Abstract
Description
(a)炭化水素溶媒中のブタジエンポリマーの第1の溶液の液滴を形成せしめ;
(b)前記液滴から熱によって前記炭化水素溶媒の少なくとも95%をストリッピングして、ブタジエンポリマーの粒子及び炭化水素溶媒流を形成せしめ;
(c)前記工程(b)の前、間又は後に、前記液滴又は粒子を連続水性液相中に浸漬せしめて、前記連続水性液相中のブタジエンポリマーのスラリーを形成せしめ;
(d)前記ブタジエンポリマースラリーをハロゲン化溶媒と接触させることによって、ブタジエンポリマーをハロゲン化溶媒中に溶解させて、第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を生成せしめ;
(e)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を前記水性液相から分離し;
(f)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を臭素化剤と接触させて、臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを生成せしめ;
(g)前記臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを前記ハロゲン化溶媒から回収し;そして
(h)前記工程(g)において回収されたハロゲン化溶媒の少なくとも一部を工程(d)に循還させる
ことを含んでなる。
(a)炭化水素溶媒中のブタジエンポリマーの第1の溶液の液滴を形成せしめ;
(b)前記液滴から熱によって前記炭化水素溶媒の少なくとも95%をストリッピングして、ブタジエンポリマーの粒子及び炭化水素溶媒流を形成せしめ;
(c)前記工程(b)の前、間又は後に、前記液滴又は粒子を連続水性液相中に浸漬せしめて、前記連続水性液相中のブタジエンポリマーのスラリーを形成せしめ;
(d)前記ブタジエンポリマースラリーをハロゲン化溶媒と接触させることによって、ブタジエンポリマーをハロゲン化溶媒中に溶解させて、第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を生成せしめ;
(e)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を前記水性液相から分離し;
(f)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を臭素化剤と接触させて、臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを生成せしめ;
(g)前記臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを前記ハロゲン化溶媒から回収し;
(h)工程(g)において回収されたハロゲン化溶媒の少なくとも一部を工程(d)に循還させる
ことを含んでなる。
Claims (6)
- (1)第1の溶媒中の有機ポリマーの第1の溶液の液滴を形成せしめ、(2)前記液滴から熱によって第1の溶媒をストリッピングして、有機ポリマーの粒子を形成せしめ、(3)前記工程(2)の前、間又は後に、前記液滴又は粒子を非溶媒液体中に浸漬せしめて、前記非溶媒液体中の前記有機ポリマーのスラリーを形成せしめ、(4)前記工程(2)及び(3)の後に、前記スラリーを第2の溶媒と接触させ、そして前記有機ポリマーを前記第2の溶媒中に溶解させて、第2の溶液を形成せしめ、そして(5)前記第2の溶液を非溶媒液体から分離することを含んでなる、第1の溶媒から第2の溶媒への有機ポリマーの移行方法。
- 前記非溶媒液体が水である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(2)を、前記液滴をスチームと接触させることによって実施する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 連続的に操作する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程(3)の後に、スラリーを第2の溶媒と接触させる前に、前記スラリーを異なる装置に移動させる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (a)炭化水素溶媒中のブタジエンポリマーの第1の溶液の液滴を形成せしめ;
(b)前記液滴から熱によって前記炭化水素溶媒の少なくとも95%をストリッピングして、ブタジエンポリマーの粒子及び炭化水素溶媒流を形成せしめ;
(c)前記工程(b)の前、間又は後に、前記液滴又は粒子を連続水性液相中に浸漬せしめて、前記連続水性液相中のブタジエンポリマーのスラリーを形成せしめ;
(d)前記ブタジエンポリマースラリーをハロゲン化溶媒と接触させることによって、ブタジエンポリマーをハロゲン化溶媒中に溶解させて、第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を生成せしめ;
(e)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を前記水性液相から分離し;
(f)前記第2のブタジエンポリマー溶液を臭素化剤と接触させて、臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを生成せしめ;
(g)前記臭素化ブタジエンポリマーを前記ハロゲン化溶媒から回収し;そして
(h)前記工程(g)において回収されたハロゲン化溶媒の少なくとも一部を工程(d)に循還させる
ことを含んでなるブタジエンポリマーの臭素化方法。
