- 発電機(12)に結合されたタービン(12)と、
第1の複数の機能(106)を備え、前記タービン(12)に結合されるタービン−発電機コントローラ(16)と、
第2の複数の機能(108、110)を備え、前記タービン(12)及び前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)に結合される第2のコントローラ(20)と、
を含み、前記第2の複数の機能が、前記第1の複数の機能(106)と異なる少なくとも1つの機能を含み、前記第2のコントローラ(20)が、前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)と機能的に独立している、システム。 - 前記第2のコントローラ(20)が、安全計装システム(SIS)コントローラを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の複数の機能(108、110)が、前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)の起動監視機能を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のコントローラ(20)が、複数の条件に基づき起動機能を許可する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のコントローラ(20)が、前記複数の条件に基づき前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)に緊急シャットダウン信号を送信する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の条件が、前記第2のコントローラ(20)のセルフテストの完了を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の条件が、前記タービン(12)に結合されたバルブの監視、前記タービン(12)の圧縮機のロータ速度、前記タービン(12)の排気温度、及び前記タービン(12)の緊急シャットダウンのステータスを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記タービン(12)がガスタービンを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のコントローラ(20)が、前記第2の複数の機能(108、110)の各々の試験を提供する試験機構を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- タービン発電機システム(12)用の改造キットであって、第1の複数の機能(108、110)を有する安全計装システム(SIS)コントローラ(20)を備え、該SISコントローラ(20)がタービン−発電機コントローラ(16)に結合されるように構成され、前記SISコントローラ(20)は、タービン(12)からの複数の入力(76)に基づいて前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)の起動機能を許可する、改造キット(18)。
- 前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)の起動機能(112)が、前記SISコントローラ(20)及び前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)に結合された前記タービン(12)の作動を開始させる、請求項10に記載の改造キット(18)。
- 前記複数の入力(76)は、燃料運転、タービンの圧縮機のロータ速度、タービンの排気温度、タービンの火炎検出、及びタービンの緊急シャットダウンのステータスを含む、請求項12に記載の改造キット(18)。
- 前記SISコントローラ(20)が、前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)に結合されたネットワーク接続部(100)を含む、請求項10に記載の改造キット(18)。
- 前記タービン−発電機コントローラ(16)は、第2の複数の機能(106)を含み、前記第1の複数の機能(108、110)が、前記第2の複数の機能(106)と独立した機能を含む、請求項10に記載の改造キット(18)。
- 前記第1の複数の機能(108、110)が、International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61508、IEC61522、及びオーストラリア基準(AS)3814に適合する、請求項10に記載の改造キット(18)。
