Description

In general, the present invention has a habit of sleeping on the person's face using a normal pillow when sleeping, so anatomically and physiologically, such as snoring and obstructive breathing disorder during sleep It was devised and created for the prevention and prevention of the problem. In the center of the pillow, a facial space that can be lying down and a breathing airway that can breathe well in lying down are provided to prevent habitual breathing problems during sleep. It is intended to prevent the occurrence.

Technical background

The pillow that has been generally used in the past is made of a bag-like structure with a resilient material, and is designed to sleep on its back with the back of the head, with the face down. There has been no research or development of a lying pillow, which is impossible and as in the present invention.

None.

Snoring and obstructive breathing disorders during human sleep, apart from severe ones, have generally been treated as an individual's mere epilepsy, not in the category of illness. It is known that it has attracted known illnesses, and has attracted medical attention.
The mechanism of snoring and obstructive breathing disorder during sleep is generally the skeletal muscles around the throat, although there are individual differences in the state of lying on the back with the face up. Relaxation and drooping of the soft palate and tongue base prevent the inflow of air in the upper airway, or obstruct the airway, causing snoring and temporary ventilation stoppage (breathing stop). There are various pathological conditions such as over 10 to 30 seconds.
It is said that about 25% of adult males and about half of females suffer from sleep disturbances during sleep, especially 30% of males over 60 years old. There is no change in the outside.
And it is known that the breathing disorder at the time of sleep makes a lot of illnesses such as the following. Compensatory hypertension due to habitual hypoxemia, cardiovascular disorders, arrhythmia, and other cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, metabolic disorders such as dyslipidemia, daytime hypersomnia, fatigue, agitation, nighttime sleep disorder Arousal), memory impairment, reduced attention concentration, cognitive decline, and mental symptoms such as depression.
On the other hand, there are very few medical therapies for the sleep disorder itself caused by sleeping on the back. Surgically, treatment by uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Internally, forced breathing treatment with a nasal continuous positive pressure breathing device. In addition, there is a procedure for attaching a mandibular anterior fixation device in dentistry, but none of them is a common treatment method for severely ill people.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems in such a social situation.

With normal pillows, you can not sleep on the face with the face facing down, but in the present invention, the central part of the pillow is a deep rectangular shape that can hold the face part necessary for lying on the bed without difficulty A space and a sufficient respiratory airway were provided to enable natural lying on the prone position.

By using the pillow of the present invention, it is thought that the conventional disordered breathing disorder during sleep caused by lying on the back is promptly improved without relying on medical treatment.
Moreover, when the general person who does not have the symptom of snoring and sleep breathing stop is used as a habit, it is thought that there exists an effect which prevents the outbreak after a drought.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the entire pillow showing the implementation of the present invention. In order to ensure a comfortable posture in lying down, the front of the pillow is slightly higher and the front and rear portions are lower. A rectangular (3) deep facial space is provided in the center of the pillow, and a respiratory airway for air in and out is opened to the front of the pillow following the space.
Next, FIG. 3 shows a state when the present invention is used. The method for lying on the bed is as follows. At this time, the cheeks 3 are supported by the left and right edges of the facial space, and the entire head is stabilized in a natural state of stagnation, ensuring a comfortable and comfortable breathing.
