Description

The present invention relates to an LED lamp and a lighting fixture, and more particularly to a straight tube fluorescent lamp type LED lamp suitable as a substitute for a straight tube fluorescent lamp.

In order to reduce the replacement frequency due to the lifetime and to save power, an LED lamp having a longer lifetime and power saving than the fluorescent lamp has been proposed as an alternative to the fluorescent lamp.
For example, in the case of a straight tube fluorescent lamp type LED lamp that is a substitute for a straight tube fluorescent lamp, a long substrate having a length corresponding to the fluorescent lamp, and mounted on the substrate along the longitudinal direction It has the structure provided with several LED. An aluminum heat sink that constitutes a part of the outer shell is attached to the side of the substrate opposite to the LED, and the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink suppresses the LED temperature rise and prevents the LED luminous efficiency from decreasing. ing. Further, the LED lamp has a built-in lighting circuit including an AC / DC converter, and an AC voltage input from the lighting fixture is converted into a DC voltage by the lighting circuit and supplied to the LED for lighting.

In such an AC lighting type LED lamp, since the lighting circuit is built in the LED lamp, the life of the lighting circuit is likely to be shortened by heat generated in the LED, and therefore the life of the LED lamp itself is also likely to be shortened. Further, the heat generated in the lighting circuit may increase the temperature of the LED and reduce the light emission efficiency of the LED. Furthermore, the built-in lighting circuit causes the LED lamp to become larger and more expensive. In view of this, a lighting circuit including an AC / DC converter is provided outside the lamp, for example, in a lighting fixture or the like, so that a DC voltage is supplied to the base of the LED lamp. Development is underway.

By the way, since the heat sink is made of aluminum and has conductivity, it is not grounded in a state where the LED lamp is attached to the lighting fixture. Therefore, when current leaks from the LED module or the lighting fixture to the heat sink, touching the heat sink may cause an electric shock. In particular, in the case of a DC lighting type LED lamp, the ground voltage of the heat sink is a simple sum of the power supply voltage and the lamp voltage, which is larger than the effective value of the ground voltage in the case of an AC lighting type LED lamp. There is a great risk of

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a DC lighting type LED lamp and a lighting fixture that are less likely to cause an electric shock.

In order to achieve the above object, an LED lamp according to the present invention is an LED lamp that is attached to a lighting fixture having a base socket and a ground terminal receiving jig and is lit by direct current, and is formed on a long substrate. An LED module in which a plurality of LEDs are mounted along a direction, a long outer shell in which the LED module is housed and at least a part of which is made of a conductive member, and one longitudinal end of the outer shell A grounding terminal disposed on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell and electrically connected to the conductive member; And a grounding member to be mounted on the tool.

Further, a lighting fixture according to the present invention is a lighting fixture to which the LED lamp is attached, and includes a base socket to which the base is mounted and a ground terminal receiving jig to which the ground member is mounted. And

In the LED lamp and the lighting fixture according to the present invention, a ground member having a ground terminal electrically connected to a conductive member constituting at least a part of the outer shell of the LED lamp is used as a ground terminal receiving jig of the lighting fixture. Since it is mounted, there is little risk of electric shock even if current leaks into the conductive member.

Hereinafter, embodiments of an LED lamp and a lighting fixture according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[Embodiment]
1 is a partially broken plan view showing an LED lamp according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. It is a figure and is CC sectional view taken on the line in FIG. 4, FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an LED lamp 100 according to the present embodiment is a straight tube fluorescent lamp type LED lamp that is a substitute for a straight tube fluorescent lamp, and includes an LED module 110, a heat sink 120, a cover. 130, a base 140, and a ground member 150. The heat sink 120 and the cover 130 constitute an outer shell 101 of the LED module 110.

The LED module 110 has a long linear substrate 111, and a plurality of LEDs 113 are mounted on the mounting surface 112 of the substrate 111 along the longitudinal direction of the substrate 111, for example, in a straight line. One thermal fuse 114 and one current fuse 115 are mounted. The plurality of LEDs 113, temperature fuses 114, and current fuses 115 are electrically connected, for example, in series by a wiring pattern 116 formed on the mounting surface 112 of the substrate 111. For example, one LED 113 has a voltage of 3.3V, and when 30 LEDs are mounted and connected in series, the lamp voltage of the LED lamp 100 as a whole becomes 3.3V × 30 = 99V.

