Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性複合部品24を電磁誘導により圧密化する装置は、ベースマンドレル9と、該ベースマンドレルによって担持された、特定のキュリー温度を有する強磁性ベースマンドレル表面板21を含んでいる。該ベースマンドレル表面板は、該熱可塑性複合部品を支持し、周囲圧力により該ベースマンドレル表面板に対して該熱可塑性複合部品を圧密化する。少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイル14が該ベースマンドレルに設けられる。

Claims (11)
- 複合部品を加熱及び圧密化するための複合部品電磁誘導圧密化装置であって、
ベースマンドレルと、
前記ベースマンドレルによって担持された、特定のキュリー温度を有する強磁性ベースマンドレル表面板であって、複合部品を支持し、且つ周囲圧力により前記ベースマンドレル表面板に対して複合部品を圧密化することを可能にする前記ベースマンドレル表面板と、
前記ベースマンドレル内の少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイルと
を備える装置。 - 前記ベースマンドレルにより担持された封入フードを更に備え、前記封入フードが、特定のキュリー温度を有する強磁性封入フード表面板であって、隣接する複合部品近傍への位置決めに適した封入フード表面板を担持しており、且つ内部に少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイルを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- オートクレーブを更に備え、前記ベースマンドレル及び前記封入フードが前記オートクレーブ内に収容されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースマンドレル中に延びる少なくとも一の冷却チャネルを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複合部品を加熱及び圧密化するための複合部品電磁誘導圧密化装置であって、
ベースマンドレルと、
前記ベースマンドレルによって担持された、特定のキュリー温度を有する強磁性ベースマンドレル表面板であって、複合部品を支持し、且つ周囲圧力により前記ベースマンドレル表面板に対して複合部品を圧密化することを可能にする前記ベースマンドレル表面板と、
前記ベースマンドレル内の少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイルと、
前記ベースマンドレル中に延びる少なくとも一の冷却チャネルと、
前記ベースマンドレルによって担持された封入フードと、
前記封入フードに担持された、特定のキュリー温度を有する強磁性封入フード表面板であって、隣接する複合部品の近傍への位置決めに適した封入フード表面板と、
前記封入フード内の少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイルと、
前記封入フード中に延びる少なくとも一の冷却チャネルと
を備える装置。 - 前記ベースマンドレル内及び前記封入フード内の前記少なくとも一の磁気誘導コイルが、少なくとも一のソレノイドの磁気誘導コイルである、請求項2又は5に記載の装置。
- オートクレーブを更に備え、前記ベースマンドレル及び前記封入フードが前記オートクレーブ内に収容されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記マンドレル表面板及び前記封入フード表面板の各々が、64FeNiスマートサセプタである、請求項2又は7に記載の装置。
- 複合部品の電磁誘導圧密化方法であって、
強磁性ベースマンドレル表面板を有するベースマンドレルを用意すること、
前記ベースマンドレル表面板の上に熱可塑性複合部品を配置すること、
前記ベースマンドレル表面板と前記熱可塑性複合部品とを電磁誘導により加熱すること、
周囲圧力を使用して前記熱可塑性複合部品を圧密化すること、及び
前記熱可塑性部品を冷却すること
を含む方法。 - 前記熱可塑性部品に隣接する強磁性封入フード表面板を有し、前記封入フード表面板を加熱する封入フードを更に備える、請求項9に記載の方法。
- オートクレーブを用意すること、及び
前記オートクレーブ内に前記ベースマンドレルと前記封入フードとを配置すること
を更に含み、
周囲圧力を使用して前記熱可塑性複合部品を圧密化することが、前記オートクレーブによって生成された周囲空気を使用して前記熱可塑性複合部品を圧密化することである、
請求項10に記載の方法。
