Description

The present invention relates to a moisture-proof container provided with a desiccant.

Conventionally, many moisture-proof containers containing a desiccant have been proposed as containers for storing chemicals and foods that absorb moisture. These are broadly classified into those containing a desiccant at the bottom of the container (Patent Documents 1 to 7) and those containing a desiccant at the lid (Patent Documents 7 and 8). When the desiccant is contained in the bottom of the container, there is an advantage that moisture can be captured efficiently, but the desiccant filling process becomes complicated, and the inside of the container is contaminated by dust of the desiccant generated during the filling operation. There were also difficulties such as being done.

An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture-proof container that has an excellent moisture-proof effect, reduces contamination of the desiccant with dust, and can be manufactured inexpensively and easily.

As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors can solve the above problem by adhering a dustproof sheet to the inclined surface of the annular protrusion provided on the inner wall of the container body and partitioning the desiccant contained in the container bottom. As a result, the present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention is a cylindrical container body, a lid that seals the container body and fits in an openable and closable manner, and a moisture-proof container that contains a desiccant in the container body. It is provided with an annular protrusion having an inclined surface extending obliquely downward, and the moisture-permeable dustproof sheet adhered to the inclined surface of the annular protrusion is present in the accommodation chamber on the opening side and on the bottom side, and is dried. A moisture-proof container is provided which is partitioned into a desiccant chamber in which the agent is accommodated.

The moisture-proof container of the present invention may further include a partition plate that partitions the drying chamber, and the upper end portion of the partition plate and the moisture-permeable dust-proof sheet may be in contact with each other.

A half cut line may be formed at a position corresponding to the inner periphery of the desiccant chamber on the surface of the moisture permeable dustproof sheet opposite to the surface bonded to the inclined surface.

According to the moisture-proof container of the present invention, the article to be stored can be stored without being contaminated with the dust of the desiccant. Further, since the desiccant is accommodated in the bottom of the container where water vapor having a high specific gravity stays, moisture (water vapor) can be captured efficiently. Moreover, the moisture-proof container of the present invention can be manufactured inexpensively and easily.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a moisture-proof container, FIG. 2 is a top view showing an opened state of the moisture-proof container shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the moisture-proof container shown in FIG. FIG.

The container body 1 has a cylindrical shape, one end is sealed by the bottom 13 and the other end is open. Examples of the cylindrical shape include a cylinder and a rectangular tube (such as a quadrangular column and a hexagonal column). The lid 2 sandwiches the opening side end portion of the container body 1 between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, can seal the opening of the container, and can be opened and closed. The lid 2 is connected to the container main body 1 via a hinge 5. The container body 1, the hinge 5, and the lid 2 can be formed as a resin-integrated molded body that is molded integrally using resin as a raw material.

The container body 1 has an annular protrusion 11 on the inner surface of the side wall. The annular protrusion 11 has an inclined surface 11a that extends obliquely downward (in the direction of the bottom 13). A moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 is bonded to the inclined surface 11a. The container body 1 is partitioned into a desiccant chamber D and a storage chamber R by the moisture-permeable dustproof sheet. An appropriate adhesive may be used for bonding the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3, but in the present invention, in order to prevent contamination by the adhesive, the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 such as heat sealing is melted and cured. It is preferable to use the method used.

The inner diameter of the desiccant chamber D is smaller than the inner diameter of the storage chamber R. The inclined surface 11a is a surface connecting the opening end of the inner wall of the desiccant chamber D and the inner wall of the storage chamber R (a tapered portion that is installed on the inner wall of the storage chamber R and whose inner diameter narrows toward the desiccant chamber D). A desiccant 4 is accommodated in the desiccant chamber D. The periphery of the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 is bonded (sealed) to the inclined surface 11a of the annular protrusion 11 and fixed. Therefore, the desiccant chamber R is sealed by the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3, and the desiccant 4 and the dust of the desiccant are prevented from moving to the storage chamber R.

It is preferable that the container main body 1 further includes a partition plate 12 that partitions the inside of the desiccant chamber D. The partition plate 12 can be installed vertically or substantially perpendicular to the bottom 13 of the container body 1, for example. By providing the partition plate 12, it is possible to prevent the desiccant 4 from moving excessively. If the desiccant 4 moves excessively, dust of the desiccant may be generated due to friction or impact, but by providing the partition plate 12, the generation of dust can be reduced. The partition plate 12 restricts the movement of the desiccant 4, but does not fix the desiccant 4. Accordingly, the desiccant 4 can be appropriately moved by an impact or the like when using the moisture-proof container. That is, the desiccant supplemented with water moves from the storage chamber R side to the bottom side inside the desiccant chamber D, and at the same time, the desiccant that was on the bottom side not yet supplemented with water is transferred to the storage chamber R side. Can be moved to. Thereby, compared with the case where the desiccant packaged with the packaging material is arrange | positioned at the container bottom part etc., for example, the drying ability of the desiccant 4 can be utilized uniformly and more efficient drying can be performed.

The partition plate 12 has a function of assisting the fixation of the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 in addition to the above-described dust suppression effect. When the dustproof sheet 4 and the top surface of the partition plate 12 are in contact, when the article is stored in the storage chamber R, the dustproof sheet can be prevented from drooping due to the weight of the article. In particular, if the height inside the desiccant chamber D and the height of the partition plate 12 are the same, the dustproof sheet can be kept horizontal with the bottom of the container body, which is preferable. It is preferable that the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 and the top surface of the partition plate 12 are sealed. If both are sealed, it can restrict | limit that the desiccant 4 moves across the partition plate 12, and generation | occurrence | production of dust is further suppressed.

