Description

The present invention relates to a decorative sheet mainly used on the surface of a flooring material in a house, and more particularly to a decorative sheet for a floor which requires slip resistance such as walking with bare feet or moving a pet around.

Flooring mainly made of wooden base material has become a popular trend in recent years. There was a problem that could be.

There is also a method of providing unevenness on the surface so that the pet's claws are caught, but if the unevenness is too large, it will be easy to get caught when a person walks, causing a fall. In addition, a surface protective layer is usually applied after the surface irregularities are formed. However, if the irregularities are large, unevenness occurs, and the scratch resistance over time tends to decrease.

In addition, a method of adding particulate matter to the surface protective layer has been considered, but there is a problem of slidability (scratches are caused by moving the surfaces together while being loaded).

A thickness of about 50 to 150 μm is preferable in terms of ease of printing and ease of pasting when the shape is maintained to some extent when pasting on a substrate.

As a colorant for coloring, it is desirable to use an inorganic pigment having a high refractive index and excellent weather resistance and hiding properties. Specifically, for example, yellow lead, yellow iron oxide, titanium yellow, barium yellow, quinacridone, aureolin, molybdate orange, petal, mars violet, manganese violet, cobalt violet, cobalt blue, cerulean blue, ultramarine blue, bitumen, emerald Colored pigments such as green, viridian, iron black and carbon black, such as titanium oxide (titanium white, titanium white), zinc oxide (zinc white), basic lead carbonate (lead white), basic lead sulfate, zinc sulfide, White pigments such as lithopone and titanox can be used.

Specific examples include two-component curable urethane resin-based ink and vinyl chloride resin-based ink. Examples of pigments include inorganic pigments such as carbon black, titanium white, zinc white, petal, and bitumen, and organic pigments such as azo pigments, lake pigments, anthraquinone pigments, phthalocyanine pigments, quinacridone pigments, isoindolinone pigments, and dioxazine pigments. Metal powder pigment such as gold powder, silver powder, copper powder, aluminum powder, bronze powder, pearl luster pigment such as fish scale powder, basic lead carbonate, bismuth oxide oxide, titanium oxide coated mica, fluorescent pigment, nocturnal pigment, etc. A mixture of two or more selected can be used. In addition, various additives such as various fillers and weather-resistant formulations (benzotriazole-based, benzophenone-based, triazine-based UV absorbers, hindered amine light stabilizers, hindered phenol-based antioxidants, etc.) are added as appropriate. It is also optional to do.

As the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 in the present invention, the same resin as the colored thermoplastic resin substrate 2 can be used, but a polyolefin resin is preferable from the viewpoint of transparency and processability. Moreover, the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 in the present invention may be provided with a grain embossed pipe emboss on the surface side or may be provided with a satin-like uneven emboss. As a method of providing the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4, a transparent thermoplastic resin in which surface irregularities are provided in advance on the surface of the colored thermoplastic resin base material 2 provided with the pattern layer 3 through an adhesive layer as appropriate. Although the method of bonding the layer 4 and the method of providing the transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 directly by extrusion embossing of molten resin are mention | raise | lifted, it does not specifically limit to these. The thickness is preferably about 50 to 150 μm.

The surface protective layer 5 in the present invention is provided for obtaining various resistances on the surface of the decorative sheet, and contains 10 to 30% by weight of urethane beads 6 having a curable resin as a main ingredient and an average particle diameter of 10 to 20 μm. Do it. Examples of the curable resin include a two-component curable resin, a thermosetting resin, and an electron beam curable resin, and an ultraviolet curable resin is particularly preferable. By setting the particle size and content of the urethane beads 6 within the above ranges, slipperiness suitable for both people and pets can be obtained. If the average particle size of the urethane beads 6 to be used is too small, there will be no anti-slip effect. If the average particle size is too large, it will be easy for a person to get caught when walking with bare feet or socks, and also to apply a surface protective layer. It becomes difficult. If the content of the urethane beads 6 is too small, there will be no anti-slip effect. If the content is too large, people will get caught when walking with bare feet or socks, and the urethane beads 6 may settle or mix with the main agent. It may not fit well. In particular, by using the urethane beads 6, the slidability is good and scratches are not generated. Other beads, particularly acrylic beads, are not preferred because they are damaged by sliding.

