【解決手段】インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴の質量、又は、インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について溶解した溶質の濃度、のいずれかを測定する方法は、紫外線可視光分光法を利用する。溶質の成分の紫外線吸収スペクトルは、1滴の液滴の質量及び濃度を精密に測定するために、所定の検量線と比較され得る。

(1) インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法であって、該方法は、
前記インクジェット分注デバイスから第一溶媒の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴を、所定の量の第二溶媒を含有するキュベットの中に分注して混合することと、
前記キュベット内の前記第一溶媒と第二溶媒とで得られる溶液の紫外線吸収スペクトルを測定することと、
前記第一溶媒に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴の質量を計算することと、を含む、方法。
(2) インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法であって、該方法は、
前記インクジェット分注デバイスから第一溶媒と1つ又は2つ以上の溶質とを含む目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴を、所定の量の第二溶媒を含有するキュベットの中に分注して混合し、その結果生じる溶液を得ることと、
前記キュベット内の前記得られた溶液の紫外線吸収スペクトルを測定することと、
前記第一溶媒に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴の質量を計算することと、
前記溶液中の前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴中の各々の前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質の濃度を計算することと、を含む、方法。
(3) 前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質がポリマー、治療薬又はポリマーと治療薬との組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、実施態様1に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
(4) 前記治療薬がラパマイシンを含む、実施態様3に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について、液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
(5) 前記ポリマーがPLGAを含む、実施態様3に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について、液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
Claims (5)
- インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法であって、該方法は、
前記インクジェット分注デバイスから第一溶媒の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴を、所定の量の第二溶媒を含有するキュベットの中に分注して混合することと、
前記キュベット内の前記第一溶媒と第二溶媒とで得られる溶液の紫外線吸収スペクトルを測定することと、
前記第一溶媒に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴の質量を計算することと、を含む、方法。 - インクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法であって、該方法は、
前記インクジェット分注デバイスから第一溶媒と1つ又は2つ以上の溶質とを含む目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴を、所定の量の第二溶媒を含有するキュベットの中に分注して混合し、その結果生じる溶液を得ることと、
前記キュベット内の前記得られた溶液の紫外線吸収スペクトルを測定することと、
前記第一溶媒に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴の質量を計算することと、
前記溶液中の前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質に対応する特定の波長にて紫外線吸収スペクトルを利用し、それを所定の検量線と比較することにより、前記インクジェット分注デバイスにより分注される前記1滴又は2滴以上の液滴中の各々の前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質の濃度を計算することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記1つ又は2つ以上の溶質がポリマー、治療薬又はポリマーと治療薬との組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
- 前記治療薬がラパマイシンを含む、請求項3に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について、液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
- 前記ポリマーがPLGAを含む、請求項3に記載のインクジェット分注デバイスから分注される目的の液体の1滴又は2滴以上の液滴について、液滴質量又は溶解した溶質の濃度のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する方法。
