円筒形の軸筒内に複数の筆記具用部材を搭載したクリップを有しない筆記具であって、
該筆記具の重心が、筆記状態にない筆記具全長の略中心で、かつ、軸筒の軸心より偏った位置に位置しており、
該軸筒の内面には、軸長手方向に、錘が固定して配備されていることを特徴とする筆記具。
