Description

The present invention relates to a cursive holding object that holds a cursive body such as a pencil lead, a mechanical pencil lead, a refill for a ballpoint pen, and enables writing.

Conventionally, there is a pencil holder that can use a shortened pencil by inserting a pencil into a cylindrical shaft and locking it to the cylindrical shaft in order to use a pencil that has become shorter and difficult to use by writing. (See, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-4379: Patent Document 1).

Currently, mechanical pencils and ballpoint pens are commonly used as writing instruments for pencils, and the lead of the mechanical pencil and the refill of the ballpoint pen are replaceable, and are sold individually. In order to use them, it is common to use a mechanical pencil body provided with a feeding mechanism or a ball-point pen shaft body that houses a refill and enables writing.

However, since the mechanical pencil body and the ballpoint pen shaft are provided with a feeding mechanism, a knock mechanism, and the like, the price is increased to some extent, and an initial investment for purchase is required. Also, a tool for sharpening a pencil is necessary.

In addition, although the cost of mechanical pencil cores and ballpoint pens has been greatly reduced due to improvements in component structure and ease of assembly, mechanical pencil cores and ballpoint pen refills can be used more inexpensively and at low cost. There has always been a need for cursive letters that can be provided by the company.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-4379

In view of such circumstances, the present invention is intended to provide a cursive holding material that enables writing of a mechanical pencil lead and a ballpoint pen refill with a simple configuration and a minimum cost.

The present invention relates to a cursive holding material.

The present invention is to hold a writing body such as a pencil lead, a mechanical pencil lead, a refill for a ballpoint pen, etc.
It has a thick cylindrical holding part in which a central hole is formed through the axial direction,
The holding part is formed by forming the front part of the outer shape at least from the tip part to the central part in the axial direction into a conical side shape that is rear-expanded and cutting the slit part from the outer peripheral part to the center hole,
The outer shape from the axially central portion to the rear end surface of the holding portion forms a flat surface on both sides sandwiching the slit portion,
The cursive holding object is characterized in that the cursive can be written by being held in a holding part by being inserted into the center hole.

In the present invention, the slit portion is particularly preferably formed by cutting from a position between the front end surface and the central portion to the rear end surface.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the outer peripheral surface of the central portion is formed in a cylindrical side surface shape centering on the axis of the writing body in a state of being inserted into the center hole.

In the present invention, the material of the holding part is preferably made of an elastic resin.

According to the cursive holding object of the present invention, the thick cylindrical holding part having the central hole penetrating in the axial direction is disposed on the front part with the outer shape hung from at least the tip part to the axially central part. It is formed in a shape with an enlarged diameter, and a slit is formed by cutting from the outer peripheral part to the central hole from the position between the front end surface and the central part to the rear end surface, and the writing body is inserted into the central hole. By doing so, it is possible to write by being held in the holding portion, so that the slit portion is not formed at the tip portion, and the inserted writing body tip portion can be held without rattling, so that stability during writing can be ensured.

Moreover, the surface of a writing body can be hold | maintained without being damaged by selecting resin as a material.

Further, by inserting the rear part into the front end part of the hollow cylindrical body together with the holding part, it is easy to hold and can be easily written. A cylindrical body around which a pipe, paper, or a sheet is wound can be used as the axial cylindrical body.

The outer peripheral surface of the central portion is formed in a cylindrical side surface centered on the axis of the writing body inserted into the central hole, so that the outer peripheral surface of the central portion becomes smooth and has a shape at the time of writing. Cheap.

In addition, if the outer shape from the axial center to the rear end surface of the holding part is a flat surface formed on both sides sandwiching the slit part, the holding part rear part can be picked and written, and the structure is simple. it can.

In addition, if the material of the holding portion is made of an elastic resin, the writing body can be securely sandwiched by the elastic force of the resin and the writing body can be reliably and stably written without sliding against the holding portion. And the like.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1-4 is explanatory drawing of the cursive holding thing which concerns on Embodiment 1 of this invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the writing object holder 10 according to the first embodiment holds a writing object 12 such as a pencil lead, a mechanical pencil lead, a refill for a ballpoint pen, and enables writing.

The cursive holding object 10 has a thick cylindrical holding part 16 in which a center hole 14 is formed so as to penetrate from the front end part 16a to the rear end part 16b along the axis 10a direction. The holding part 16 has an outer shape. A conical side surface shape in which the front portion from the front end portion 16a to the axial central portion 16c is expanded in the rearward direction, and a rear portion in the axial direction central portion 16c extending from the rear end portion 16b is formed in a conical side shape in which the rear portion is narrowed The slit portion 18 is cut and formed from the outer peripheral portion to the center hole 14 from the position between the front end surface and the central portion 16c to the rear end surface. The holding part 16 has a substantially diamond shape in longitudinal section.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the slit portion 18 is formed at one place in a flat and irradiated manner from the center hole 14 to the outer periphery with a part of the tip portion 16 a left, It makes it easy to remove the mold.

This is a cursive holding object 10 that is held in the holding part 16 and can be written by inserting the writing body 12 into the central hole 14 of the holding part 16.

