Description

The present invention relates to a prone sleeping, resting or treating cushion device, in particular, an eyeball downwardly maintained after retinal detachment surgery. The present invention relates to a cushioning tool.

Conventionally, during sleep, rest or treatment after retinal detachment surgery, or surgery for buttocks, back, etc. or treatment of wounds, burns, tumors, etc. of these parts, sleep, rest after surgery, etc. If it is necessary to maintain the body parallel downward or the back of the body upward, lean on a futon or a folding futon, or place the pillow on the forehead and the cushion on the chin to maintain the desired posture. In fact, there is no easy and effective prone sleeping or resting tool or assistive device that can sleep without fatigue.

However, a simple pillow for lying down and sleeping is disclosed in the following patent document. The pillow is adjusted so that it can be tilted to -30 degrees. The pillow is adjusted to an appropriate angle, and the face of the face is applied to the pierced hole to lie down and sleep and rest. It is a thing.
No. 61-134369

The prone sleeping pillow is configured such that the pillow plate for the face is adjusted and maintained between 80 ° and 30 ° with respect to the sleeping plane at the time of sleeping and resting. When sleeping or resting, the load is always applied to the nape of the neck, and it is unlikely that a good night's sleep can be achieved. In particular, there is no way to obtain a sleeping posture in which the eyeballs can be kept parallel downward after retinal detachment surgery. In fact, it cannot be said to be a good sleeping and resting tool.

The present invention provides a cushion device for lying, resting or treating cushions, particularly a retina, which is configured to reduce the load on the scruff and head when lying down in a prone position, and to allow safe and natural inhalation during bedtime. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tool of this kind that is effective for use after a dissection operation.

Especially at bedtime after retinal detachment surgery, the gas injected between the vitreous body and the retina of the eye is always absorbed and kept downward and horizontal to the floor for a long time until the retina adheres to the choroid. During this time, the patient or healer suffers from extreme sleep deprivation due to physical and mental stress, which has a considerable effect on the recovery.
Such sufferings of coal coating are difficult to understand unless experienced, and there is a need to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Means to solve the problem

Therefore, in the present invention, in order to alleviate such pains in prone bedtime, rest, or treatment, a cushioned bottomed cylindrical body or a bottomless cylindrical body, that is, a donut-shaped cylindrical horizontal pillow is proposed. In the upper and lower portions inside the donut-shaped recessed portion of this pillow, a step of cushioning property is provided, or an acute angle holding plate for holding and supporting both cheek portions is provided on both sides, and the forehead and the forehead of the patient or user lying down By supporting the chin or both cheeks, consideration is given to reducing the load on the head and neck.

Still another means of reducing pain is a horizontally-curved body pillow having a face insertion hole similar to the above-mentioned donut-shaped pillow at the top and a cushioning property provided side by side with a human shoulder width. When the user or patient lies down, the arm part is received in the groove of the cushioning arm receiver, and the upper body of the head, chest, and abdomen is pillowed. The arm is designed to lean against the arm rest, disperse the load on this part, and reduce the oppressive feeling.

Still another means of reducing pain is the above-mentioned face-inserting means, which is supported on two or more pairs of pillars and is attached to a first part of one or more sets of cushioning mats that are foldable with at least one pair of hinges. A concave portion and an arm receiving portion are provided, and the remaining mat portion is configured so that a handle provided on one of the two pairs of pillars can be operated to move up and down a predetermined angle according to each folding line. Then, when prone with the face in the concave portion and the arm resting on the arm support portion, the lower body is in a posture leaning on the mat in this portion, and the feeling of pressure applied to the head and abdominal down surface is considerably reduced. It is characterized in that it is configured to be able to sleep and rest relatively easily.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

By means of such means, during prone bedtime and rest, the patient's eyeball after retinal detachment surgery is kept downward and horizontally against the surface of the pillow or mat to be used constantly, and the pressure of the injected gas is constantly increased. It can maintain and restore the detached part of the retina to its original state as quickly as possible, and in the treatment of tumors on the back, friction of the wound is prevented, so the wound is dried quickly and contamination is prevented. It also has the effect of preventing the growth of various bacteria, etc., and hastening the recovery.Furthermore, in the case of the two-folded or three-folded mat of the tool, the leaning posture which is made possible by these means, Since it reduces mental distress and stress, the time for sleep and rest can be prolonged, and the recovery of physical strength can be accelerated proportionately, and the synergistic effect of the treatment can be expected accordingly.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1Real sister example 1

