Abstract
Description
材料
酸化アンチモンスズ(ATO、Sb2O3/SnO2)ナノ粉末をInframat(Farmington,CT)から入手し、製品番号50N−510−2、99.5%であった。Sb2O3:SnO2の重量比は10:90であり、平均粒径は10〜20ナノメートル(BET)であり、BET表面積は40〜50m2/gであった。
この実験は、様々な分散剤を評価するために設計された。各分散剤に対して同一のプロセス条件を使用し、分散体中の粒径を異なるミリング時間及び分散体濃度で測定した。各分散体中の開始時の物質(表1の「初期重量」に列挙されているもの)を10分間にわたってDispermat High Speed Laboratory Dissolver(BYK−Gardner USA,Columbia,MD)を使用してプレミックスした。これらの成分をプレミックスした後、これらを、0.2mmイットリウム安定化ジルコニアYTZ(登録商標)ミリングメディアを予め装填したNetzsch MiniCer Mill(Netzsch,Inc.Exton PA)に加え、250mL/分の流速で処理した。ミルを4300rpmで操作した。
ポリカプロラクトン−多塩基酸コポリマーを分散体中で評価した。上記実施例Iに説明しているように、分散体を調製し、評価した。評価した2つのポリカプロラクトン−多塩基酸コポリマーは、Lubrizol SOLPLUS(登録商標)D520及びLubrizol SOLSPERSE(登録商標)36000であった。以下の表3の分散体を作製した。
ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)−ポリアミン分散剤を評価した。上記実施例Iに説明しているように、分散体を調製し、評価した。評価したポリ(プロピレンオキシド)−ポリアミンは、SOLSPERSE(登録商標)71000であった。以下の表5の分散体を作製した。
ポリエステル−ポリアミン単一固定分散剤を評価した。上記実施例Iに説明しているように、分散体を調製し、評価した。評価したポリエステル−ポリアミン単一固定分散剤は、SOLSPERSE(登録商標)19000であった。以下の表7の分散体を作製した。
上記に評価した単一固定ポリエステル−ポリアミン分散剤をSOLPLUS(登録商標)D510と組み合わせて、組み合わせが分散体中で機能する能力を評価した。上記実施例1に従って、分散体を作製した。両方の実験は、510グラムのATO及び340グラムのPMで開始した。第一の実験では、25グラムのSOLSPERSE(登録商標)19000(ATOに対して5重量%)及び25グラムのSOLPLUS(登録商標)D510(ATOに対して5重量%)を開始時に加え、45分間にわたってミリングした。更に5%のD510を加え、1時間にわたって処理し、次に、更なる2.5%のD510(合計12.5%)を加え、更に1時間にわたって処理した。第二の実験では、5.1グラムのSOLSPERSE(登録商標)19000(ATOに対して1重量%)及び63.8グラムのSOLPLUS(登録商標)D510(ATOに対して12.5重量%)を開始時に加え、2時間にわたってミリングした。更に1%のSolsperse(登録商標)19000を加え、2時間にわたって処理し、次に、更なる1%のSolsperse(登録商標)19000(合計3%)を加え、更に4時間にわたって処理した。
実施例Iと同様のやり方で分散体を調製した。ほとんどの試料の開始時の分散体は、500gのATO、333gの1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール、並びに、様々な量のアミン変性アクリレート(AMA)及びSOLPLUS(登録商標)D510を含有した。実験が続行されるにつれて、粘度を増加させながら、更にアミン変性アクリレート(ATOの最大5重量%)を加えた。その時点で粘度が依然として高かった場合には、更にSOLPLUS(登録商標)D510を順次加えた。分散体中の成分、それらの量及び粒径を以下の表10に示す。
Claims (22)
- 分散体であって、前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約10重量%〜約95重量%の少なくとも1つの有機溶媒と、
前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約5重量%〜約80重量%の赤外線吸収性、導電性又は赤外線吸収性及び導電性の両方であるナノ粒子と、
前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約0.5重量%〜約50重量%の少なくとも1つのポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーと、を含む分散体であって、
前記分散体は前記ナノ粒子の粒塊を含み、大部分の前記粒塊は、100ナノメートル以下である平均直径を有する、分散体。 - 大部分の前記粒塊が、60ナノメートル以下である平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 大部分の前記粒塊が、50ナノメートル以下である平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約25重量%の少なくとも1つの有機溶媒を含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの有機溶媒が、メチルエチルケトン、1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約60重量%〜約70重量%のナノ粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記ナノ粒子が金属酸化物粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子が、酸化アンチモンスズ、酸化インジウムスズ又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項7に記載の分散体。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子が、約10ナノメートル〜約20ナノメートルの平均直径を有する、請求項7に記載の分散体。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、酸化アンチモンスズ、酸化インジウムスズ又はこれらの組み合わせでコーティングされた粒子である、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約5重量%〜約25重量%の少なくとも1つのポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約12.5重量%〜約17.5重量%の少なくとも1つのポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体が、約60℃で少なくとも1ヶ月間にわたって安定である、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体が前記ナノ粒子の重量に基づいて約0.5重量%〜約10重量%の前記少なくとも1つのポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含み、前記ナノ粒子の重量に基づいて約0.5重量%〜約20重量%の少なくとも1つのアミン変性アクリレートを更に含む、請求項1に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体が、前記ナノ粒子の重量に基づいて5重量%以下のポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体が、前記ナノ粒子の重量に基づいて6重量%以下のポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の分散体。
- 前記分散体が、前記ナノ粒子の重量に基づいて8重量%以下のポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の分散体。
- 組成物であって、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
約40重量%〜約50重量%の分散体であって、前記分散体は、
前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約10重量%〜約95重量%の少なくとも1つの有機溶媒と、
前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約5重量%〜約80重量%の赤外線吸収性、導電性又は赤外線吸収性及び導電性の両方であるナノ粒子と、
前記分散体の総重量に基づいて約0.5重量%〜約50重量%の少なくとも1つのポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーと、を含み、
前記分散体は前記ナノ粒子の粒塊を含み、大部分の前記粒塊は、100ナノメートル以下である平均直径を有する、分散体、並びに
約10重量%〜約50重量%の少なくとも1つの放射線硬化性モノマーを含む、組成物。 - 前記組成物の総重量に基づいて約1重量%〜約50重量%の第二有機溶媒を更に含む、請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて約13重量%〜約17重量%の少なくとも1つの放射線硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 約30重量%〜約40重量%の前記第二溶媒を含む、請求項19に記載の組成物。
- フィルムであって、
前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて約40重量%〜約70重量%の赤外線吸収性又は導電性であるナノ粒子と、
前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて約20重量%〜約40重量%の放射線硬化性モノマーと、
前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて約5重量%〜約20重量%のポリカプロラクトン−ポリアミンコポリマーと、を含むフィルムであって、
前記フィルムは少なくとも40%の可視光線透過率及び約3%以下のヘイズ値を有する、フィルム。
