Abstract
【解決手段】非空気圧タイヤのスポーク円周上配列をランダムにし騒音の分散を計る。地面に接触するトレッド1を保持する複数のスポーク2をスポーク支持円形台3を基準に3つの異なる角度で円周上に配置設計する。この3つの角度は小角a、中角b、大角cに分けられ、小角aを基準として、中角b/小角a=比率値よりも大角c/小角a=比率値が大きくなる様に設定しスポーク2を不規則な角度で配列する。

Claims (1)
- 地面に接触するトレッド1の下で、このトレッド1を保持する複数のスポーク2がスポーク支持円形台3を基準に円周方向に沿って放射状に設けられた非空気圧タイヤのスポーク設計方法であって、
前記スポーク2は、スポーク支持円形台3で3つの角度で円周上に配置設計され、このスポーク2の3つの角度は、小角(a)、中角(b)、大角(c)に分けられ、前記小角(a)を基準として、中角(b)/小角(a)=比率値(p)よりも大角(c)/小角(a)=比率値(q)が大きく設定されてスポーク2が不規則な角度で配列されるように設計されることを特徴とする非空気圧タイヤのスポーク設計方法。
