Claims (14)

を含む装置。 - 少なくとも一つの第二の構成が、少なくとも一つの第一の構成に電力を供給することに関して内臓型である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの波長が、80nmより略大きい範囲で変化する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 一つの特定の時間ポイントにおいて、少なくとも一つの電磁放射は、おおよそ0.05nmと0.3nmの間のスペクトル幅をもつ、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの波長の変化が、15kHzよりも略大きい固有振動数で繰り返される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つ第一の構成が、0.7ナノ秒よりも略小さい往復光移動時間をもつ共振空洞を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの波長が、ミリ秒あたり100THzよりも略大きい速度で変化する、請求項1に記載の装置。