The substrate 111 may be, for example, a metal base printed wiring board, a glass composite substrate, a glass epoxy substrate, or the like. In order to efficiently conduct the heat generated in the LED 113 to the heat sink 120, it is preferable that the substrate 111 has high thermal conductivity.

The LED 113 is, for example, a surface mount (SMD) type white LED. Note that the LED 113 is not limited to a surface-mount type, and for example, an LED chip may be flip-chip mounted or wire-bonded mounted on the substrate 111, and the LED chip may be sealed with a phosphor-dispersed resin. In this case, for example, the LED chip emits blue light, the phosphor-dispersed resin is a silicone resin, and the phosphor is a yellow-green phosphor (for example, (Ba, Sr) 2 SiO 4 : Eu 2+ or Y 3 ( al, Ga) 5 O 12: Ce 3+) and red phosphor (Sr 2 Si 5 N 8: Eu 2+ and (Ca, Sr) S: Eu 2+ and (Ba, Sr, Ca) AlSiN 3: Eu 2 + )).

The heat sink 120 is made of, for example, long linear aluminum, and is arranged on the back surface 117 (the surface opposite to the mounting surface 112) of the substrate 111 so as to be aligned with the substrate 111 in the longitudinal direction. It is fixed to the substrate 111 by screwing or the like. The heat sink 120 and the LED module 110 are in thermal contact, and heat generated by the LED 113 is conducted to the heat sink 120 via the substrate 111 and is radiated from the heat sink 120 by radiation. By bringing the heat sink 120 and the substrate 111 into surface contact, a high heat dissipation effect can be obtained.

The heat sink 120 is not limited to an aluminum one, but preferably has good thermal conductivity and is lightweight. The heat sink 120 may have any shape, but preferably has a shape that does not block the light emitted from the LED module 110.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the cover 130 is, for example, an elongated shape having a substantially arc-shaped cross section, and is arranged with the heat sink 120 aligned in the longitudinal direction, and has a pair of side end portions. By fitting the (short-side end portions) 131 and 132 into grooves 123 and 124 provided on the side surfaces 121 and 122 of the heat sink 120, the LED module 110 is attached to the heat sink 120.

The cover 130 is made of, for example, a resin such as polycarbonate or a light transmissive material such as glass. Note that glass is suitable as a material for the cover 130 because it has high thermal conductivity (about five times that of polycarbonate) and has a high heat dissipation effect for suppressing the temperature rise of the LED.

Returning to FIG. 2, the base 140 has a cap-shaped main body 141 and a pair of base pins 142 and 143, and is arranged on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell 101. The main body 141 is made of, for example, a heat-resistant synthetic resin such as silicon resin. The pair of cap pins 142 and 143 are made of metal such as aluminum or copper, for example, and are implanted in the main body 141 by press fitting so as to penetrate through holes 144 and 145 provided in the main body 141. The wiring pattern 116 and the lead wires 146 and 147 are electrically connected.

The ground member 150 has a cap-shaped main body 151, a pair of ground terminals 152 and 153, and a conductive member 154, and is disposed on the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell 101. The main body 151 is made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin such as silicon resin, for example. The pair of ground terminals 152 and 153 are made of metal such as aluminum or copper, for example, and are implanted in the main body 151 by press-fitting so as to penetrate through holes 155 and 156 provided in the main body 151.

The conductive member 154 is a substantially rectangular plate-like member having conductivity, and is disposed on the heat sink 120 side of the main body 151, and is fixed to the main body 151 by, for example, bonding or screwing. The conductive member 154 is provided with through holes 157 and 158 at positions corresponding to the through holes 155 and 156 of the main body 151, and the pair of ground terminals 152 and 153 are connected to the through holes 157 and 158 of the conductive member 154. In the inserted state, it is electrically connected to the conductive member 154 by, for example, soldering, welding, adhesion with a conductive adhesive, or the like.

