【解決手段】本発明の二次電池繊維状分離膜は、低温高分子層10、および低温高分子層10の両面にコートされている耐熱性樹脂層22、22’を含んでなる。

Claims (9)
- 二次電池の温度が上昇すると、一部が溶融して気孔を塞いで電流を遮断する第1高分子層と、
前記第1高分子層の片面又は両面にコートされており、耐熱性樹脂からなる耐熱性樹脂層とを含んでなることを特徴とする、二次電池繊維状分離膜。 - 前記第1高分子層は融点100〜180℃の高分子物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜。
- 前記第1高分子層は5〜100μmの厚さと20〜90%の気孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜。
- 前記耐熱性樹脂層は、芳香族ポリエステル、ポリホスファゼン類、ポリウレタン、ポリエーテルウレタンを含むポリウレタン共重合体、酢酸セルロース、酢酸酪酸セルロース、酢酸プロピオン酸セルロース、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ペルフルオロポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリエチレングリコール誘導体、ポリオキシド、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、およびポリメタクリル酸メチルよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つで出来ていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜。
- 前記耐熱性樹脂層の厚さは1〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜。
- (a)電気紡糸によって、高分子物質からなる第1高分子層を形成する段階と、
(b)前記第1高分子層の片面又は両面に耐熱性樹脂溶液を電気紡糸して、前記第1高分子層に超極細繊維状の耐熱性樹脂層をコートする段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、二次電池繊維状分離膜の製造方法。 - 前記第1高分子層は5〜100μmの厚さと20〜90%の気孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜の製造方法。
- 前記耐熱性樹脂層の厚さは1〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜の製造方法。
- (c)前記第1高分子層に前記耐熱性樹脂層を形成した後、加圧ラミネート加工を行う段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池繊維状分離膜の製造方法。
