- 前記容器に閉鎖キャップを嵌合させる後続のステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも幾分かの飲料を注入する前記ステップが、前記閉鎖キャップが嵌合された後に前記容器の首部に過圧を形成するために、内部に気体が事前に導入された一定量の飲料を注入するサブステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸ロッドの前記長手方向の変位が一定速度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記注入が、前記プリフォームの首部が変形することを低減するように、ベル型ヘッドを有するノズルを通して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱されたプリフォームから形成された熱可塑性容器内に所定量の飲料を供給する装置であって、前記プリフォームが金型内に配置される、装置において、
前記金型の内部において前記プリフォームを膨張させるために、前記プリフォームの凹み内に少なくとも幾分かの飲料を注入する手段であり、前記金型が前記容器の形状を画定する、手段と、
延伸ロッドを所与の期間にわたって長手方向に変位させ且つ前記加熱されたプリフォームを長手方向に伸ばす手段であり、前記延伸ロッドが前記所与の期間の最後に固定される、手段と、
前記所定量の事前に規定された割合を上回る量の飲料が、前記所与の期間の前記最後に前記凹み内に存在することを確実にする手段と
を備えることを特徴とする装置。
