Abstract
本発明は有機塩素化合物の電気分解効率を維持しつつ、安価な電極素材を提供することを課題とする。

陽極、陰極及び電解槽を備えた有機塩素化合物の電気分解装置であって、前記陰極としてステンレス鋼を使用する電気分解装置により上記課題を解決することができる。

Description
(1)陽極、陰極及び電解槽を備えた有機塩素化合物の電気分解装置であって、前記陰極としてステンレス鋼を使用することを特徴とする、上記電気分解装置。
(2)陽極及び陰極が平板状であり、両電極を1.5〜5mmの間隔をあけて並列に配置した、(1)に記載の電気分解装置。
(4)有機塩素化合物がポリ塩化ビフェニル(PCB)である、(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の電気分解装置。
(6)2800A/m2以上の電流密度で電気分解を行う、(5)に記載の電気分解方法。
(8)洗浄剤がノニオン系界面活性剤、又はノニオン系界面活性剤とシクロデキストリンとの混合物である、(7)に記載の電気分解方法。
1.電気分解装置
本発明における有機塩素化合物の電気分解装置は、陽極、陰極及び電解槽を備え、陰極としてステンレス鋼を使用することを特徴とする。
本発明における有機塩素化合物の電気分解方法は、陽極及びステンレス鋼素材の陰極を配置した電解槽において実施することを特徴とする。

陰極にSUS304を使用した試験の結果を図1に示す。調整した初期濃度に若干の違いがあるものの、濃度低減傾向は概ね一致し、2時間の電解時間で90%以上のPCB分解が可能であった。
Claims (8)
- 陽極、陰極及び電解槽を備えた有機塩素化合物の電気分解装置であって、前記陰極としてステンレス鋼を使用することを特徴とする、上記電気分解装置。
- 陽極及び陰極が平板状であり、両電極を1.5〜5mmの間隔をあけて並列に配置した、請求項1に記載の電気分解装置。
- 汚染土壌から有機塩素化合物を分離する分離装置を更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載の電気分解装置。
- 有機塩素化合物がポリ塩化ビフェニル(PCB)である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気分解装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気分解装置を使用して有機塩素化合物を電気分解する方法。
- 2800A/m2以上の電流密度で電気分解を行う、請求項5に記載の電気分解方法。
- 有機塩素化合物が、汚染土壌から洗浄剤を用いて分離されたものである、請求項5または6に記載の電気分解方法。
- 洗浄剤がノニオン系界面活性剤、又はノニオン系界面活性剤とシクロデキストリンとの混合物である、請求項7に記載の電気分解方法。
