Abstract
a)成形面を有する第1のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第1のウェブを製造する工程と、
b)成形面を有する第2のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第2のウェブを製造する工程と、
c)パウチの第1及び第2のウェブを組み合わせる工程であって、成形面は、パウチのウェブを接触させ、好ましくはそれらウェブ上に圧力を加えて、このウェブを密封する工程と、
d)結果として得られるパウチのウェブを切断して、複数の区画を有する個々のパウチを作る工程と、を含む、方法。
Description
a)成形面を有する第1のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第1のウェブを製造する工程であって、第1のウェブはパウチ製造ユニットの面上に水溶性フィルムを配置することによって製造され、この面は、その中に水溶性フィルムが引き込まれて開放区画を形成する鋳型を有し、それら区画は洗剤組成物又はその一部で充填され、得られる開放パウチは、任意に閉鎖手段によって閉鎖される、工程と、
b)成形面を有する第2のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第2のウェブを製造する工程であって、第2の開放パウチは第1の開放パウチに類似の方法で製造され、好ましくはそれらパウチは後で閉鎖される工程と、

d)得られるパウチのウェブを切断して、粉末区画の上に重ね合わされた、2つの並列の液体区画を有する個々のパウチを作る工程と、を含む。
Claims (13)
- 複数の区画を有する洗剤用水溶性パウチを製造するための方法において、
a)成形面を有する第1のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第1のウェブを製造する工程と、
b)成形面を有する第2のパウチ製造ユニット内で開放パウチ又は閉鎖パウチの第2のウェブを製造する工程と、
c)パウチの前記第1及び第2のウェブを組み合わせる工程であって、前記成形面は、パウチの前記ウェブを接触させ、好ましくはそれらウェブ上に圧力を加えて、前記ウェブを密封する工程と、
d)結果として得られる前記パウチのウェブを切断して、複数の区画を有する個々のパウチを作る工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記成形面の1つ、好ましくは前記第2のパウチ製造ユニットの前記成形面は、弾性材で被覆される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パウチの前記ウェブは、真空によって前記製造面の上に保持され、好ましくは、前記第1及び第2のウェブに適用される真空は、前記2つのウェブが組み合わされた後まで維持される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパウチ製造ユニットの前記成形面は、水平ユニットであり、前記第2のパウチ製造ユニットの前記成形面は、好ましくは円形である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のパウチ製造ユニットは、前記第1のパウチ製造ユニットの上に配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記第2のパウチ製造ユニットは、回転ドラムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つのパウチ製造ユニットは、回転ドラムである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)で形成されたパウチの前記第1のウェブは、開放ウェブである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のウェブ内で形成された前記パウチは二重区画パウチであり、好ましくは並列構成を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶性パウチは、重ね合わせ区画及び並列区画を有し、前記工程a)で形成されたパウチの前記第1のウェブは粉末形態の組成物を含有する開放ウェブであり、前記第2のウェブ内で形成された前記パウチは液体形態の組成物を含有し、かつ並列構成を有する二重区画パウチである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって入手可能なる洗剤用水溶性パウチ。
- 複数の区画を有する洗剤用水溶性パウチであって、好ましくは液体組成物を含有する少なくとも2つの区画は並列構成であり、これらの区画は、好ましくは粉末組成物を含有するもう1つの区画の上に重ね合わされている、パウチ。
- 請求項1〜12に記載のパウチを用いて、自動機械内での洗濯又は食器を洗浄する方法であって、汚れ負荷の存在下で、前記機械の内部に前記パウチを配置する工程を含む、方法。
