Description

The present invention relates to a wiring / piping material protection cover device.

Conventionally, when arranging wiring and piping materials, a straight protective cover and an attached protective cover for accommodating and protecting the wiring and piping materials have been used. In the first example shown in FIG. 22 (see Patent Document 1), a connecting cover 12 as an attached protective cover is used at a portion connecting the straight protective covers 11 and 11 together. Here, the straight protective cover 11 and the connecting cover 12 are each independently fixed to the wall surface. In particular, the connecting cover 12 includes a base 12a and a lid 12b, The base 12a was fixed to the wall surface.

Further, in the second example shown in FIG. 23 (see Patent Document 2), the auxiliary cover 22 as an attached protective cover is used at a portion connecting the straight protective covers 21 and 21 to each other. Here, the auxiliary cover 22 did not have a base and consisted only of a covering portion. For this reason, the auxiliary cover 22 cannot be directly fixed to the wall surface. Therefore, the fitting convex portion 22 a provided on the auxiliary cover 22 engages with the fitting concave portion 21 a provided on the straight protective cover 21, whereby the auxiliary cover 22 is attached to the straight protective cover 21. It was.

63−15396Japanese Utility Model Sho 63-15396

By the way, in the connection cover 12 (attached protective cover) shown in the first conventional example, the base 12a is fixed to the wall surface, so that stable fixing is guaranteed, while the base 12a is required, It was unsuitable for places where the base 12a was difficult to fix. In addition, the auxiliary cover 22 (attached protective cover) shown in the second example was easy to mount, but since there is no base, stable fixation cannot be secured, and it is easy to apply external force. Was unsuitable.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and the object of the present invention is to select whether to use the base of the attached protective cover according to the situation of the installation location. An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring / piping material protective cover device that can be used.

In order to achieve the object, the wiring / piping material protective cover device according to the present invention has the following configuration. That is,
The wiring / piping material protective cover device according to the first aspect of the present invention is a wiring / piping material arrangement path on the construction surface in order to accommodate and protect the wiring / piping material arranged on the construction surface of the building. A straight protective cover and an attached protective cover, which are fixed so as to be lined up, are provided. Here, the attached protective cover includes a base fixed to the construction surface and a lid that is assembled to the base and serves as a passage through which the wiring / piping material passes. The accessory protective cover has a receiving opening in the lid for receiving an end of the straight protective cover. And the said cover body has a fitting part fitted in the to-be-fitted part provided in the said base in the back | inner side rather than the said receiving port so that it may be attached to the said base. On the other hand, the straight protective cover has an engaged portion formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the straight protective cover. Therefore, the lid is attached to the end of the straight protective cover that has entered deeper than the receiving port without using the base in the attached protective cover. It has an engaging part engaged with the to-be-engaged part. Then, in a state where the base is not used in the attached protective cover, the fitting is performed so that the straight protective cover can enter the lid body from the receiving port to the back position where the fitting portion is located. The wearing portion is provided at a position where it does not interfere with the straight protective cover.

According to this wiring / piping material protective cover device, the straight protective cover is fixed to the construction surface of the building. The attached protective cover following the straight protective cover includes a base and a lid, and the lid has a receiving opening for receiving the end of the straight protective cover. The attached protective cover is constructed entirely by the base being fixed to the construction surface and the lid being attached to the base such that the fitting part is fitted to the fitted part of the base. Fixed to the surface. In the case where the base is not used in the attached protective cover, if the straight protective cover enters the back side of the lid body from the receptacle of the lid body, the engaging portion of the lid body becomes straight. The lid is attached to the straight protective cover by engaging with the engaged portion of the protective cover. In this way, the lid is attached to the straight protective cover fixed to the construction surface, whereby the lid is fixed to the construction surface through the straight protective cover. That is, this wiring / piping material protective cover device can be used both when the base is used and when the base is not used. Therefore, in places where there is sufficient space for fixing the base, the base can be used to stably fix the attached protective cover to the construction surface, and the external force to the lid can be reduced. In places where it is difficult to join, installation work can be facilitated by not using a base.

Further, as in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 2, in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 1, the engaging portion is provided in the receiving port. 1 engagement part and the 2nd engagement part provided in the back | inner side rather than the said receiving port, The 2nd engagement part may serve as the said fitting part. In this way, when the engaging portion is configured by the first engaging portion on the receiving side and the second engaging portion on the far side from the receiving port, the base is used for the attached protective cover. In the lid body, the first engaging portion constituting the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion of the straight protective cover. Accordingly, the lid body is attached not only to the base but also to the straight protective cover, and the attached protective cover is more stably fixed to the construction surface. In addition, since the second engaging portion also serves as the fitting portion, the configuration becomes simple.