The cushion-type pillow-type prosthetic device (1) shown in FIG. 1 shows the simplest embodiment of the present invention, and is filled with buckwheat husk, rice hull, or the like, or formed from a material such as urethane foam or foam rubber. It is made of an elliptical cylindrical body, and has a shape in which a cushion material of a predetermined thickness is adhered to the bottom (3).
At the upper and lower edges of the inside of the elliptical cylinder, steps of cushioning property, that is, forehead receiving portions and chin receiving portions (4) and (5) are provided, and at least one pair, preferably, two A set of ventilation pipes (6) (6) and (7) (7) are inserted from the outside of the cylinder, and fresh air is constantly supplied to the mouth or nose of a patient or rester who lies down on the step with his / her face down. It is configured to be distributed.
Of course, it can be said that the elliptic cylindrical body with the bottom is somewhat unstable, but substantially the same effect can be obtained even if the bottom (3) is used as a hollow body without being attached.
However, in each case, each of the forehead rest (4) and the chin rest (5) forms an appropriate space between the face and the cushioning bottom part (3), and simultaneously holds the eyeball downward in the foot direction. It is necessary to support it to maintain it.
By maintaining the prone position in this way, the gas pressure after retinal detachment surgery is maintained as prescribed, so if this kind of cushion pillow is used, the progress after surgery is good and the face of the depression is also good. Since it is supported horizontally on the torso at two places, the forehead and the chin, there is the advantage that the physical fatigue is also considerably reduced and the sleep time is correspondingly prolonged, so that the recovery period is considerably shortened.

A cushion-type prone device (8) of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and is made of an elongated curved pillow-like cushion material (9) having a corrugated surface made of sponge rubber or the like. A cuff recess (10) in the shape of a person's face, and a binocular eyelet (13) and a lip-shaped hole (14) on the middle bottom thereof, and pillow-shaped cushioning material on both sides of the latter. At least one pipe (12) (12) communicating with the outer surface of (9) is inserted therethrough and is configured to ventilate into the hole (14) through the respective openings (12 ') (12'). I have.

Further, on the rear surface of the pillow-shaped cushion-like prosthetic device (8), an arm receiving cushion material (11) having the width of a person's shoulder is attached, adhered, or provided side by side. The contact pressure of the face supported in the parentheses is distributed and relieved by the arms placed on the face.

In this embodiment, at the time of bedtime or rest of a patient after a retinal detachment operation, or a defect or a wound such as the back, that is, the occipital region, the back or the buttocks, etc., the arm rest (11) ( After folding or putting both arms in the receiving grooves (15) and (15) of 11), the user inserts his / her face into the hole (10) and puts both eyes into the eyelet (13). , Mouth and nose are respectively inserted into the hole (14), and the midsole (B) supports the cheek, chin and forehead, respectively, to offset the weight of the head. , So as not to interfere with breathing while lying down or resting.

Also, the arms of the prone person, which is received while being bent or extended in the receiving grooves (15) and (15) of the arm receiving cushion materials (11) and (11), are left as they are or with a little applied force. To adjust the contact pressure between the support parts of the head inserted into the pillow-shaped cushion material (8), ie, the forehead, cheeks and chin, to prevent fatigue of the muscles such as the face, neck muscles and back. Act on.

3 to 6 show still another embodiment of the present invention.
The cushion mat or tool (17) for lying down, resting or treating in this aspect is supported by two pairs of pillars (L) (L), and is mainly a base plate and a cushioning mat which are folded in two by hinges or the like. (17A) and (17B), and the latter mat (17B) is configured to move up and down a predetermined angle (up to 25 degrees) depending on the handle (18) and the support (23) interlocked with the handle (18). The mat (17A) has cushion-shaped concave portions (19) and (19 ') for inserting and supporting the head and face when lying down or sleeping, and arm receiving grooves provided below the mating portions with a human shoulder width therebetween. (22) and (22) are provided, and the recesses (19) and (19 ') are provided with ventilation holes (21) (21') or pipes (not shown) communicating from both sides or the bottom thereof. It has been inserted.

