Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a burden on management of a tool for squeezing the content out from a deformable transferring original container and a risk of losing the tool on nonuse and to make preparation easy and aim to make operation convenient in an operation of refiling content to the container body of a pump type product.SOLUTION: The upstream side of a suction pipe 3 of a pump unit A, which is also used as a lid for the container body 1, is formed into individual tubular parts (3b, 3c) forking into two branches, and an opposite flat part to squeeze content out by sandwiching a pouch 2 is provided between these individual tubular parts. Since the suction pipe 3 is in the container body on normal use of the pump type product, management for the same is not needed and there is no possibility for the same to be lost. Further since the pump unit A is removed and used as a tool for squeezing out content on operation of refilling with content, preparation of a tool for squeezing out the content separately is not needed and securing a storage place for the pump unit A separately is not needed.

Description

The present invention relates to a suction pipe for supplying contents contained in a container body of a pump-type product to a housing with a pump mechanism.

In particular, this suction pipe is a jig for squeezing the contents for holding the transfer source container when the user transfers the contents of the transfer source container that can be deformed to the container body of the pump-type product. Can be used as well.

The “deformable transfer source container” is a container such as a soft pouch or tube containing the transfer contents (refill contents) into a pump type product. In the following description, it is simply referred to as “transfer source container” as necessary.

When the contents of the container main body become almost empty as the pump type product is used, the user can use the pump unit (spout, stem, housing, screw cap, suction pipe, which is screwed into the container main body. And the liquid contents of the transfer source container are transferred from the opening neck to the container body.

In order to efficiently transfer the contents of the transfer source container to the container body, the outer surface of the transfer source container is sandwiched by some means, and then the means is moved toward the opening. Therefore, it is necessary to squeeze out the liquid contents of the transfer source container from the opening.

The present invention is based on the contents inflow side (upstream side of the pipe) of the suction pipe so that the suction pipe, which is only a component of the pump-type product, has the function of the holding means of the transfer source container. The shape is devised.

Examples of the contents to be transferred to the container body include soap, disinfectant, cosmetics, emulsion, shaving foam, hair styling foam, detergent, hair dye, shampoo, rinse, insecticide, etc. There is.

For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a squeezing device used when transferring the contents from a bag or the like containing transfer contents to an original container.

This squeezing device generally holds a pair of clamping members in which one end is hinged and the other end is a free end, and the free end in a closed state with a bag sandwiched between them. It consists of a guide member.

Then, the contents stored in the bag are squeezed out into the container by sliding the entire pair of the clamping member and the guide member after the bag is clamped with respect to the bag.

The squeezing device is a so-called dedicated jig for efficiently transferring the stored contents from the bag to the container with a simple operation.

Of course, when the squeezing device is not used, it must be stored separately, and when the squeezing device is used, it must be removed from the storage location and prepared.

For this reason, accurate operations such as storage and preparation of the squeezing device are inevitable, and there is a problem that it is easy to give a user a feeling of complexity.

Further, if this storage is not performed sufficiently, the squeezing device is likely to be lost, and there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure the smooth operation of squeezing the contents stored in the bag into the container.

In the case of a pump-type product, if one end side of the suction pipe is formed by a plurality of spaced cylindrical portions, the transfer source container (pouch, tube, etc.) It is focused on the fact that the front and back of can be pinched.

In other words, it is a component of a pump-type product, and when transferring the contents of the transfer source container to the container body of the pump-type product, the suction pipe that must be removed from the container body prior to this transfer is replaced with this transfer pipe. It is used as a clamping member of the transfer source container at the time of work.

Therefore, when transferring the contents of the transfer source container to the container body of the pump-type product, the user need not consider the place where the suction pipe removed from the container body, etc.

The present invention uses the suction pipe as a holding member of the transfer source container in this way, thereby eliminating the management burden and loss of the holding member when the holding member is not used, and to the container body of the pump-type product. The purpose is to make the contents transfer work convenient.

Here, the container body 1, the pouch 2, the suction pipe 3, the housing 4, the stem 6, the discharge valve 8, the spout 9, the screw cap 10, and the fitting cap 11 are respectively polypropylene, polyethylene, polyacetal, nylon, and polybutylene terephthalate. These are made of plastic. The suction valve 5 and the coil spring 7 are made of metal or synthetic resin.

The suction pipe 3 has such a rigidity that it does not deform when the user sandwiches the front surface portion 2b and the back surface portion 2c of the pouch 2 and then slides in the direction of the arrow in FIG.

The present invention relates to this suction pipe.
The basic features of the suction pipe 3 shown in the figure are as shown in FIGS.
(11) The portion that becomes the inflow side (upstream side of the suction pipe itself) of the contents stored in the container body 1 is formed by the individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c that are separated from each other in parallel.
(12) The individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c are respectively provided with opposing flat surface portions 3d and 3e in a parallel mode,
(13) When the user transfers the contents of the pouch 2 to the substantially empty container body 1,
With the facing flat portions 3d and 3e, a portion far from the opening 2a of each of the front surface portion 2b and the back surface portion 2c of the pouch is sandwiched, and then the entire pump unit A can be moved toward the opening portion.
That is.

In order to transfer the contents stored in the pouch 2 to the container main body 1 from the opening neck 1a, first, the pump unit A screwed to the container main body 1 must first be removed from the container main body.

Conventionally, the removed pump unit A remains placed on a nearby basin, for example, and is attached to the container body again after the transfer of the contents to the container body 1 is completed.

In this way, the individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c of the suction pipe 3 are made unnecessary to transfer the contents of the pouch to the container body 1 and are rather unnecessary to the pump unit, so that the contents transfer operation is ensured and efficient. In other words, a jig function is provided.