Further, in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 2, as in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 3, the engaging portion is formed in a convex shape, The engaged portion and the fitted portion may be formed in a concave shape.

Further, in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 1, as in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to the invention according to claim 4, the engaging portion is provided only in the receiving port. May be.

Further, in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 1, as in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to the invention according to claim 5, the engaging portion is located behind the receiving port. The engaging portion may also serve as the fitting portion.

Further, in the wiring / piping material protective cover device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, as in the wiring / piping material protective cover device according to the invention of claim 6, the straight protective cover is A base body fixed to the construction surface and a cover body assembled to the base body and containing the wiring / piping material by the base body may be provided.

Further, in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 6, as in the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to claim 7, the base body and the cover body are each in the longitudinal direction. It is desirable that the shape of the cross section orthogonal to is constant and the engaged portion is provided on the base body. In this way, the engaged portion of the straight protective cover is provided on the base body instead of the cover body, so that the wiring / piping material protective cover device is installed even when the base is not used for the attached protective cover. Later, the cover body can be removed from the base body by shifting the cover body in the longitudinal direction so as to be pulled out from the receiving port of the cover body while leaving the cover body of the attached protective cover as it is.

According to the wiring / piping material protection cover device according to the present invention, it is possible to cope with both cases where the base is used and when the base is not used. It is possible to select whether or not to use the base.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the form for implementing the wiring and piping material protection cover apparatus which concerns on this invention is demonstrated based on drawing.

1 to 11 show an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a construction surface of a building such as a wall, floor, ceiling, or pillar. Reference numeral 2 denotes a wiring / piping material protective cover device, which includes a straight protective cover 3 (that is, a protective cover formed so as to extend straight) and an attached protective cover 4. The straight protective cover 3 and the attached protective cover 4 are constructed surface 1 in order to accommodate and protect wiring / piping materials (wiring materials or piping materials) such as optical fibers arranged on the construction surface 1 of the building. It is fixed so that it may line up on the arrangement | positioning path | route of wiring and piping material in.

The straight protective cover 3 includes a base body 3a that is fixed to the construction surface 1, and a cover body 3b that is assembled to the base body 3a and accommodates wiring / piping material. Each of the base body 3a and the cover body 3b has a constant cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The straight protective cover 3 has an engaged portion 3 c formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the straight protective cover 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the engaged portion 3c is provided on the base body 3a.

The attached protective cover 4 includes a base 4a that is fixed to the construction surface 1, and a lid 4b that is assembled to the base 4a and serves as a passage 4x through which wiring and piping materials pass. Therefore, the attached protective cover 4 has a receiving port 4c for receiving the end of the straight protective cover 3 in the lid 4b. And the cover body 4b has the fitting part 4e fitted to the to-be-fitted part 4d provided in the base 4a in the back | inner side rather than the receiving port 4c so that it may be attached to the base 4a (FIG. 3, (See FIG. 4). Further, the lid 4b is attached to the end of the straight protective cover 3 that has entered deeper than the receiving port 4c in a state where the base 4a is not used in the attached protective cover 4, so that the straight protective cover 3 is attached. The engaging portion 4f is engaged with the engaged portion 3c (see FIG. 9). Here, in a state where the base 4a is not used in the attached protective cover 4, the straight protective cover 3 is fitted to the lid 4b so as to be able to enter from the receiving port 4c to the back position where the fitting portion 4e is located. The wearing portion 4e is provided at a position where it does not interfere with the straight protective cover 3.

Specifically, in the attached protective cover 4, the engaging portion 4 f includes a first engaging portion 401 provided in the receiving port 4 c and a second engaging portion 402 provided on the back side of the receiving port 4 c. The second engaging portion 402 also serves as the fitting portion 4e. Thus, when the second engaging portion 402 also serves as the fitting portion 4e, when the straight protective cover 3 enters from the receiving port 4c to the inner position where the fitting portion 4e is located, the covered portion of the straight protective cover 3 is covered. Since the first engaging portion 401 and the second engaging portion 402 (that is, the fitting portion 4e) are engaged with the engaging portion 3c, the fitting portion 4e does not interfere with the straight protective cover 3. .