In addition, benzotriazole-based, triazine-based ultraviolet absorbers, hindered amine-based light stabilizers, glass beads, and the like can be added as appropriate to the surface protective layer 5 of the present invention. The thickness of the surface protective layer 5 is preferably about 6 to 15 g / m 2 in terms of the coating amount after drying.

A 70 μm-thick polyethylene film (“FZ13317” manufactured by Riken Technos Co., Ltd.) is used as the colored thermoplastic resin substrate 2, and gravure ink (“Lamister” manufactured by Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is used as the pattern pattern layer 3 on one side. The wood grain printing was printed by a gravure printing machine. A two-component urethane resin adhesive (“TM-593” manufactured by Toyo Morton Co., Ltd.) was applied as an adhesive layer on the pattern layer 3 so that the coating amount after drying was 10 g / m 2. As the plastic resin layer 4, a polypropylene resin having a thickness of 90 μm was laminated. 20 wt% of urethane beads having an average particle diameter of 20 μm are added as urethane beads 6 to 100 parts by weight of UV curable urethane acrylate resin (DIC Corporation “UV210”) as a surface protective layer 5 on the surface. In addition, as a additive, a resin containing 5% by weight of a matting agent for gloss adjusting material and 3% by weight of glass beads as an antifriction material is coated as uniformly as possible to a thickness of 10 μm after curing, and ultraviolet rays are applied. Irradiated and cured to obtain a floor decorative sheet.

<Bonding to cosmetics>
Using the decorative sheets of Example 1, Comparative Example 1, Comparative Example 2, Comparative Example 3, and Comparative Example 4 as above, a lauan plywood having a thickness of 12 mm is used as the flooring 1, and a two-component aqueous emulsion adhesive is used as an adhesive on this surface. (“Rikabond” (BA-10 / BA-11B = 100: 2.5) manufactured by Chuo Rika Kogyo Co., Ltd.) was applied in a wet state to 100 g / m 2 , and then the above-mentioned decorative sheet was bonded together. Time-cured and used as a flooring decorative material. These floor decorative materials were evaluated by the following methods.

<Slippery evaluation>
As an evaluation of the slip resistance of the decorative material for floors, C.I. S. R′D was measured. C. S. A portable slip tester (ONO · PPSM) was used for the measurement of R′D. The measuring method by ONO / PPSM is as follows.
・ After placing ONO / PPSM on the floor to be measured and bringing the sliding piece into contact with the entire measurement area, immediately turn the handle (preset time 0 s) and rotate the handle 18 ° diagonally upward to a tensile load rate of about 20 kgf (196 N). ).
・ After confirming that the slip piece starts to move clearly, stop pulling, read the maximum tensile load (Pmax) until it stops, and calculate the slip resistance coefficient C.I. S. R′D is calculated.

C.S.R’D=Pmax(kgf)/5kgf   C. S. R'D = Pmax (kgf) / 5kgf

Here, the combined mass of the ONO · PPSM sliding piece and the weight is 5 kg. The size of the contact surface between the sliding piece and the floor is 6 × 5 cm. The sliding piece has a foam rubber sheet (Shore A hardness: 10, thickness: 10 mm, material: polyurethane foam) and hemp fabric (plain weave, Thickness: 0.8 mm, material: jute, weaving density: 8 × 8 / inch 2 ) is used.

<Slidability evaluation>
The flooring was made to face to face, a load of 500 g / cm 2 was applied from above the face to face, and the flooring was rubbed back and forth 2000 times, and then the surface of the flooring was observed. The evaluation method is that there is a slight scratch on the surface state (no problem in practical use).

Comparative Example 1 has good sliding properties, but acrylic beads are too hard and scrape the surface layer. Since the comparative example 2 has a small average particle diameter, it is difficult to appear on the surface layer, so the effect is limited. In Comparative Example 3, since the average particle diameter of the urethane beads is large, it is difficult to be applied to the surface layer, and as a result, the number remaining in the surface layer is small. In addition, urethane beads are easy to remove even with slidability. In Comparative Example 4, the amount of urethane beads is small and the effect is limited. C. S. With respect to the value of R'D, 0.33 to 0.55 is just good slip resistance for both humans and dogs. If the value is lower than this, the dog is slippery, and if it is higher, the person, especially socks, etc. The footwear is easy to get caught.
