Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの小型家屋(1)が大地(25)中の共通エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続され、前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続された配管(4)で熱搬送媒体を運ぶために制御デバイス(3)が配設されて成る、2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却するための装置において、
前記小型家屋(1)が、それぞれ独立した個別ヒートポンプ装置を有するように構成され、また、各ヒートポンプ装置が前記配管(4)に接続され、それによって、第1に、前記熱搬送媒体が前記ヒートポンプ装置を経て流れることができ、第2に、前記小型家屋(1)が互いに対して並列に前記配管(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する装置。 - 前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)が少なくとも4つのエネルギー井戸(21)を含み、該エネルギー井戸(21)を通して、閉鎖系内で、前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記熱搬送媒体を循環させ、もって前記大地(25)を加熱または冷却するように構成され、
前記エネルギー井戸(21)が事実上少なくとも2つの同心円(22;23;24)に沿って配置され、
前記制御デバイス(3)が、第1の弁装置(32)を制御するように構成された制御部材(31)を含み、前記第1の弁装置(32)は、円に沿って配置されたエネルギー井戸に対して前記熱搬送媒体を誘導し、それによって前記円に沿って前記大地を加熱または冷却するように構成され、
また、前記制御部材(31)が前記第1の弁装置(32)を制御するように構成され、それによって、前記熱搬送媒体の温度が前記周囲大地(25)の温度よりも高い時に、内側の円が外側の円よりも前に加熱され、前記熱搬送媒体の温度が前記周囲大地(25)の温度よりも低い時に、外側の円が内側の円よりも前に冷却されるようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する装置。 - 前記小型家屋(1)内に配設された前記ヒートポンプ装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、室内空気および/または水道水を加熱するか、または室内空気を冷却する形態で、前記小型家屋で局所的に使用するために選択的に熱または冷気を発生できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートポンプ装置(100)が、一方が冷側で他方が温側である2つの側部(101;102)を含み、前記冷側および前記温側にそれぞれ熱交換器(103;104)が接続され、該熱交換器の一方(103)が加熱/冷却ユニットに接続され、2つ目の前記熱交換器(104)が前記配管(4)に接続され、第2の弁装置(105)が前記ヒートポンプ装置(100)の前記温側または冷側を前記加熱/冷却ユニットに選択的に接続できるように構成され、もって前記加熱/冷却ユニットが選択的に熱または冷気を放出することができ、前記ヒートポンプ(100)が液・液式であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する装置。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続される小型家屋(1)の数が10〜100であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する装置。
- 少なくとも2つの小型家屋(1)が大地(25)中の共通エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続されるようになされ、制御デバイス(3)が前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続された配管(4)内で熱搬送媒体を運ぶようになされる、2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法において、
前記小型家屋(1)が、それぞれが独立した個別ヒートポンプ装置を有するようになされ、また、各ヒートポンプ装置が、前記配管(4)に接続されるようになされ、それによって、第1に、前記熱搬送媒体が前記ヒートポンプ装置を経て流れることができ、第2に、前記小型家屋(1)が互いに対して並列に前記配管(4)に接続されるようになされることを特徴とする2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。 - 前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)が少なくとも4つのエネルギー井戸(21)を含むようになされ、該エネルギー井戸(21)を通して、閉鎖系内で、前記制御デバイス(3)が、前記熱搬送媒体を循環させ、もって前記大地(25)を加熱または冷却するようになされ、
前記エネルギー井戸(21)が事実上少なくとも2つの同心円(22;23;24)に沿って配置されるようになされ、
前記制御デバイス(3)が、第1の弁装置(32)を制御するようになされた制御部材(31)を含むようになされ、前記第1の弁装置(32)は、円に沿って配置されたエネルギー井戸に対して前記熱搬送媒体を誘導し、それによって前記円に沿って前記大地を加熱または冷却するようになされ、
また、前記制御部材(31)が前記第1の弁装置(32)を制御するようになされ、それによって、前記熱搬送媒体の温度が前記周囲大地(25)の温度よりも高い時に、内側の円が外側の円よりも前に加熱され、前記熱搬送媒体の温度が前記周囲大地(25)の温度よりも低い時に、外側の円が内側の円よりも前に冷却されるようになされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。 - 前記小型家屋(1)に配設された前記ヒートポンプ装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、室内空気および/または水道水を加熱するか、または室内空気を冷却する形態で、前記小型家屋で局所的に使用するために選択的に熱または冷気を発生させ得るようになされることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートポンプ装置(100)が、一方が冷側で他方が温側である2つの側部(101;102)を含むようになされ、前記冷側および前記温側にそれぞれ熱交換器(103;104)が接続されるようになされ、該熱交換器の一方(103)が加熱/冷却ユニットに接続されるようになされ、2つ目の前記熱交換器(104)が前記配管(4)に接続されるようになされ、第2の弁装置(105)が前記ヒートポンプ装置(100)の前記温側または冷側を前記加熱/冷却ユニットに選択的に接続できるようになされ、もって前記加熱/冷却ユニットが選択的に熱または冷気を放出できるようになし、前記ヒートポンプ(100)が液・液式であるようにすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵所(2)に接続される小型家屋(1)の数が10〜100になされることを特徴とする請求項7から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートポンプ装置が、加熱運転中、前記熱搬送媒体の温度を約3〜4℃低下させるようにすることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのヒートポンプ装置が、冷却運転中、前記熱搬送媒体の温度を約3〜4℃上昇させるようにすることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載された2以上の家屋の各々を加熱および冷却する方法。
