Claims (7)
- 内部に多数のセルが周期的に形成された3次元トラスタイプの多孔質材料において、
前記多数のセルのうち一部には固体が充填されたことを特徴とするトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。 - 前記各セルは、同一大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態であるか、又は互いに異なる二つの大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
- 前記同一大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態に充填される固体は、一つずつスキップした各セルに交互に注入されて充填されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
- 前記同一大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態は正六面体トラスであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
- 前記互いに異なる二つの大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態に充填される固体は、互いに異なる二つの大きさのセルのうち小さい大きさのセルのみに充填されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
- 前記互いに異なる二つの大きさのセルが周期的に多数形成された形態は、ピラミッドトラス、オクテットトラス、カゴメトラス、ワイヤで織造された類似カゴメトラス、ワイヤで織造された類似オクテットトラスから選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
- 前記固体は、はんだ付けやろう付け用ペースト溶融物が固形化されたもの、又は液状の合成樹脂や金属が固形化されたもののうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1、3、5のうちいずれか1項に記載のトラスタイプの周期的な多孔質材料。
