Abstract
【解決手段】内部に中間軸13を付勢するためのコイルばね14を収納した摺動式等速自在継手において、前記コイルばね14の一端部を支持するばね受け部材15の周縁部34の立ち上がり高さh3が、当該等速自在継手の作動角が最大角となった場合に、その周縁部34のエッジ37が内側継手部材12のローラアッセンブリ28の外輪26下端面に接触する大きさに設定された構成とした。

Claims (11)
- 外側継手部材、前記外側継手部材に対して摺動可能な内側継手部材、内側継手部材の中心に嵌合されたトルク伝達軸及び前記トルク伝達軸の内端の凸球面に接触するばね受け部材及び前記ばね受け部材と前記外側継手部材の内底面との間に圧縮状態に介在されたコイルばねとからなり、前記内側継手部材は前記トルク伝達軸が嵌合されたボス部と、そのボス部に設けられたトラニオン軸と、そのトラニオン軸に首振り自在に嵌合され前記外側継手部材の案内溝に回転自在に収められたローラアッセンブリとにより構成され、前記ばね受け部材が前記凸球面に当接する底部と、その底部の周縁に立ち上がった円筒状の周縁部とにより構成され、その周縁部の内側に前記コイルばねの端部が差し込まれ、前記外側継手部材に設けられたステム部と前記トルク伝達軸が所定の作動角をもってトルクの伝達を行う摺動式等速自在継手において、
前記ばね受け部材の周縁部の立ち上がり高さが、前記作動角が最大角となった場合に当該周縁部のエッジが前記内側継手部材のローラアッセンブリの外輪下端面に接触する大きさに設定されたことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。 - 前記ローラアッセンブリは、前記トラニオン軸に対し首振り自在に嵌合された内輪と、その内輪の外径側に転動体を介して嵌合された前記の外輪とにより構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ばね受け部材の底部が、前記トルク伝達軸の凸球面に沿う凹球面を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記底部と周縁部の内側コーナ部が、前記コイルばねの一端部の着座部であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記周縁部の着座部が前記コイルばねに対し締め代を有し、前記着座部から先端のエッジまで部分が前記コイルばねに対しすき間を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記トラニオン軸が楕円柱状に形成され、前記内輪が前記トラニオン軸に対し径方向のすき間をおいて首振り自在に嵌合されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記トラニオン軸に球面部が形成され、その球面部に前記内輪が首振り自在に嵌合されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記トラニオン軸にその軸断面形状が楕円形となる楕円部が形成され、その楕円部に前記内輪が首振り自在に嵌合されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ばね受け部材が金属のプレス成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ばね受け部材が焼結金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記ばね受け部材が合成樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
