Claims (8)
- 電気的接触を設けるための少なくとも1つの平板導体半田付け接続素子(4)を有する窓ガラス(1)、具体的には車両用窓ガラスであって、平板導体半田付け接続素子(4)が、少なくとも1つの電気的絶縁プラスチック層(6)と、窓ガラスから導出する配線接続に半田付けするために半田面に接続された1つの導電性層またはフォイル(5)とを有し、平板導体半田付け接続素子(4)が窓ガラスの外面に接着によって取り付けられ、少なくとも1つの電気的絶縁バッファ層(6、7)が、一方では自由に露出された半田面を備える導電性層またはフォイルの一部分と、他方では窓ガラスの表面との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、窓ガラス。
- バッファ層が、層部またはフォイル部と窓ガラスの表面との間に電気的絶縁接合層(7)または電気的絶縁プラスチック層(6)および接合層(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の窓ガラス。
- 半田付け接続素子(4)が接着される表面上に電気的機能素子のための少なくとも1つの半田付け接続位置を有し、窓ガラス(1)自体の半田付け接続位置および半田付け接続素子(4)の半田付け表面が、導電性層またはフォイル(5)を通じて相互に接続されているが、窓ガラスの表面上に突出するようには相互接続されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の窓ガラス。
- コンポジットの内部に電気的機能素子を備えるコンポジット窓ガラスとして実現され、コンポジットの外部に位置する少なくとも1つの半田付け位置にこれらの機能素子を電気的に接続するために、平板導体半田付け接続素子が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の窓ガラス。
- 平板導体半田付け接続素子が、導電性層によって相互に接続されている少なくとも2つの半田付け位置、および2つの第一半田付け位置が接続されるべき第三半田付け位置の領域でのプラスチック層の中断を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の窓ガラス。
- 2つの単極半田足を備える素子が2つの第一半田付け位置に半田付けされることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の窓ガラス。
- 熱可塑性接着剤が、窓ガラスの表面と絶縁プラスチック層との間に接着層(7)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の窓ガラス。
- 接着剤のストランド(11)がその2つの半田付け接続位置の間の半田付け接続素子(4)を亘って越えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の窓ガラス。
