Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも表面層10がジルコニウム、ジルコニウム合金、酸化ジルコニウム又はジルコニウム合金酸化物からなる基体と、この基体の表面に設けられた白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム及びオスミウムからなる白金族元素から選択される少なくとも一種の白金族元素を含む金属の酸化物層11とを具備する。

Description
まず、比表面積を増大させるため、20%沸騰塩酸に試験片を浸漬し、20分間のエッチング処理を行う。これを、純水で塩酸の掛け流し洗いを行い、乾燥器にて60℃で水分を蒸発させる。
容量900mlの静置式オートクレーブに水を約500ml入れて、実施例1並びに未処理試験片(標準品)を水中に浸漬させた。脱気後に温度約360℃、圧力18.7MPaに昇温昇圧した。試験の前後にて腐食重量増を測定した。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも表面層がジルコニウム、ジルコニウム合金、酸化ジルコニウム又はジルコニウム合金酸化物からなる基体と、この基体の表面に設けられた白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム及びオスミウムからなる白金族元素から選択される少なくとも一種の白金族元素を含む金属の酸化物層とを具備することを特徴とする原子炉構造部材。
- 請求項1記載の原子炉構造部材において、
前記基体がジルカロイ、ジルコニウム鉄合金、ジルコニウム銅合金、ジルコニウムニオブ合金、ジルコニウムスズ合金、ジルコニウムアルミ合金、ジルコニウムマグネシウム合金から選択されるジルコニウム合金であることを特徴とする原子炉構造部材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の原子炉構造部材において、
原子炉被覆管材、または被覆管支持部材、チャンネルボックス、制御棒案内管材であることを特徴とする原子炉構造部材。 - 少なくとも表面層がジルコニウム、ジルコニウム合金、ジルコニウム合金酸化物又は酸化ジルコニウムからなる基体の表面に、金属酸化物に変換可能で白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム及びオスミウムからなる白金族元素から選択される少なくとも一種の白金族元素を含む金属化合物を含むコーティング液の塗布層を形成し、
次いで、この塗布層を有する基体を、酸化性雰囲気中で高温酸化処理することにより前記少なくとも一種の白金族元素を含む金属の酸化物層を表面に有する基体とすることを特徴とする原子炉構造部材の製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の原子炉構造部材の製造方法において、
前記酸化性雰囲気中は、大気中であることを特徴とする原子炉構造部材の製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5記載の原子炉構造部材の製造方法において、
前記高温酸化処理は、200℃〜1100℃で行うことを特徴とする原子炉構造部材の製造方法。