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, in the straight protective cover 3, the base body 3a and the cover body 3b are each formed of, for example, a synthetic resin. The base body 3a is composed of a bottom plate 3d and left and right side walls 3e, 3e standing from the bottom plate 3d. Therefore, the base body 3a is constructed by using a fixing tool such as a screw or a nail that passes through the bottom plate 3d and is screwed or driven into the construction surface 1, or a double-sided adhesive tape that is attached to the bottom plate 3d. It is fixed and attached to. The base body 3a has the engaged portions 3c continuous with the outer surfaces of the side walls 3e and 3e (specifically, the outer surfaces of the lower portions of the side walls 3e and 3e) along the longitudinal direction of the base body 3a. (In detail, it is formed in a concave shape). Further, the base body 3a has a hooked portion 3f continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of the base body 3a on the outer surfaces of the side walls 3e and 3e (specifically, the outer surfaces of the upper end portions of the side walls 3e and 3e). (In detail, it is formed in a concave shape). On the other hand, the cover body 3b is composed of a top plate 3g and left and right side walls 3h and 3h hanging from the top plate 3g. The cover body 3b is assembled so as to cover the base body 3a and so that the side walls 3h and 3h sandwich the upper portions of the side walls 3e and 3e of the base body 3a. And the cover body 3b has the engaging part 3i applied to the to-be-engaged part 3f provided in the base body 3a so that it may be attached to the base body 3a. Specifically, the engaging portion 3i is formed continuously on the inner surfaces of the side walls 3h and 3h (specifically, the inner surfaces of the lower portions of the side walls 3h and 3h) along the longitudinal direction of the cover body 3b (specifically, It is formed in a convex shape. The inside of the cylinder formed by the base body 3a and the cover body 3b becomes a passage 3x through which the wiring / piping material passes.

The accessory protective cover 4 is formed to be bent so as to accommodate and protect the bent portion of the wiring / pipe material disposed in a bent manner, and the receiving port 4c is provided at each end of the bent portion. Specifically, the attached protective cover 4 is formed to bend on the plane 1a so as to accommodate and protect the bent portion of the wiring / pipe material on the plane 1a in the construction plane 1 composed of the plane 1a.

In the attached protective cover 4, the base 4a and the lid 4b are each formed of, for example, a synthetic resin. The base 4a is formed to be shorter than the lid 4b so as to occupy the back side of the attached protective cover 4 (specifically, the lid 4b) from the receiving port 4c (see FIG. 4). That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the receiving port 4c is a portion of the range R from the tip of the lid 4b to the tip of the base 4a at the end of the attached protective cover 4 (see FIG. 4). . The base 4a is composed of a bottom plate 4g formed so as to bend on the plane 1a, and inner and outer side walls 4h and 4h standing from the bottom plate 4g. The bottom plate 4g is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 4i and 4i that are separated in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined interval for fixing the base 4a to the construction surface 1, and the base 4a is provided with the fixing holes. It is fixedly attached to the construction surface 1 by a fastener such as a screw or a nail that is screwed or driven into the construction surface 1 through 4i. The base 4a is formed with the fitting portions 4d (specifically, in a concave shape) on the outer surfaces of the side walls 4h and 4h at each end in the longitudinal direction.

The lid 4b includes a top plate 4j formed so as to bend on the plane 1a, and inner and outer side walls 4k, 4k depending from the top plate 4j. The lid 4b is assembled so as to cover the base 4a and so that the side walls 4k and 4k sandwich the side walls 4h and 4h of the base 4a. The lid 4b is continuously formed so as to extend from the receiving port 4c to the inner side thereof, and the engaging portion 4f and the fitting portion 4e are formed on the inner surfaces of the side walls 4k and 4k (specifically, a convex shape is formed). ) Therefore, in the engaging portion 4f, the receiving port 4c side becomes the first engaging portion 401, and the back side from the receiving port 4c becomes the second engaging portion 402 that also serves as the fitting portion 4e. Further, the lid body 4b is provided with a protrusion 4m as a stopper on the inner surface of the top plate 4j on the back side of the second engagement portion 402, and this protrusion 4m further increases the length of the straight protective cover 3. The entry is prevented (see FIG. 9).

