Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture that is embedded in a ceiling surface using an LED as a light source and is applied to a downlight as an example.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a lighting fixture in which a lens is attached to a substrate on which an LED light source is mounted (LED mounting substrate), and light emitted from the LED light source is distributed by the lens and irradiated (for example, Patent Literature) 1).

0022)JP 2010-49830 A (FIG. 9, paragraph 0022)

Here, as for the lighting fixture, the LED light source is normally provided between the heat sink for heat radiation and the front frame. Electric wires (codes and lead wires) are connected to the LED light source, and the connected electric wires are routed to the power source along the outer surface of the lighting fixture using a plurality of fasteners.
As described above, since a plurality of fasteners for routing the electric wires from the LED light source to the power source are required, it has been an obstacle to reducing the number of parts.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that when the lamp of the lighting fixture is rotated (swinged), the electric wires routed along the outer surface of the lighting fixture prevent the lighting fixture from rotating.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting apparatus that can eliminate the need for a fastener for routing an electric wire and can easily rotate the lamp. There is to do.

The lighting fixture of the present invention is a lighting fixture in which a front frame is provided in front of a heat sink, and an LED light source is provided between the front frame and the heat sink so that a front surface of the LED light source is covered with the front frame. A first electric wire passage provided in a lower portion of the heat sink and capable of routing an electric wire of the LED light source; a standing wall covering the first electric wire passage by projecting from the front frame toward the heat sink; and the first And a second electric wire passage capable of routing the electric wire routed in the electric wire passage to the outside through the fins (in the central portion) of the heat sink.

According to the lighting fixture of the present invention, the first electric wire passage is provided in the lower part of the heat sink, and the second electric wire passage is provided in the fin (in the center portion) of the heat sink.

Therefore, it is not necessary to wire the LED light source using a plurality of fasteners. This eliminates the need for a plurality of fasteners for routing the electric wires of the LED light source, thereby reducing the number of parts of the lighting fixture.
Furthermore, the electric wire routed in the first electric wire passage can be protected by the vertical wall by covering the first electric wire passage with the standing wall provided in the front frame.

A plurality of fins 23 are provided between the pair of recesses 32.
The plurality of fins 23 between the pair of recesses 32 are each formed with a recess 36 in the lower portion 23 </ b> A, whereby a first wire passage 38 is formed in each recess 36 and the lower part 24 of the heat sink body 22. The

As shown in FIG. 4, the first wire passage 38 is formed to have a height dimension H <b> 1 facing the lower portion 24 of the heat sink body 22, and to a depth dimension L <b> 1 with respect to the outer periphery 24 </ b> A of the lower portion 24. .
A pair of wires 31 engaged with the pair of recesses 32 shown in FIG. 4 is routed in the first wire passage 38.
That is, the first electric wire passage 38 in which the electric wire 31 of the LED light source 18 can be routed is provided in the lower portion 24 of the heat sink 21.
Therefore, the pair of electric wires 31 drawn out from the back surface 17A of the LED mounting substrate 17 shown in FIG. 2 is routed in the first electric wire passage 38 through the pair of recesses 32.

The electric wires 31 arranged in the protection tube 42 are arranged outside the heat sink 21.
That is, a second electric wire passage 41 that can wire the electric wire 31 routed in the first electric wire passage 38 to the outside is provided between the fins 23 </ b> B in the center of the fins 23 of the heat sink 21.

The 2nd electric wire channel | path 41 is formed in the dimension into which the width dimension W1 does not enter a finger.
Thereby, when attaching the luminaire 10, it is possible to prevent a finger from entering the second electric wire passage 41 and touching the electric wires 31 in the second electric wire passage 41.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the first electric wire passage 38 is provided in the lower portion 24 of the heat sink body 22, and the second electric wire passage 41 is provided in the fin 23 (in the central portion) of the heat sink 21.
And the electric wire 31 of the some LED light source 18 (refer FIG. 2) is routed in the 1st electric wire channel | path 38, the electric wire 31 wired in the 1st electric wire channel | path 38 passes through the 2nd electric wire channel | path 41, and the exterior of the heat sink 21 I tried to route it.
Therefore, it is not necessary to route the electric wires 31 of the plurality of LED light sources 18 using a plurality of fasteners. As a result, a plurality of fasteners for routing the electric wires 31 of the plurality of LED light sources 18 can be eliminated, and the number of parts of the lighting fixture 10 can be reduced.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a front frame 26 is provided below (frontward) the heat sink 21. The front frame 26 is accommodated in the frame 11 shown in FIG. 2, and is rotatably supported in the frame 11 by a support shaft.
Therefore, the lamp 15 is provided in the frame 11 so as to be able to swing.
For this reason, when the lamp 15 is rotated with respect to the frame 11 and the direction of the lamp 15 is adjusted, it is considered that the electric wires 31 of the plurality of LED light sources 18 (see FIG. 2) prevent the lamp 15 from rotating. It is done.

Therefore, as described above, the first electric wire passage 38 is provided in the lower portion 24 of the heat sink 21, and the second electric wire passage 41 is provided between the fins 23 </ b> B at the center of the heat sink 21.
Then, the electric wires 31 of the plurality of LED light sources 18 (see FIG. 2) are routed in the first electric wire passage 38 and the second electric wire passage 41.

Therefore, since the electric wires 31 of the plurality of LED light sources 18 can be routed in the lamp 15, the lamp 15 is rotated with respect to the frame body 11 (see FIG. 2) to adjust the direction of the lamp 15. There is no possibility that the electric wire 31 of the LED light source 18 hinders the rotation of the lamp 15.
Thereby, the lamp 15 can be easily rotated with respect to the frame body 11, and the direction of the lamp 15 can be adjusted without taking time and effort.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the front frame 26 is an annular body formed in an annular shape so as to cover the lamp 15, and the upper end portion 26 </ b> A is fitted to the lower portion 24 of the heat sink body 22.
A pair of upright walls 45 project from the portion of the upper end portion 26 </ b> A of the front frame 26 facing the first electric wire passage 38 toward the heat sink 21.
As shown in FIG. 7, the pair of standing walls 45 are provided on both sides of the bolt 34. By providing the pair of standing walls 45 on both sides of the bolt 34, a space for attaching and detaching the bolt 34 can be secured.

Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the 1st electric wire channel | path 38 is formed in the depth dimension L1. Therefore, the electric wire 31 is routed inside the standing wall 45 in a state where the standing wall 45 is projected from the upper end portion 26 </ b> A of the front frame 26.
Furthermore, the upper end 45 </ b> A of the standing wall 45 is located above the electric wire 31.
Accordingly, the first electric wire passage 38 (that is, the electric wire 31) can be covered with the standing wall 45 protruding from the upper end portion 26A of the front frame 26, and the electric wire 31 can be protected by the standing wall 45.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the standing wall 45 has a height dimension H <b> 2 from the upper end portion 45 </ b> A to the recessed portion 36 (see also FIG. 4) of the lower portion 23 </ b> A of the fin 23 so that the finger does not enter. Is formed.
Thereby, when attaching the lighting fixture 10, a finger | toe can penetrate | invade from the space between the upper end part 45A of the standing wall 45, and the recessed part 36 of the fin 23, and it can prevent touching the electric wire 31 in the 1st electric wire channel | path 38. FIG.