Here, the outer peripheral surface of the axial central portion 16 c of the holding portion 16 is formed in a cylindrical side surface shape centering on the axis of the writing body 12 in a state of being inserted into the center hole 14.

Further, only the holding unit 16 can be used as a cursive holding object, and a user can use the outer periphery of the holding unit 16 with a fingertip for writing. In the first embodiment, as shown in detail in FIG. The rear outer shape from the center in the direction to the rear end surface is formed in a conical side surface shape, and as shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, the holding portion is provided at the front end portion of the hollow shaft tubular body 20 for the user to hold. The rear part of 16 is fitted so that writing is possible.

Note that the material of the holding portion 16 is made of an elastic resin. As resin, it can comprise with resin of appropriate materials, such as polyethylene (PE), propylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and ABS resin. Moreover, the material of the shaft cylindrical body 20 can be made of resin, metal, or the like.
The cursive body 12 includes a pencil lead, a mechanical pencil lead, a ballpoint pen refill, and the like. In addition, a pipe, a wrapping paper, or an appropriately shaped member having a hole can be used for the shaft cylindrical body 20. When the shaft cylindrical body 20 is a pipe, the holding portions 16 can be attached to both ends of the pipe.

Next, the modification of the holding | maintenance part 16 of the cursive holder 10 of Embodiment 1 is shown in FIG.

In this modification, three slit portions 18 are formed at equiangular intervals in the circumferential direction. The other parts are the same as those in FIG. 3, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts.

In the holding part 16 according to this modified example, three slit parts 18 that are cut out narrowly along the direction of the axis 10a are formed, so that the rear part of the holding part 16 is fitted to the front end part of the cylindrical tubular body 20. Then, the rear portion of the holding portion 16 is easily deformed in the inner diameter direction, and the writing body 12 can be tightened with a strong force.

Note that the number of slit portions 18 can be appropriately set in addition to one or three. Three or more slit portions 18 are desirable from the viewpoint of securely holding the writing body 12.

Next, the cursive holder 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the cursive holder according to the second embodiment, the outer shape of the holding portion 22 from the axial center portion 22c to the rear end portion 22b is obtained by forming flat surfaces 24 on both sides of the slit portion 18.

And the holding | maintenance part 22 is a cone side surface shape from the front-end | tip part 22a to the center part 22c, and the center hole 14 is penetrated and formed from the front-end | tip part 22a to the rear-end part 22b. A slit 18 is cut from the outer peripheral portion onto the central hole 14 in the axial direction from the position between the front end portion 22a and the central portion 22c to the rear end portion 22b. The flat surface 24 of the holding portion 22 is formed with a step slightly indented from the outer shape of the central portion 22c, and the side surface 26 where the slit portion 18 is exposed is formed flat on another side surface (side surface shifted by 90 °). Has been.

The holding part 22 can be written by holding both flat parts 24, 24 at the rear.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 5-6, the rear part of the said holding | maintenance part 22 is inserted in the front-end part of the hollow axial cylindrical body 28 for a user to hold | grip, and writing is possible. The cylindrical tubular body 28 has a rectangular cross section so that it can be easily adapted to a finger and is difficult to roll on a desk.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 9 , the modified example of the cursive holder of the second embodiment is such that the rear part of the holding part 22 extends rearward and forms the shaft part 30. The shaft portion 30 is formed a slit portion 18 to the rear end. In the cursive holding object according to this modification, the shaft portion 30 can be used as it is, which is convenient.

According to the cursive holders of the above-described Embodiments 1 and 2, since the cursive body is inserted into the center hole and held in the holding portions 16 and 22 so that writing is possible, slits are formed in the tip portions 16a and 22a. Since the portion 18 is not formed and the inserted writing body 12 can be held without being rattled, stability during writing can be ensured.

Further, by selecting a resin as the material, the surface of the writing body 12 can be held without being damaged.

Further, by inserting the rear portion into the front end portions of the hollow shaft tubular bodies 20 and 28 together with the holding portions 16 and 22, the holding portions 16 and 22 can be easily held to enable easy writing. As the shaft tubular bodies 20 and 28, a tubular body wound with a pipe, paper, or sheet can be used.

The outer peripheral surfaces of the central portions 20c and 28c of the shaft cylindrical bodies 20 and 28 are formed in a cylindrical side surface shape centering on the axis of the writing body 12 inserted into the center hole 14, so that the outer peripheral portion is formed. Smooth and flat, easy to hold when writing.

In addition, if the outer shape from the axially central portion to the rear end surface of the holding portions 16 and 22 is such that the flat surface 24 is formed on both surfaces sandwiching the slit portion 18, the rear portions of the holding portions 16 and 22 are picked and written. Can be configured easily.

Further, if the material of the holding parts 16 and 22 is made of an elastic resin, the writing body 12 is securely held by the elastic force of the resin and the writing body 12 is not slid with respect to the holding parts 16 and 22. It is possible to achieve excellent effects such as reliable and stable writing.
