Description
上記シーリング材基礎溶液の物理的な性質には、以下を含む。
[0049] しかしながら、上述の増粘剤及びシーリング材基礎溶液の例は単に、配合シーリング材分野の当業者にとって同様な最終結果をもたらすことができる原材料及び配合割合における事実上無限な変更例の代表例に過ぎないことを理解しなければならない。例えば、上記シーリング材基礎溶液は、アクリルラテックスエマルジョンポリマー(Rhoplex 2620)の使用に基づいているが、次のポリマーエマルジョンタイプも、同様な効果を得るために用いられ得る。即ち、スチレンアクリルポリマー、エチレン酢酸ビニルポリマー、スチレンブタジエンポリマー、ウレタンポリマー、アクリルウレタンポリマー、酢酸ビニルポリマー、ブチルポリマーなどであるが、これらに制限されることもない。同様な変更は、そのような配合が依存する原材料についても同様に可能であり、界面活性剤、殺生物剤、不凍剤、可塑剤、pH調整剤、接着促進剤、架橋剤、中和剤、テクスチャー剤、溶媒、つや消し剤などがあるが、これらに制限されることもない。

- カスタムカラーシーリング材を提供するためのシステムであって、
開放した内側区画部と出し入れ自由な状態で流体連通されている第1の開放端部を有する分配容器と、
前記分配容器における前記内側区画部の中に置かれるある量のシーリング材基礎溶液と、
開放した内側部分並びに互いに反対向きとなっている第1の端部及び第2の端部を有するノズルであり、前記分配容器における前記内側区画部が該ノズルにおける前記内側部分と出し入れ自由な状態で流体連通して配置されるように、前記第1の端部が、前記分配容器における前記第1の開放端部に固定される形状及び大きさにされている、ノズルと、
ある量のシーリング材用増粘剤で少なくとも部分的に充填される内側部分を有する補助容器と、
ある量の着色剤で少なくとも部分的に充填され得る開放した内側部分を有する移替えピペットと、
を備えているシステム。 - 前記分配容器における前記第1の開放端部に取外し可能に結合されているキャップをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズルが、前記ノズルと前記分配容器との間で延びているストラップによって、前記分配容器に結合されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。

開放した内側部分と互いに反対向きとなっている第1の端部及び第2の端部とを有するノズルであり、前記分配容器における前記内側区画部が該ノズルにおける前記内側部分と出し入れ自由な状態で流体連通して置かれるように、前記第1の端部が、前記分配容器における前記第1の開放端部に固定される形状及び大きさにされている、ノズルを用意するステップと、
ある量のシーリング材用増粘剤が少なくとも部分的に充填されている内側部分を有する補助容器を用意するステップと、
開放した内側部分を有する移替えピペットを用意するステップと、
前記移替えピペットにおける開放した前記内側部分の中に、ある量の着色剤を手動で入れるステップと、
前記着色剤の量を前記移替えピペットから前記分配容器における前記内側区画部に注入するステップと、
内容物が混合されて、前記シーリング材基礎溶液が最終カスタムカラーに近似するまで、前記分配容器の前記内側区画部における前記内容物を攪拌するステップと、
ある量の前記シーラント材増粘剤を前記補助容器から前記分配容器における前記内側区画部に導入するステップと、
内容物が混合されて、粘性が高まるまで、前記分配容器の前記内側区画部における前記内容物を攪拌するステップと、
前記ノズルにおける前記第1の端部を前記分配容器における前記第1の開放端部と協働可能に結合するステップと、