When the contents stored in the pouch 2 are transferred to the container main body 1, the user, for example, as shown in FIG.
(21) An opening 2a is set by cutting a predetermined corner portion of the pouch 2, and the surface portion 2b and the back surface portion 2c on the opposite side (upper side in the figure) of the pouch 2 are connected to the pump unit A (a suction pipe). 3 is sandwiched between the opposed flat surface portions 3d and 3e of the three individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c),
(22) The pump unit A in a state where the pouch is sandwiched may be moved downward.

In accordance with the downward movement of the pump unit A (22), the contents stored in the pouch 2 are squeezed out to the container body 1 by the opposed flat surface portions 3d and 3e of the individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c.

When the pump unit A is moved downward, the user may operate it by holding arbitrary parts (screw cap 10, spout 9, housing 4, suction pipe 3, etc.).

The pump unit A in FIG. 1 is a so-called transfer / display mode in which the spout 9 in the stationary mode position (see FIG. 3) is further moved down and the screw portion 9a is screwed to the screw portion 11c of the fitting cap 11. Set to position.

The distance between the opposed flat surface portions 3d and 3e of the suction pipe 3 is set to such an extent that the front surface portion 2b and the back surface portion 2c of the pouch 2 can be sandwiched, and is 0.5 to 3 mm, for example.

The stationary mode, the operation mode, and the content suction (suction) state of the pump mechanism shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 are all known pump operation states.

FIG. 3 shows a stationary mode of the pump mechanism, that is, a state where the spout 9 is not pressed.

In this still mode,
(31) With the end of the previous content discharge operation (see FIG. 5), the content of the container body 1 (the content of the next discharge) has already flowed into the housing internal space B through the suction pipe 3. Yes,
(32) The suction valve 5 is in a closed state in contact with the annular tapered portion 4e of the housing 4,
(33) The discharge valve 8 is also in a closed state in which the valve action portion 8a is in contact with the annular receiving portion 6j of the stem lower member 6g.

The upper and outer reverse skirt portion 8c of the discharge valve 8 (33) is in a state of being pressed down at the lower end portion of the central cylindrical portion 11a of the fitting cap 11.

FIG. 4 shows an operation mode of the pump mechanism, that is, a state where the stem 6 is moved downward by pressing the spout 9.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the user presses the spout 9 (operation surface 9 c), the stem upper member 6 a and the stem lower member 6 g integrated with the spout are pushed down against the coil spring 7.

At this time, as the stem upper member 6a and the stem lower member 6g move downward, the volume of the housing internal space B for storing contents decreases, and the pressure of the stored contents increases.

Due to this pressure increase, the discharge valve 8 is relatively lifted in relation to the stem lower member 6g, and the closed state of the valve action portion 8a and the annular receiving portion 6j of the stem lower member is changed to the open state. And change. In addition, the suction valve 5 maintains a closed state.

The discharge valve 8 that rises with respect to the stem lower member 6g has an upper end portion of the upper inner reverse skirt portion 8b abutting against the ring ceiling portion 6f of the stem upper member 6a, and thereafter downward along with the stem 6 integrated with the spout 9 Move to.

As a result, as shown by an arrow C in the figure, the contents contained in the housing inner space B are “open portion between the annular receiving portion 6j and the valve action portion 8a—the hole portion 6h of the stem lower member 6g—under the stem. The internal passage of the member 6g—the internal passage of the stem upper member 6a—the content passage portion 9a of the spout 9—the discharge port 9b ”is discharged into the external space area.

FIG. 5 shows a return state to the stationary mode that occurs when the user releases the pressing operation of the spout 9.

When the pressing operation of the spout 9 is released, the spout and the stem 6 integrated therewith (the upper member 6a and the stem lower member 6g) move upward due to the elastic action of the coil spring 7.

As the stem 6 moves up,
(41) The open state of the annular receiving portion 6j of the stem lower member 6g and the valve action portion 8a of the discharge valve 8 changes to a closed state,
(42) Since the housing internal space B increases in volume and becomes negative pressure with respect to the inside of the container body 1, the suction valve 5 rises and is separated from the annular tapered portion 4e of the housing 4, and as a result The contents stored in the container main body 1 flow into the housing internal space from the separated portion as shown by the arrow D in the figure,
(43) And in order to prevent negative pressure inside the container body 1 due to the inflow of contents into the housing internal space B, the outside air flows from the hole 4c of the housing 4 as shown by the arrow E in the figure. It flows into the container body.

The inflow of contents into the housing internal space B and the inflow of outside air into the container main body 1 are completed, and the transition to the stationary mode in FIG. 1 is made.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, for example,
(51) The individual cylindrical portion of the suction pipe 3 is not a bifurcated shape as shown in the figure, but an arbitrary number of three or more, preferably an even number,
(52) The distance between the free end side portions (lower end side portion in FIG. 1) of the opposing flat portions 3d and 3e is made wider than the other portions so that the suction pipe 3 can be easily inserted between the front and back surfaces of the pouch 2. ,
(53) One or both of the opposing flat surface portions 3d and 3e are curved surface portions.
(54) The individual cylindrical portions 3b and 3c are curved.
(55) When the contents are transferred from the pouch 2 to the container body 1, the screw between the screw portion 9d of the spout 9 and the screw portion 11c of the fitting cap 11 instead of the pump unit A in the state of FIG. Use a pump unit equivalent to the stationary mode with the coupling released.
(56) Use a tube-shaped transfer source container instead of the pouch 2;
(57) Instead of the push-down operation type spout 9, a rotation operation type trigger lever is used.
You may do it.
