Claims (5)
- 耐炎化ポリアクリロニトリルを高分子電解質と複合化してなる複合高分子電解質膜。
- 前記耐炎化ポリアクリロニトリルが連続層を形成している請求項1記載の複合高分子電解質膜。
- 前記高分子電解質としてイオン性基密度2mmol/g以上の芳香族炭化水素系電解質を含む請求項1または2記載の複合高分子電解質膜。
- 耐炎化ポリアクリロニトリルと結晶性高分子材料の複合繊維からなる不織布または多孔質フィルムを高分子電解質と複合化してなる請求項2または3記載の複合高分子電解質膜。
- 膜厚10μm以下の耐炎化ポリアクリロニトリルの不織布と高分子電解質とを複合化してなる複合化高分子電解質膜の製造方法であって、下記工程を有することを特徴とする複合高分子電解質膜の製造方法。
(1)電解紡糸法でポリアクリロニトリルの不織布を得る工程。
(2)ポリアクリロニトリルの不織布をポリアクリロニトリルの軟化点以上で加圧プレスした後に、酸素を有するガス中で200℃以上、300℃以下で加熱処理する工程。
(3)高分子電解質を該不織布の空隙に充填する工程。