Next, the effect of the wiring / pipe material protection cover device 2 having the above-described configuration will be described. The wiring / piping material protective cover device 2 includes a straight protective cover 3 and an attached protective cover 4, and the straight protective cover 3 is fixed to the building construction surface 1. The attached protective cover 4 following the straight protective cover 3 includes a base 4a and a lid 4b, and the lid 4b has a receiving port 4c that receives and accommodates the end of the straight protective cover 3. ing. The attached protective cover 4 is attached to the base 4a such that the base 4a is fixed to the construction surface 1 and the lid 4b is fitted to the fitted part 4d of the base 4a. Thus, the entire attached protective cover 4 is fixed to the construction surface 1 (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

In the case where the base 4a is not used in the attached protective cover 4, if the straight protective cover 3 enters the back side of the lid 4b with respect to the lid 4b, the lid body 4b. The engaging portion 4f of 4b engages with the engaged portion 3c of the straight protective cover 3, and the lid 4b is attached to the straight protective cover 3 (see FIG. 9). In this way, the lid body 4b is attached to the straight protective cover 3 fixed to the construction surface 1, whereby the lid body 4b is fixed to the construction surface 1 through the straight protective cover 3.

That is, the wiring / piping material protection cover device 2 can cope with both the case where the base 4a is used and the case where the base 4a is not used. Therefore, in a place where there is sufficient space for fixing the base 4a, it is possible to stably fix the attached protective cover 4 to the construction surface 1 by using the base 4a. The installation work can be facilitated by not using the base 4a in a place where it is difficult to apply an external force to 4b. That is, the wiring / piping material protective cover device 2 can be used for both cases where the base 4a is used and when the base 4a is not used. Whether to use the four bases 4a can be selected.

Further, in the lid 4b of the attached protective cover 4, the engaging portion 4f is constituted by a first engaging portion 401 on the receiving port 4c side and a second engaging portion 402 on the far side from the receiving port 4c. Even when the base 4 a is used for the attached protective cover 4, the first engaging portion 401 constituting the engaging portion 4 f of the lid body 4 b is engaged with the engaged portion 3 c of the straight protective cover 3. (See FIG. 8). Thereby, the cover 4b is attached not only to the base 4a but also to the straight protective cover 3, and the attached protective cover 4 is more stably fixed to the construction surface 1. In addition, since the second engaging portion 402 also serves as the fitting portion 4e, the configuration is simplified. Further, when the base 4a is not used for the attached protective cover 4, when the end portion of the straight protective cover 3 is moved further into the back than the receiving port 4c of the lid 4b, the first engaging portion 401 and When the second engaging portion 402 is engaged with the engaged portion 3c of the straight protective cover 3 (see FIG. 9) and the end portion of the straight protective cover 3 is stopped at the receiving port 4c, the first engaging portion 401 is obtained. Only engage with the engaged portion 3c of the straight protective cover 3 (see FIG. 10). That is, when the base 4a is not used for the attached protective cover 4, not only when the end portion of the straight protective cover 3 is moved deeper than the receiving port 4c of the lid 4b, but also the receiving port 4c. The lid 4b is attached to the straight protective cover 3 even when it is limited to the above. In other words, when the base 4a is not used, the amount of entry of the end portion of the straight protective cover 3 with respect to the lid 4b can be changed according to the situation, so that the attached amount can be adjusted within the adjustment range of the amount of entry. It is not necessary to adjust the length of the end portion of the straight protective cover 3 with respect to the protective cover 4.

Further, since the engaged portion 3c of the straight protective cover 3 is provided not on the cover body 3b but on the base body 3a, even if the base 4a is not used for the attached protective cover 4, the wiring / piping material After the protective cover device 2 is installed, the cover 4b of the attached protective cover 4 is left as it is, and the cover 3b can be removed from the base 3a by shifting in the longitudinal direction so as to be extracted from the receiving port 4c of the cover 4b. it can.

In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, A various other change is possible. For example, the wiring / pipe material protected by the straight protective cover 3 and the attached protective cover 4 may be a power line, a signal line or the like in addition to the optical fiber as the wiring material. Or a drain pipe or a refrigerant pipe may be used.

Further, the engaged portion 3c in the straight protective cover 3 is provided separately from the engaged portion 3f provided in the base body 3a, but the cover body 3b is attached to the end portion of the straight protective cover 3. The part to be engaged 3f may be exposed so as to be partially removed, and the exposed part 3f to be exposed may be used as the engaged part 3c. At this time, the lid body 4b and the cover body 3b may be in contact with or close to each other, and the end of the cover body 3b may be accommodated in the lid body 4b.