The conductive member 154 has a surface 159 on the heat sink 120 side in surface contact with the heat sink 120, and the conductive member 154 and the heat sink 120 are electrically connected by this contact. It should be noted that the electrical connection between the conductive member 154 and the heat sink 120 is not limited to a simple contact, and is connected not only electrically but also mechanically, for example, by soldering, welding, adhesion with a conductive adhesive, or the like. It may be a configuration.

Note that the conductive member 154 is not essential to the present invention, and the presence or absence of the conductive member 154 does not matter as long as the heat sink 120 and the ground terminals 152 and 153 are electrically connected. Therefore, for example, the ground terminals 152 and 153 and the heat sink 120 may be directly electrically connected.

FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining an attachment state of the LED lamp to the lighting fixture. As shown in FIG. 5, the lighting fixture 200 includes a casing 210, a base socket 220, a lighting circuit 230, and a ground terminal receiving jig 240.

The housing 210 has, for example, a substantially box shape with an open bottom surface, the top surface 211 is a mounting surface for a ceiling or the like, the inner surface 212 is a light reflecting surface, and the LED lamp 100 is housed inside. Has been. Further, a lighting circuit 230 is attached to the upper surface 211 of the housing 210, and a base socket 220 and a ground terminal receiving jig 240 are attached to the inside of the housing 210 so as to face each other.

The base socket 220 incorporates leaf spring-shaped power supply terminals 221 and 222 that are electrically connected to the base pins 142 and 143, and the base pins 142 and 224 are provided in the pin holes 223 and 224 provided in the base socket 220. When the terminal 143 is inserted, the base pins 142 and 143 and the power supply terminals 221 and 222 are electrically connected.

The lighting circuit 230 converts an AC voltage from a commercial AC power source into a DC voltage, supplies the DC voltage to the base 140 of the LED lamp 100 via the base socket 220, and turns on the LED 114. The lighting circuit 230 and the commercial AC power supply are connected via a power supply line 231, and the lighting circuit 230 and the pair of power supply terminals 221 and 222 of the base socket 220 are connected via a power supply line 232. Yes. Note that the power supply line 232 branches from the power supply terminals 221 and 222 into two wirings 232a and 232b, and is electrically connected to the power supply terminals 221 and 222, respectively.

FIG. 6 is a circuit diagram of an LED lamp and a lighting fixture. In the figure, the number of LEDs 114 is omitted. As shown in FIG. 6, the lighting circuit 230 includes a constant current DC circuit 233, for example. Note that the constant current DC circuit 233 may be configured using, for example, a rectifier diode or a smoothing capacitor.

Returning to FIG. 5, the ground terminal receiving jig 240 includes leaf spring-like conductive terminals 241 and 242 that are electrically connected to the ground terminals 152 and 153. When the ground terminals 152 and 153 are inserted into the terminal holes 243 and 244 formed, the ground terminals 152 and 153 and the conductive terminals 241 and 242 are electrically connected.

The conductive terminals 241 and 242 are grounded via a ground wire 245. The ground wire 245 branches from the conductive terminals 241 and 242 into two conductive wires 245a and 245b, and is electrically connected to the conductive terminals 241 and 242 respectively.

The ground terminal receiving jig 240 is held by a jig holding member 250 attached to the inner surface 212 of the housing 210. The jig holding member 250 restricts the movement of the ground terminal receiving jig 240 in the longitudinal direction of the lamp and the biasing bodies 251 and 252 that bias the ground terminal receiving jig 240 toward the cap socket 220 side. And claw portions 253 and 254 fitted in the slit grooves 246 and 247 of the ground terminal receiving jig 240, and the ground terminal receiving jig 240 is slidable with respect to the jig holding member 250.

When attaching the LED lamp 100 to the lighting fixture 200, first, the earth terminal 150 is attached to the earth terminal 150 while the earth terminals 152 and 153 of the earth member 150 are inserted into the terminal holes 243 and 244 of the earth terminal receiver jig 240. Move in a direction away from the base socket 220. Thereby, the distance between the ground terminal receiving jig 240 and the base socket 220 is increased. Next, the LED lamp 100 is moved to the base socket 220 side, the base pins 142 and 143 of the base 140 are inserted into the pin holes 223 and 224 of the base socket 220, and the base 140 is attached to the base socket 220. Since the ground terminal receiving jig 240 is biased toward the base socket 220 by the biasing bodies 251 and 252, the LED lamp 100 is held by the ground terminal receiving jig 240 and the base socket 220.

