- 前記第2傾斜コイルバネを捕捉する共通溝を設け、前記第2コンポーネントまたは第3コンポーネントに軸方向力を付加して前記第2傾斜コイルバネの短軸を撓ませることにより前記第2コンポーネントを前記第3コンポーネントにラッチ止めすることを更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2傾斜コイルバネを捕捉し且つ該第2傾斜コイルバネをその長軸に沿って負荷することにより前記第2コンポーネントを前記第3コンポーネントに錠止することを更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第3コンポーネントを前記第2コンポーネントに関して摺動させることを更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2コンポーネントを前記第1コンポーネント内に配置すること更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- マルチステージ係合装置であって、
シャフトと、
該シャフトを受ける構成を有する穿孔を有するハウジングと、
該ハウジングの穿孔内または前記シャフト上の第1及び第2の各溝と、
前記シャフトまたはハウジングに第1軸方向力を付加した場合に前記第1溝内に位置決め自在であり、前記シャフトまたはハウジングに第2軸方向力を付加すると前記第2溝内に位置決め自在の傾斜コイルバネと、
を含み、
前記第2軸方向力が前記第1軸方向力より大きい装置。 - 前記シャフトを前記ハウジングの穿孔内に組み込む以前に前記傾斜コイルバネを保持する保持用溝を更に含む請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記第2溝の側壁の、前記シャフトの中心線に関するテーパが、前記第1溝の側壁におけるそれよりも強い請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記第1溝の底壁と、前記第2溝の底壁との、前記シャフトの中心線に関する深さが相違する請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが第1製造物品に連結される請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングが第2製造物品に連結される請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記第2溝の底壁が前記第1溝の底壁より少なくとも1.5倍長い請求項14に記載の装置。
