Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は風力発電機の改善された構造に関し、その目的は、風力発電機の安定性を向上させ、発電機とタワーとのバランスを改善し、並びに発電機をベアリング構造部品の機能から分離して、タービンで発生された力を発電機に向けることができるようにすることにある。

Description
風力発電機及びタワーに設置される部品間のバランスを改善でき、
ベアリング構造の機能から発電機を分離して、タービンから出る力(トルクを除く)が発電機の細部に伝達されないようにでき、
風力発電機の本体内のノット(knots)及びコンポーネンツを有効に冷却でき、
殆どの風力発電機が海及び海洋中及び海岸上に設置されるものであり、これらの場所は、水分に加えて、風により海水から鉱物塩の粒子も運ばれ、このため細部の早期腐食、発電機の絶縁のかなりの劣化及び巻線の電気的パンク(破壊)が引き起こされることを考慮して必要な気密性を確保できる風力発電機の構造を提案することにある。

Claims (5)
- タワーと、発電機部品(3)を包囲する発電機の主本体(2、2’)と、インペラヘッドと、連結部品とを有する風力発電機(1)において、発電機部品(3)がステータ本体(5)により包囲された主軸(4)を備え、該主軸(4)が中空円筒状であり、主軸(4)が、インペラヘッドの側でベアリング(6)を介して主本体(2)により支持され、ステータ本体(5)が、主本体(2)に固定されたベアリング(6)の外輪に固定され、一方ステータ本体(5)が主本体(2)のプロペラヘッドの端部に固定されていることを特徴とする風力発電機(1)。
- インペラヘッドから遠い側の主軸(4)の他端には端板(15)が設けられ、該端板(15)の中心には、同じ軸線を有する主軸(4)の軸線の方向を向いた円筒状支持部品(14)が設けられ、該支持部品(14)の外面には支持ベアリング(13)の内輪が組込まれ、インペラヘッドから遠い側のステータ本体(5)の他端には端板(17)が設けられ、該端板(17)の中心には支持フランジを備えた開口が設けられ、該開口の直径はベアリング(13)の外径に一致し、一方、一体開口を備えた端板(17)はベアリング(13)の外輪により支持され、外輪の外面と端板(17)の開口との間には張力が生じていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の風力発電機。
- 主軸(4)の外面には、該主軸(4)の本質的に全幅に亘ってロータ巻線または磁石(11)が組込まれ、ステータ本体(5)の内面には、ロータ巻線(11)の幅に一致する大きさのステータ巻線(12)が固定され、ステータ巻線(12)とロータ巻線(11)との間には一定のエアギャップSが存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の風力発電機。
- 風力発電機(1)の主本体(2、2’)はインペラヘッドにおいてのみステータ本体(5)に連結され、これによりステータ本体(5)の残部とエアギャップだけ分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の風力発電機。
- ベアリング(6)が2列円錐ころ軸受または3列ころ軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の風力発電機。
