Description
Claims (10)
- 特に航空及び航空宇宙の分野におけるテープ設置装置(1,13)であって、
ラミネート(9)の構成のためにテープ(5)を設置するための設置アレンジメント(1a)と、
設置されるべきテープ(5)が直接的にかつ均一に厚さ全体にわたって加熱されるように刺激され得る刺激アレンジメント(13,31)であって、超音波アレンジメントの形式である刺激アレンジメント(13,31)と、
を含むテープ設置装置。 - 設置アレンジメント(1a)は、設置されるべきテープ(5)が設置されたテープ(9)上に押圧される圧力ローラ(4)を含み、刺激アレンジメント(13)が圧力ローラ(4)内に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテープ設置装置。
- 刺激アレンジメント(13)は、圧力ローラ(4)の周囲に沿って分配されて配置され、かつ、圧力ローラ(4)が回転し、設置されるべきテープ(5)に関係する圧力ローラ(4)の周囲の範囲(11)内に配置される刺激ユニット(16)だけにスイッチが入る方式で配線され得る複数の刺激ユニット(16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のテープ設置装置。
- 設置アレンジメント(1a)は、設置されるべきテープ(5)が設置されたテープ(9)上に押圧され得る圧力ローラ(4)を含み、刺激アレンジメント(31)及び圧力ローラ(4)は、設置されるべきテープ(5)が刺激されるように案内され得るギャップ(34)を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテープ設置装置。
- 設置されたテープ(9)が直接的にかつ均一に厚さ全体にわたって加熱されるように刺激され得るさらなる刺激アレンジメント(32)が提供される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のテープ設置装置。
- さらなる刺激アレンジメント(32)は、設置されたテープ(9)を刺激するために、移動方向において見えるように、圧力ローラ(4)の背後に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のテープ設置装置。
- さらなる刺激アレンジメント(32)は、スライディングブロック(33)又はローラ内に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のテープ設置装置。
- 設置されるべきテープ(5)及び/又は設置されたテープ(9)が接触なしで刺激されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のテープ設置装置。
- 特に航空及び航空宇宙の分野におけるテープ設置装置(1,30)を使用するラミネート(9)を構成するための方法であって、
設置されるべきテープ(5)を設置アレンジメント(1a)に供給するステップと、
刺激アレンジメントが超音波式であり、刺激アレンジメント(13,31)を使用して前記テープを加熱するために、設置されるべきテープ(5)の厚さ(18)全体にわたる直接的かつ均一な刺激のステップと、
設置アレンジメント(1a)を使用してラミネート(9)を構成するために、設置されるべきテープ(5)を設置するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 設置されるべきテープ(5)が設置されたテープ(9)上に設置され、設置されるべきテープ(5)を設置することの前に、さらなる刺激アレンジメント(32)で、設置されたテープ(9)が直接的にかつ均一に加熱の目的で厚さ(18)全体にわたって刺激されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