Further, the attached protective cover 4 may be provided in the corner as shown in FIG. 12 even if it is not formed so as to bend on the plane 1a in the construction plane 1 composed of the plane 1a ( 13 and 14 show the base 4a and the lid 4b.) In other words, the accessory protective cover 4 is bent on the corner in order to accommodate and protect the bent portion of the wiring / pipe material at the corner of the construction surface 1 including the two planes 1a and 1a forming the corner. It may be formed. The accessory protective cover 4 is also provided with a receiving port 4c at each end thereof.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 15, the attached protective cover 4 may be provided at the protruding corner (the base 4a and the lid 4b are shown in FIGS. 16 and 17). That is, the accessory protective cover 4 is bent at the upper corner so as to accommodate and protect the bent portion of the wiring / pipe material at the outer corner of the construction surface 1 including the two planes 1a and 1a forming the outer corner. It may be formed. The accessory protective cover 4 is also provided with a receiving port 4c at each end thereof.

Further, the accessory protective cover 4 may be formed in a straight shape or a T-shape without being bent so that a receiving opening 4c is provided at each end thereof.

Further, the accessory protective cover 4 is connected only to one end as shown in FIG. 18 even if the end 4c is not provided at each end so that the straight protective covers 3 and 3 are connected. A mouth 4c may be provided (a base 4a and a lid 4b are shown in FIGS. 19 and 20). In this example, the attached protective cover 4 is formed straight on the plane 1a of the construction plane 1 composed of the plane 1a, and has a receiving port 4c at one end thereof, and a wiring / An opening 4p through which the piping material enters and exits is provided. In the illustrated embodiment, the attached protective cover 4 is formed such that the other end side bulges upward on the side away from the construction surface 1, and at the other end, the base 4 a is used as the opening 4 p. An opening hole 4q is provided. Specifically, the base 4a has a cylindrical portion 4r that protrudes downward and has an opening 4q inside, and the cylindrical portion 4r is inserted into a through hole 1b provided in the construction surface 1. Therefore, the wiring / piping material is disposed so as to pass through the straight protective cover 3, the attached protective cover 4, and the through hole 1 b of the construction surface 1. And in the attached protective cover 4, the passage 4x through which the wiring / piping material passes, the other end side bulge part 4s bulges to the side away from the construction surface 1 of the base 4a and the lid 4b, The wiring / pipe material that is curvedly formed by 4t and enters from the side of the straight protective cover 3 is guided to the opening 4p (specifically, the opening hole 4q) through the curved passage 4x. Further, the base 4a of the attached protective cover 4 is provided with a thin portion 4v thinned by a groove between the cylindrical portion 4r and the bulging portion 4s, and the cylindrical portion 4r is formed at the thin portion 4v. The side can be easily broken (FIG. 21 shows the attached protective cover 4 in a state where the cylinder 4r side is broken). By thus folding the cylindrical portion 4r side, the portion becomes an enlarged opening portion 4w as the opening portion 4p. When the accessory protective cover 4 is provided, the opening portion 4p is formed by the cylindrical portion 4r. The open hole 4q and the enlarged opening 4w without the cylinder 4r can be selected. The lid 4b is formed with a flange 4y protruding outward at the lower end portion of the side wall 4k on the construction surface 1 side at the other end (that is, the side away from the receiving port 4c). . Thereby, even when the diameter of the through-hole 1b of the construction surface 1 is large, or when the core of the through-hole 1b and the opening 4p of the base 4a is displaced, the opening 4p can be covered with the flange 4y. .

Further, the engaging portion 4f includes the first engaging portion 401 provided in the receiving port 4c and the second engaging portion 402 provided on the back side of the receiving port 4c, even though these are not continuously formed. The first engagement portion 401 and the second engagement portion 402 may be formed so as to be separated from each other.

Further, the engaging portion 4f does not include the first engaging portion 401 provided in the receiving port 4c and the second engaging portion 402 provided on the back side of the receiving port 4c, but the engaging portion 4f is connected to the engaging portion 4f. By configuring with only one engaging portion 401, the engaging portion 4f may be provided only in the receiving port 4c. In this case, for example, the fitting portion 4e is provided on the inner surface of the side wall 4k, 4k of the lid body 4b in which the back side of the receiving port 4c is formed wide, or the fitting portion 4e is formed in a concave shape. If the fitting portion 4d is formed in a convex shape, the fitting portion 4e does not interfere with the straight protective cover 3.

On the other hand, by configuring the engaging portion 4f only by the second engaging portion 402, the engaging portion 4f is provided only on the back side of the receiving port 4c, and the engaging portion 4f is the fitting portion. It may also serve as 4e.

In the straight protective cover 3, the engaged portion 3c is provided on the base body 3a, but may be provided on the cover body 3b.

Moreover, the straight protective cover 3 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, a pipe shape, or the like in which the base body 3a and the cover body 3b assembled to the base body 3a are integrated.
