Claims (10)
- TPOポリマー及び剥離した有機粘土を含むナノ複合体を製造する方法であって、剥離剤が有機粘土を剥離するように、少なくとも1種の溶融したTPOポリマーを、少なくとも1種の有機粘土及びH−TEMPO又はH−TEMPOのアミン前駆体のうちの少なくとも1種の剥離剤と剥離条件の下で接触させることを含む方法。
- 有機粘土を溶融したポリマー樹脂と混和して、有機粘土を溶融したポリマー樹脂内に分散させ、溶融した樹脂/有機粘土混合物を得るステップと、
溶融した樹脂/有機粘土混合物に剥離剤を加えるステップと、及び
溶融したポリマー樹脂/有機粘土混合物と剥離剤を混和するステップとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ポリマー樹脂が、ポリオレフィン、エチレン/酢酸ビニル(EVA)コポリマー、エチレン−プロピレンエラストマー、エチレン−プロピレン・ジエンモノマー(EPDM)から作製したターポリマーエラストマー又はポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンのホモポリマー及びコポリマーを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ポリマー樹脂がEPDMを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 有機粘土が、ナノ複合体の総重量に基づいて25重量%までの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機粘土が、ナノ複合体の総重量に基づいて2から6重量%までの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機粘土が、ナノ複合体の総重量に基づいて1重量%未満の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機粘土が、ナノ複合体の総重量に基づいて0.125から0.25重量%までの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- TPOポリマー、剥離した有機粘土、及びH−TEMPO又はH−TEMPOのアミン前駆体のうちの少なくとも1種を含むマスターバッチ。