By mounting the LED lamp 100, the base pins 142 and 143 and the power supply terminals 221 and 222 are electrically connected, so that a DC voltage is input from the lighting fixture 200 to the base 140. The heat sink 120 is grounded via the conductive member 154, the ground terminals 152 and 153, the conductive terminals 241 and 242, and the ground wire 245.

Since the heat sink 120 is made of aluminum, it has conductivity. Therefore, current may flow through the heat sink 120 due to leakage of the LED module 110 or the lighting circuit 230. However, when the LED lamp 100 is attached to the lighting fixture 200, the heat sink 120 is grounded and has no potential. Therefore, there is no electric shock even when the heat sink 120 is touched.

Even when the cover 130 is made of a conductive material, since the cover 130 is attached to the heat sink 120, it is in a grounded state, and there is no fear of electric shock even if the cover 130 is touched.

[Modification]
As mentioned above, although the LED lamp and lighting fixture which concern on this invention have been concretely demonstrated based on embodiment, the LED lamp and lighting fixture which concern on this invention are not limited to said embodiment. For example, the following modifications can be considered.

(Modification 1)
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing an LED lamp and the like according to the first modification. Note that the base socket and the earth terminal receiving jig of the lighting fixture are shown in cross section. As shown in FIG. 7, the LED lamp 300 according to the first modification is greatly different from the LED lamp 100 according to the above-described embodiment in that it is an annular fluorescent lamp type. Below, only a difference is demonstrated and description is abbreviate | omitted in order to avoid duplication about the same point as the LED lamp 100. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 7, the LED lamp 300 according to the first modification is an alternative to the annular fluorescent lamp, and includes an LED module 310, a heat sink 320, a cover 330, a base 340, and a ground member 350, and the heat sink 320 and the cover. 330 forms an outer shell 301.

The LED module 310 has a long arc-shaped substrate 311, and a plurality of LEDs 313 are mounted on the substrate 311 in a line along the longitudinal direction of the substrate 311, that is, in an arc shape. The heat sink 320 and the cover 330 also have a long arc shape that matches the shape of the substrate 311, and the outer shell 301 constituted by them also has a long arc shape.

The base 340 of the LED lamp 300 is mounted on the base socket 220 of the lighting fixture, and the ground member 350 is mounted on the ground terminal receiving jig 240. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the base socket 220 and the ground terminal receiving jig 240 are not fixed to the housing (not shown) of the lighting fixture, and are connected to the housing by the power supply line 232 or the ground wire 245. Only. Therefore, the base socket 220 and the ground terminal receiving jig 240 cannot hold the LED lamp 300, and the LED lamp 300 is held by a lamp holding member (not shown) separately attached to the housing.

Thus, the LED lamp according to the present invention is not limited to a substitute for a straight tube fluorescent lamp, but may be a substitute for a fluorescent lamp other than a straight tube fluorescent lamp, such as a ring-shaped fluorescent lamp or a U-shaped fluorescent lamp. The shape of the outer shell is not limited to a linear shape, and may be, for example, an arc shape or a U shape.

(Modification 2)
FIGS. 8A and 8B are schematic diagrams for explaining the mounting structure of the base and the ground member according to the modification 2. FIG. 8A shows a state before the base is rotated, and FIG. 8B shows a state after the base is rotated.

The base socket 220 may have a mounting structure in which the base 140 is rotated and mounted. In that case, the pair of power supply terminals 221 and 222 of the base socket 220 are not electrically connected to the pair of base pins 142 and 143 before the base 140 is rotated as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8B, after the base 140 has been rotated, it is conceivable that the base 140 is disposed at a position where it is electrically connected to the pair of base pins 142 and 143.

As described above, after the base 140 is rotated, that is, when the base 140 is completely attached to the base socket 220, the base pins 142 and 143 and the power supply terminals 221 and 222 are electrically connected. Thus, it is possible to prevent a current from flowing through the LED lamp 100 during the attachment of the LED lamp 100 to the lighting fixture 200, and it is possible to further improve the safety when the lamp is attached.

