Claims (10)
- ハウジング(2)、および複数のダクト(4)を備えるハニカム構造(3)を少なくとも有するハニカム体(1)であって、前記ハニカム構造(3)は、前記ハニカム構造(3)を固定するための連結点(6)を形成する少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)で形成され、さらに、前記ハニカム構造(3)の断面(8)における内部接触点(7)の最大で20%が連結点(6)を形成し、前記連結点(6)は、前記連結点(6)を取り囲む無連結領域(9)が、各々、同じ大きさであるように、互いに間隔をあけている、ハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム構造(3)は、複数の交互になっている成形されたシートメタル箔(11)および平滑な金属層(5)で構成された少なくとも1つのスタック(10)で形成され、1つの成形されたシートメタル箔(11)にある前記連結点(6)は、隣接する金属層(5)に対して交互になる形で配置される、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 1つの金属層(5)に沿った前記連結点(6)は、互いに異なる間隔(12)で形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記連結点(6)は、前記少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)の頂部(13)に隣接して形成されたろう付け点である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記連結点(6)は、前記ハニカム構造(3)の軸(17)の方向において、前記ハニカム構造(3)の範囲(16)の少なくとも一部分(14)のみに形成される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 2つの部分(14、15)が提供され、これらは前記軸(17)の方向において互いに間隔をあけており、前記連結点(6)は、前記軸(17)の方向において見た場合、互いに重なり合う、請求項5に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム構造(3)は、全ての前記金属層(5)によって、かつ前記ハニカム構造(3)の全範囲(16)に亘って前記ハウジング(2)と連結される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に成形された金属層(5)は、少なくとも1つの突出部(18)または1つの開口部(16)が備わっている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのハニカム体(1)を有する、排ガス浄化ユニット(20)。
- 請求項9に記載の少なくとも1つの排ガス浄化ユニット(20)を有する自動車(21)。
