Claims (5)
- 第1均質層と;
前記第1均質層上に形成される複数の位相遅延パターンを有するマイクロ構造フェーズ層と;及び
前記マイクロ構造フェーズ層上に形成される第2均質層と;
からなることを特徴とするマイクロリターダフィルム。 - 前記第1均質層の材料と前記マイクロ構造フェーズ層の材料が同じである、請求項1に記載のマイクロリターダフィルム。
- 前記第1均質層の前記厚さは約10〜50μである、請求項1に記載のマイクロリターダフィルム。
- 前記第2均質材料層は紫外線(UV)硬化ポリマまたは二液型硬化ポリマを含み、前記マイクロ構造フェーズ層の材料はポリビニルアセテート、トリアセテートセルロース、ポリカーボネート、またはセルロースアセテートプロピオナートを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロリターダフィルム。
- 前記マイクロ構造フェーズ層の厚さは約25〜200μであり、前記複数の位相遅延パターンの間隔は約150〜350μであり、前記複数の位相遅延パターンは約75〜155μである、請求項1に記載のマイクロリターダフィルム。
