Abstract
【課題】 曲げ強度、耐衝撃性及び耐振動性の向上を図る。
【解決手段】 ポリプロピレンと有機溶剤抽出成分量が1重量%未満のジュート又はケナフとを含み、ポリプロピレンの含有率が60〜95重量%であり、ジュート又はケナフの含有率が5〜40重量%であるようにした。
これにより車輌用灯具の部品として十分な曲げ強度、耐衝撃性及び耐振動性が確保される。

Description
上記したように、車輌用灯具の部品はポリプロピレンとジュート又はケナフとを含む合成樹脂によって形成されている。
従って、曲げ強度及び耐衝撃性の向上を図ることができると共に耐振動性の向上を図ることができる。
Claims (3)
- ポリプロピレンと有機溶剤抽出成分量が1重量%未満のジュート又はケナフとを含み、
前記ポリプロピレンの含有率が60〜95重量%であり、
前記ジュート又は前記ケナフの含有率が5〜40重量%である
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具の部品。 - 曲げ弾性率が2000MPa以上であり、
衝撃強度が3.5KJ/m2以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具の部品。 - 110°Cで24時間加熱したときのガラス平板に対するヘーズ値が10%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具の部品。
