Description

(1) 正確に決定された同じ量の特定の物質を、対象物上の1か所又は2か所以上の位置に付着させるための方法であって、
インクジェット施与装置の少なくとも1つのジェットの近位に対象物を配置することにより、前記対象物と前記少なくとも1つのジェットとの間の相対的な動きが達成可能なようにすることと、
前記少なくとも1つのジェットからの特定の物質の第1の既定数の液滴を、容器内に採取し、平均の液滴質量を決定することと、
前記対象物上にある前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに望ましい液滴質量を達成するのに何滴の液滴が必要かを計算することと、
安定な状態の液滴サイズが達成されるまで、前記少なくとも1つのジェットからの前記特定の物質の第2の既定数の液滴を容器内に採取することと、
標的位置間を移動するのに必要な時間が、連続液滴間の時間間隔以下であることを確認しながら、前記対象物の前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに、前記望ましい液滴質量を達成するのに必要な液滴数を付着させることと、を含む、方法。
(2) 正確に決定された同じ量の特定の物質を、対象物上の1か所又は2か所以上の位置に付着させるための方法であって、
インクジェット施与装置の少なくとも1つのジェットの近位に対象物を配置することにより、前記対象物と前記少なくとも1つのジェットとの間の相対的な動きが達成可能なようにすることと、
液滴バースト間の時間が、一貫した第1液滴質量を達成するための時間より長いことを確認しながら、前記少なくとも1つのジェットからの前記特定の物質の第1の既定数の液滴を、容器内に採取し、平均の液滴質量を決定することと、
前記対象物上にある前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに望ましい液滴質量を達成するのに何滴の液滴が必要かを計算することと、
液滴バースト間の時間が、一貫した第1液滴質量を達成するための時間より長いことを確認しながら、前記対象物の前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに、前記望ましい液滴質量に等しい液滴バーストを付着させることと、を含む、方法。
(3) 正確に決定された同じ量の特定の物質を、対象物上の1か所又は2か所以上の位置に付着させるための方法であって、
インクジェット施与装置の少なくとも1つのジェットの近位に対象物を配置することにより、前記対象物と前記少なくとも1つのジェットとの間の相対的な動きが達成可能なようにすることと、
バースト当たりのプロセス関連の第1液滴数を含む第1動作モードについての、平均液滴質量とデバイス駆動波形振幅との間の相関関係を決定することと、
バースト当たりの、前記第1液滴数よりも大きい第2液滴数を含む第2動作モードについての、平均液滴質量とデバイス駆動波形振幅との間の相関関係を決定することにより、迅速かつ正確なインクジェット液滴質量校正を促進することと、
前記第1動作モードと前記第2動作モードとの間の差を計算することと、
前記差を実際の付着プロセスに適用することと、前記対象物の前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに液滴バーストを付着させることとにより、前記第1動作モードと前記第2動作モードとの間の前記差を補正することと、を含む、方法。
Claims (1)
- 正確に決定された量の治療薬および/または不活性薬剤を、埋め込み可能な医療デバイス上の1か所又は2か所以上の位置に付着させるための方法であって、
インクジェット施与装置の少なくとも1つのジェットの近位に埋め込み可能な医療デバイスを配置することにより、前記医療デバイスと前記少なくとも1つのジェットとの間の相対的な動きが達成可能なようにすることと、
前記少なくとも1つのジェットからの連続液滴の射出の間、前記連続液滴のうちの第1の既定数の液滴を容器内に採取して、前記連続液滴の間の液滴質量が安定している平坦領域で前記射出が動作するようにし、当該平坦領域における平均の液滴質量を算出することと、
前記平坦領域において動作している場合、前記医療デバイス上にある前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに望ましい液滴質量を達成するのに何滴の液滴が必要かを計算することと、
前記連続液滴の射出の後の連続液滴の射出の間に、
前記射出が前記平坦領域で動作する状態になるまで、前記少なくとも1つのジェットからの前記治療薬および/または不活性薬剤の第2の既定数の液滴を容器内に採取し、ついで、
標的位置間を移動するのに必要な時間が、連続液滴間の時間間隔以下であることを確認しながら、前記医療デバイスの前記1か所又は2か所以上の位置のそれぞれに、前記望ましい液滴質量を達成するのに必要な液滴数を付着させること、
を含む、方法。