Although FIG. 2 etc. showed the cross-shaped partition plate 12 which divides the inside of the desiccant D into four, the shape and number of the partition plates 12 are not restrict | limited to this.

The cross-sectional shapes and the like of the annular protrusion 11 and the inclined surface 11a are not particularly limited, and the shape of the container main body 1, the ratio of the inner diameter of the storage chamber R and the desiccant chamber D, the convenience of sealing work of the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3, and the like. It can be selected as appropriate in consideration.

A half-cut line 31 may be formed on the upper surface of the moisture-permeable dust-proof sheet 3 (the surface opposite to the surface bonded to the inclined surface 11a). In this case, the half-cut line is formed at a portion corresponding to the inner peripheral portion of the inclined surface 11 a of the annular protrusion 11. That is, the half cut line 31 is formed in a portion of the moisture permeable dustproof sheet 3 that is bent for adhesion to the inclined surface 11a. Thereby, it can prevent that a wrinkle generate | occur | produces at the time of adhesion | attachment to the inclined surface 11a of the moisture-permeable dust-proof sheet 3. FIG.

The moisture-proof container of the present invention can be made of a known resin having moisture resistance. Examples of such a resin include, but are not limited to, polyethylene and polypropylene. The moisture-proof container of the present invention usually has a single layer structure, but may have a multilayer structure in which functional layers are laminated in order to provide functions such as gas barrier properties.

As the moisture-permeable and dust-proof sheet 3, any sheet having moisture permeability and dust-proof properties and having a certain strength can be used. Specific examples include nonwoven fabrics, microporous films, and microporous sheets made of resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Commercially available examples of such sheets include: DuPont, USA; “Tyvek (registered trademark)”, Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd .; “Selpore”, Soda Tokuyama Corporation; “NF Sheet”, Nitto Denko Corporation Made by company; “Nitoflon (registered trademark)” can be mentioned.

As the desiccant 4, any known or conventional desiccant can be used as long as it does not contaminate and erode the accommodated article, and is not particularly limited. Specific examples include chemical desiccants such as calcium oxide and calcium chloride, and physical desiccants such as aluminum oxide, zeolite, molecular sieve, and silica gel. In the present invention, it is preferable to use a physical desiccant from the viewpoint of avoiding aggregation of the desiccant due to moisture absorption and generation of dust due to friction. Among these, it is particularly preferable to use a molecular sieve because it is difficult to cause a change in drying efficiency due to a change in temperature and re-release of water.

The moisture-proof container of the present invention is, for example, a moisture-permeable moisture cut into the desiccant chamber D provided on the bottom 13 side of the container body 1 with the desiccant 4 and then cut according to the shape and size of the container body 1. The dustproof sheet 3 can be manufactured by adhering the periphery of the dustproof sheet 3 to the inclined surface 11 a of the annular protrusion 11.

An example of the manufacturing method of the moisture-proof container of this invention is demonstrated referring FIGS.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing how the desiccant chamber D is filled with the desiccant using the filling nozzle 6. The desiccant is inserted into the container body, and an appropriate amount is filled into the desiccant chamber D through the filling nozzle 6 aligned with the annular protrusion 11. After filling is completed, the filling nozzle 6 is removed. By using the filling nozzle 6, it is possible to fill the desiccant without contaminating the inner surface of the portion of the container body 1 serving as the storage chamber R with the desiccant and its dust.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the moisture-permeable and dust-proof sheet 3 is conveyed to the annular protrusion 11 inside the container, and FIG. 6 shows a state in which the moisture-permeable and dust-proof sheet 3 is sealed to the annular protrusion 11 by a heater. It is sectional drawing. The moisture-permeable and dust-proof sheet 3 is conveyed and held to the annular protrusion 11 by the suction arm 7 that develops holding force by air suction. The moisture-permeable dustproof sheet 3 is heat-sealed by the heater 8 while being held by the suction arm 7. The outer surface of the heater 8 has a shape that follows the shape of the inclined surface 11a of the annular protrusion 11, and heat sealing can be performed smoothly and reliably. The desiccant chamber D filled with the desiccant 4 is sealed by the moisture-permeable dust-proof sheet 3, and the desiccant chamber D and the storage chamber R are partitioned by the moisture-permeable dust-proof sheet 3. At this time, when the desiccant chamber D is partitioned by the partition plate 12, the moisture-permeable dustproof sheet 3 can also be sealed to the top surface of the partition plate 12.

After the sealing of the moisture-permeable and dust-proof sheet 3 is completed, the storage chamber R is kept dry by sealing the opening of the container body 1 with the lid 2.

As described above, the moisture-proof container of the present invention can be easily manufactured. In addition, the interior of the storage chamber is not contaminated by the dust of the desiccant during the manufacturing process and use, and an excellent moisture-proof effect is exhibited.

Although the container main body 1 and the lid | cover 2 illustrated the hinge container connected via the hinge 5 in FIGS. 1-6, the container main body 1 and the lid | cover 2 may be a different body. Examples of this are shown in FIGS.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the moisture-proof container of the present invention in which a container in which the container body 1 and the lid 2 are separate bodies is adopted. 8A is a top view of the container body 1 of the moisture-proof container shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 8B is a plan view of the inner surface side of the lid 2 of the moisture-proof container shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the container body 1 and the lid 2 have a structure in which the contents are sealed by fitting each other. There may be. Moreover, the sealing of the desiccant into the container body 1 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 can be performed by the same process as in FIGS.

The moisture-proof container of the present invention can be widely used as a container for storing articles that are easily deteriorated by moisture and dust of desiccant. For example, it can be suitably used as a test piece for use in a blood glucose level test or a urine test or a container for storing a medicine (tablet or the like).