In the cushion mat or tool (17) for prone sleep, rest or treatment having such a structure, a user or a patient (M) who is prone to sleep, etc., first, as shown in FIG. At the same time as putting the head (H) in the recesses (19) and (19 ') on the upper side of (17A), lay down on the arm receiving groove with the arm extended or on the folded arm, and lie down on both sides of the recess. The two cheeks (34) and (34) are sandwiched between the face sandwiching cushion plates (20) and (20) provided in (see FIG. 11A), and the forehead (24) and the chin (25) are supported in the recess. The pressure on the face is relieved, and at the same time, the weight of the body is supported by both arms placed on the arm receiving grooves (22) and (22).

Further, FIGS. 5 and 11B show another aspect of the face insertion recess (19), that is, parallel projections (26) (27) or (26 ′) (27 ′) of cushioning properties provided on the upper and lower edges thereof. An aspect is shown in which the forehead and the chin of the prone patient (M) are supported so that they can easily sleep or rest on the prone, but the difference between this aspect and the aspects of FIGS. 5 and 11B is as follows. In contrast to the former, which is integrally mounted on the cushion mat on the surface of the tool with a cushion material of substantially the same quality, the parallel projections of the latter are relatively stable because the entire side surface is supported by the cushion mat. Support both parts of the face.

The prone face insertion recesses (19 ′) and (19 ″) in FIGS. 6 and 8 are separate from the cushion mat portion and can be removed in the direction of arrow (S) as shown in FIG. 11C. The cushioning pillow of FIG. 1 is substantially similar to the cushioning pillow of FIG. 1, but the difference is that the former supports the forehead and the chin on the edge of the recess slightly protruding from the cushion mat surface. As shown in FIG. 11C, it is configured so that the cheek is sandwiched between the inclined portions (35) of the concave portion and prone, and breathing is performed by ventilation from the pores (21 ″) penetrating from the bottom to the outside.

Even with such a two-fold cushion mat or utensil (17) of FIGS. 4 to 6 provided with various prone recesses or pillows, it is only possible to lie down or go to bed or rest with the whole body lying almost horizontally on the face or abdomen. And so on, it is impossible to sleep or rest for a long time. To alleviate this pressure, a manual or automatic handle (18) is mounted on the leg (L) supporting the tool. ) And the support (23), turning the former in the direction of the arrow (R), moving the latter in the direction of (F), pulling down the rear half (17B) of the mat, and lying down on the patient Alternatively, the sleeping person (M) is converted into the prone posture of the lower body as shown in FIG.
Thus, the patient (M) can considerably alleviate the gravity of each of the wish, chest, abdomen, and legs, and go to bed and rest relatively easily, and reduce physical and mental fatigue and stress. It is possible to expect good results which will lead to early recovery of wounds and diseases as a result.

FIG. 7 shows yet another embodiment of such a two-fold cushion mat or tool (17).
As described above, the cushion mat (17) of this embodiment is provided with the protruding cushioning projections (26 ') and (27') of the head (H) as described above, and also includes three pairs of bearing legs (28). (28) and (28), and a pair of the rearmost parts thereof are connected by a worm jack (29) (30) provided below the rear half part (17B) of the cushion mat and an operating handle (31) thereof. The patient is folded in the direction of the arrow and bent approximately 25 degrees in the same manner as the rear half of the mat (17B) shown in FIG. 6 so that the patient lying on the back can obtain the same leaning effect as described above.
Since the folding means of this aspect is an operation by the worm jack, the operation can be performed smoothly and accurately.

8 and 9 show still another embodiment, that is, an embodiment in which the cushion mat or the tool (17) is configured to be capable of being folded in three.
In this embodiment, the cushion device (17) is divided into three parts (17A), (17B) and (17C) together with its base plate, and has two pairs of legs (28). (28), and further provided with a bogie (33) equipped with a jack (34) on its rear leg, and as described later, by operating the jack (34), a cushion is provided. Each folding part (T) (T 1 ) of the tool (17) is configured to be bent as shown in FIGS. 9 to 10A to 10C to form a reclining posture of about 25 degrees and 90 degrees.

