Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材23のトラック溝22と内側継手部材26のトラック溝25との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置されるトルク伝達ボール27が8個や12個とした固定式等速自在継手である。外側継手部材23のトラック溝22の曲率中心O1と、内側継手部材26のトラック溝25の曲率中心O2とは、軸方向のオフセットを0とする。トルク伝達ボールが8個である場合、外側継手部材23及び内側継手部材26は、それぞれ、周方向に沿って90°ピッチで配設されるトラック溝22、25を、軸線に対して互いに逆方向に傾いた傾斜トラックとする。傾斜トラックとの間の他のトラック溝22、25を軸線に対して平行なトラックとする。

Claims (8)
- 内径面に8個のトラック溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外径面に8個のトラック溝を形成した内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される8個のトルク伝達ボールと、前記外側継手部材の内径面と前記内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共に前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とは、軸方向のオフセットを0とし、かつ、前記外側継手部材及び内側継手部材は、それぞれ、周方向に沿って90°ピッチで配設されるトラック溝を、軸線に対して互いに逆方向に傾いた傾斜トラックとするとともに、この傾斜トラックとの間の他のトラック溝を軸線に対して平行なトラックとしたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 内径面に12個のトラック溝を形成した外側継手部材と、外径面に12個のトラック溝を形成した内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との対で形成されるボールトラックに配置される12個のトルク伝達ボールと、前記外側継手部材の内径面と前記内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共に前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とは、軸方向のオフセットを0とし、かつ、前記外側継手部材及び内側継手部材は、それぞれ、周方向に沿って60°ピッチで配設されるトラック溝を、軸線に対して互いに逆方向に傾いた傾斜トラックとするとともに、この傾斜トラックとの間の他のトラック溝を軸線に対して平行なトラックとしたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 前記ケージはボールを収容するポケットを有し、周方向に隣り合うポケットの周方向長さを相違させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心と、内側継手部材のトラック溝の曲率中心とを継手中心に対して径方向にずらせたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝底面及び内側継手部材のトラック溝底面に曲線部とストレート部を有するアンダーカットフリータイプであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝のストレート部が、奥側から開口側に向かって外径側へ傾斜するテーパ部であるとともに、内側継手部材のトラック溝のストレート部が、開口側から奥側に向かって外径側へ傾斜するテーパ部であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が鍛造にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- トラック溝が機械加工にて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