Further, the ground terminal receiving jig 240 may have a mounting structure for rotating and mounting the ground member 150. In that case, the pair of conductive terminals 241 and 242 of the ground terminal receiving jig 240 are electrically connected to the pair of ground terminals 152 and 153 before the ground member 150 is rotated as shown in FIG. In addition, after the ground member 150 is rotated as shown in FIG. 8B, it is conceivable that the ground member 150 is disposed at a position that is electrically connected to the pair of ground terminals 152 and 153.

As described above, after the earth member 150 is rotated, that is, when the earth member 150 is completely attached to the earth terminal receiving jig 240, the earth terminals 152 and 153 and the conductive terminals 241 and 242 are electrically connected. By adopting such a configuration, an accident such as a current flowing through the heat sink 120 via the ground terminals 152 and 153 during the attachment of the LED lamp 100 to the luminaire 200 and the hand holding the LED lamp 100 being released is dropped. Can be prevented, and the safety when the lamp is mounted can be further improved.

(Modification 3)
The configuration of the base according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be configured as follows, for example. 9A and 9B are diagrams showing a base according to the third modification, in which FIG. 9A is a perspective view, FIG. 9B is a front view, FIG. 9C is a plan view, FIG. 9D is a bottom view, and FIG. (F) is a right side view.

A base 440 according to Modification 3 shown in FIG. 9 includes a convex portion 444 that bulges in a protruding direction of the base pins 441 and 442 from a pin protruding surface 443 on which a pair of base pins 441 and 442 protrudes, and a pin And a recess 445 recessed in the direction opposite to the projecting direction from the projecting surface 443. A base socket (not shown) to which the base 440 is attached has a concave portion at a position corresponding to the convex portion 444 of the base 440 and a convex portion at a position corresponding to the concave portion 445 of the base 440.

With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the LED lamp according to the present invention from being erroneously attached to the existing lighting fixture, and it is also possible to prevent the existing LED lamp from being erroneously attached to the lighting fixture according to the present invention. In order to obtain such an effect, both the convex portion 444 and the concave portion 445 are not necessarily indispensable, and only one of them may be provided.

The recess 445 of the base 440 is provided with a latching portion 446 that is engaged with a latched portion (not shown) provided in the base socket, and the latching portion 446 is provided on the latched portion. The base 440 is also held in the base socket by engaging the base. For example, the hooked portion of the base socket is bowl-shaped, and when the base 440 is rotationally mounted on the base socket, the hooked portion 447 is provided in the hook hole 447 provided in the base 400. By hooking, the base 400 is hooked to the base socket. By setting it as such a structure, the fall of the LED lamp from a lighting fixture can be prevented.

(Modification 4)
The base according to the present invention may have the following configuration. FIGS. 10A and 10B are diagrams showing a base according to the fourth modification, in which FIG. 10A is a perspective view, FIG. 10B is a front view, FIG. 10C is a plan view, FIG. 10D is a bottom view, and FIG. (F) is a right side view.

A base 540 according to Modification 4 shown in FIG. 10 has a pair of base pins 541, 542, a pin projecting surface 543, a convex portion 544, and a concave portion 545 having the same shape as the base 440 according to Modification 3. 545 is provided with a hooking portion 546 having a fist hole 547. Further, the recess 545 is provided with a second hooking portion 548. By providing the 2nd latching part, it can be set as the LED lamp which is hard to fall from a lighting fixture.

(Modification 5)
The base according to the present invention may have the following configuration. FIGS. 11A and 11B are diagrams showing a base according to the modified example 5, wherein FIG. 11A is a perspective view, FIG. 11B is a front view, FIG. 11C is a plan view, FIG. 11D is a bottom view, and FIG. (F) is a right side view.

A base 640 according to Modification 5 shown in FIG. 11 also has a pair of base pins 641 and 642, a pin projecting surface 643, a convex portion 644 and a concave portion 645, and has a hole 647 in the convex portion 644 instead of the concave portion 645. A latching portion 646 is provided.

(Modification 6)
The base according to the present invention may have the following configuration. 12A and 12B are diagrams showing a base according to the modified example 6, where FIG. 12A is a perspective view, FIG. 12B is a front view, FIG. 12C is a plan view, FIG. 12D is a bottom view, and FIG.
