Abstract
【解決手段】人工血管システム10は、可撓性を有するチューブ16と該チューブ16の一端部16aに備えられるステント(構造体)18とを含む人工血管12と、チューブ16がその他端部16cから内側に折り返される場合に、該チューブ16を所望の位置で係止する位置固定装置14と、を含む。この場合、チューブ16には、所望の位置において係止されるための係止部40が備えられ、位置固定装置14はフック48を用いてこの係止部40を係止し、人工血管12を位置決め保持する。

Claims (10)
- 可撓性を有するチューブと、該チューブの一端部に備えられて第1の外径及び該第1の外径より大きい第2の外径に変形可能な構造体とを含む人工血管であって、
前記チューブには、該チューブが他端部から内側に折り返される場合に、所望の位置において係止される係止部が備えられることを特徴とする人工血管。 - 請求項1記載の人工血管において、
前記チューブの外周面には、前記係止部が軸方向に沿って複数備えられることを特徴とする人工血管。 - 請求項1又は2記載の人工血管において、
前記チューブは、蛇腹状であって前記チューブの外周面に形成された周回する稜線上に前記係止部が複数備えられることを特徴とする人工血管。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の人工血管において、
前記係止部は、前記チューブの外周面に両端部が固定された円弧状引掛部であることを特徴とする人工血管。 - 可撓性を有するチューブと、該チューブの一端部に備えられて第1の外径及び該第1の外径より大きい第2の外径に変形可能な構造体とを含む人工血管と、
前記チューブがその他端部から内側に折り返される場合に、該チューブを所望の位置に位置決め保持する位置固定装置と、
を含むことを特徴とする人工血管システム。 - 請求項5記載の人工血管システムにおいて、
前記チューブの外周面には、係止部が備えられ、
前記位置固定装置は、前記係止部に係合可能なフック部を有することを特徴とする人工血管システム。 - 請求項6記載の人工血管システムにおいて、
前記チューブの外周面には、前記係止部が軸方向に沿って複数備えられ、
前記フック部は、前記チューブが前記他端部から内側に折り返される場合に、該チューブの軸方向位置を変更可能に位置決め保持することを特徴とする人工血管システム。 - 請求項6又は7記載の人工血管システムにおいて、
前記チューブは、蛇腹状であって前記チューブの外周面に形成された周回する稜線上に前記係止部が複数備えられ、
前記位置固定装置は、前記係止部に対応する複数のフック部を有し、前記フック部によって前記係止部を係止することを特徴とする人工血管システム。 - 請求項8記載の人工血管システムにおいて、
前記位置固定装置は、前記フック部が前記係止部を係止した状態において、該係止部を外径方向に引っ張るように構成されていることを特徴とする人工血管システム。 - 請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の人工血管システムにおいて、
前記係止部は、前記チューブの外周面に両端部が固定された円弧状引掛部であり、
前記フック部は、前記円弧状引掛部に対応して一方が開放されて前記チューブを受容するU字部の内方に突出していることを特徴とする人工血管システム。
