Abstract

Claims (18)
- タービンであって、
静止部材と、
静止部材に流体的に接続された可動部材と、
バネ構成部品とシール構成部品とを備える柔軟シールであって、バネ構成部品はベース部分と複数の付勢部材とを有し、バネ構成部品はタービンの静止部材および可動部材の一方に取り付けられ、複数の付勢部材はそれぞれ、ベース部分から延びる第1の部分と片持ち部分とを有し、シール構成部品は、複数の付勢部材の片持ち部分上に設けられて、静止部材および可動部材の他方と接触するように付勢される、柔軟シールと、を備えるタービン。 - 静止部材はタービンのタービン部分であり、可動部材は移行ダクトであり、タービン部分は燃焼ガス受け取りゾーンを備え、移行ダクトは、第1の端部部分と、タービン部分の燃焼ガス受け取りゾーンに接続される第2の端部部分とを備え、移行ダクトは外面および内面を備える請求項1に記載のタービン。
- 柔軟シールは、移行ダクトの外面に、第2の端部部分において取り付けられている請求項2に記載のタービン。
- ベース部分は、移行ダクトの外面に、第2の端部部分において、冶金的な結合を通して取り付けられている請求項3に記載のタービン。
- 静止部材は主ボディ部分とフランジ部材とを備え、フランジ部材は、タービン部分の燃焼ガス受け取りゾーン内に入る開口部を画定する請求項2に記載のタービン。
- 柔軟シールはフランジ部材に取り付けられている請求項5に記載のタービン。
- 柔軟シールのベース部分がフランジ部材に取り付けられている請求項6に記載のタービン。
- 移行ダクトは、第2の端部に隣接する外面の周りに周方向に延びる拡張要素を備え、柔軟シールは拡張要素に隣接してシールをもたらしている請求項6に記載のタービン。
- 拡張要素はフックである請求項8に記載のタービン。
- バネ構成部品は二重層の板バネ構成部品である請求項1に記載のタービン。
- シール構成部品は組み紐を備えている請求項1に記載のタービン。
- 組み紐はジグザグ構成で配置され、ジグザグ構成によって、組み紐は、移行ダクトの熱膨張および収縮に起因して膨張および収縮することができる請求項11に記載のタービン。
- シール構成部品は、付勢部材とタービンを通って流れるガス間の圧力差とによって与えられる力によって、静止部材および可動部材の他方と接触するように付勢されている請求項1に記載のタービン。
- タービン用の柔軟シールであって、
タービンの静止部材および可動部材の一方に取り付けられているベース部分と複数の付勢部材とを有するバネ構成部品であって、複数の付勢部材はそれぞれ、ベース部分から延びる第1の部分と片持ち部分とを有するバネ構成部品と、
複数の付勢部材の片持ち部分上に設けられたシール構成部品と、を備える柔軟シール。 - バネ構成部品は、第1の板バネ層と第2の板バネ層とを備える多層板バネであって、第1および第2の板バネ層はそれぞれ、対応するベース部分および対応する複数の付勢部材を備える請求項14に記載の柔軟シール。
- 第1の板バネ層のベース部分は第2の板バネ層のベース部分に結合されて、積層された柔軟なバネ部材を形成する請求項15に記載の柔軟シール。
- シール構成部品は組み紐を備えている請求項14に記載の柔軟シール。
- 組み紐はジグザグ構成で配置され、ジグザグ構成によって、組み紐は、移行ダクトの熱膨張および収縮に起因して膨張および収縮することができる請求項17に記載の柔軟シール。
