growth.
In the plant cultivation apparatus having the above-described configuration, the upper surface opening of the
The nutrient solution is supplied from the
Specifically, the mist M is sprayed at a speed of 0.5 m / s or more by the spray pressure of the mist M sprayed from the
In particular, since the average particle size of the spray from the
Moreover, by filling the mist containing nutrient solution in the hollow part, the nutrient solution can be absorbed by the plant without waste, so the supply of fertilizer and water can be reduced, and cultivation of plants that avoid dense planting and continuous cropping The cost can be reduced. In addition, the nutrient solution and water storage equipment and piping equipment can be simplified, and the equipment cost can be reduced.
This invention is not limited to the said embodiment, When increasing the volume of the
When the length of the
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 9 (A) to 9 (E), the
Moreover, the shape of the upper surface of the
Furthermore, as a nozzle installed in the
Still further, the operator may periodically open and close the nozzles to start and stop spraying from the nozzles.