Such an action is achieved by rotating the handle (32) attached to the side of the cushioning tool (17) in the (R) direction and moving the jack (34) mounted on the bogie in the (F) direction. (34 ′), the rear half (17B + 17C) of the tool is inclined by about 25 degrees from the fold (T), and the lower end thereof is grounded. As shown in FIG. 10B, the lower body of the prone patient (M) is bent. Then, the posture of leaning against the front half (17A) of the tool is formed.

Further rotating the此handle (32), when the further contracted to the position of the jack (34 ') (34 "), half of the tool (17B + 17C) is along a second fold (T 1) When bent upward by 90 degrees, this part (17B) stands upright on the trolley (33), and the last part (17C) is further bent at right angles to the deck of the trolley (33). As shown in FIG. 10C, the patient (M) who is prone to be lifted up and deformed in a stepwise manner in parallel with the front half of the mat (17A) is further bent 90 degrees below the knee joint and the front half of the cushioning tool (17A). It is possible to lean on the face, so that the feeling of pressure on the face, abdomen, etc. can be further alleviated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11C or FIG. 8, the cushion-like face insertion concave portion (19 ") is detachably mounted in the (S) direction from the front half (17A) of the mat tool. The bottom (35) sandwiches the cheeks of the prone patient from the side, and is ventilated from the pores (21 ″) opened in the bottom or the ventilation pipe (not shown) inserted from the side without any trouble. It is configured to breathe.
Of course, the face insertion recess (19 ") is substantially the same as the cushion-type prone pillow of FIG. 1, and may be removed from the front half of the mat (17A) and used as the prone pillow.

Thus, the prone pillow and the prone face insertion recesses (1), (8), (19), (19 ') are such that the forehead, cheeks, and chin portions face downward with a middle bottom step, a cushion projection, a cushion holding plate, or the like. Because it is supported, there is no contact with the bottom of the bottom part with the binocular, nasal and mouth parts, no feeling of pressure or suffocation is felt, especially in recuperation after retinal detachment surgery, the eyeball always touches the floor. Since the gas pressure is maintained parallel in the downward direction, the pressure of the injected gas can be maintained normally, and the recovery can be accelerated.

In addition, in these two-fold or three-fold prone sleeping cushion tool (17), the handle (31) or (32) and the worm jack (29) or (34) are appropriately arranged in an appropriate position and appropriately. Depending on the operation, the front half (17A) is inclined or inclined in the folded state as shown in FIGS. 12D and A, or as shown in FIGS. 12D and A, or as shown in FIGS. 12D and A. 12B, it is possible to form various prone postures by tilting or not tilting in the tri-folded state of FIG. 12B, so that it is not only for sleeping, resting or treating the patient, but also for various uses such as various injuries. It has benefits that can be used for rehabilitation of illness, nursing care, massage, acupuncture and moxibustion, and physical training.

A pillow-type prone cushion device and a prone bedtime, rest or treatment cushion device having the above-mentioned actions and effects have not yet been proposed, and particularly in medical treatment after retinal detachment surgery, in order to maintain the infused gas pressure. Since maintaining posture is an absolutely necessary condition even during bedtime, extremely severe physical conditions are imposed with ordinary bedding, etc., which is unbearable pain for patients, but compared with the device of the present invention. Patients with this kind of illness are considered to be traditional cravings because they can sleep prone for a long period of time comfortably. In addition, in recent aging societies, nursing care for bedridden elderly people has become a political issue. Is also becoming a social problem, and is considered to be effectively used as a tool for preventing bedsores and treating the bedsore, which is naturally associated with this problem.
Further, as described above, the cushion-type prone pillow of the present invention can be used as a normal pillow if a concave portion is filled with an appropriate cushioning material, and a two-fold or three-fold prone sleeping cushion tool has also been well-received. In this way, since various uses such as rehabilitation tools for various diseases, physical education training tools, esthetic tools, and massage tools are conceivable, it is presumed that the industrial utility value is extremely large.
