Abstract

−ステップa)において、プリフォームの少なくとも1部分は110℃より高い温度である;
−ステップb)で使用される金型の温度は、65℃以下である;
−ステップg)の間、容器は、収縮を創り出し、容器の容量を減少させるために、容器の少なくとも1部分において、1〜5秒間、600〜1000℃の温度に加熱される、
を有する。本発明は、さらに上記の方法を用いて得られた容器に関する。
Description
ボトルに詰められる液体の温度が50℃より低い温度に達すると、ボトルは収縮帯域で高温に加熱される。収縮帯域の加熱は、収縮帯域を収縮させることにより、ボトルの容量を減少させる作用を有する。収縮により創りだされるボトル容量減少は、液体の容量の変動を補償し、そして容器内側の真空を相殺する。
−低い重さ;
−補償パネルの欠落;
−耐圧基底部;
−重さを減少し得るネック部;
−比較的結晶性の環を形成する収縮帯域;および
−充填後の内部陽圧
充填後の内部陽圧は、特にボトルの貯蔵に関して、多くの利点を有する。これは、その低い重さにもかかわらず、これらのボトルが容器中で陽圧により垂直方向の圧縮に高耐性を有するからである。したがって、ボトルの積層高さは増加される。充填後のボトル中の陽圧も、消費者によりボトルが開けられる際に示される。従来技術に記載されるボトルは、充填後も真空下にあり、開ける際に、そのレベルが減少するのがわかるが、本発明により得られるボトルは、開ける際に、そのレベルが一定のままか、わずかに増加するのがわかる。
ボトルは、容量500mL、質量24gであった。その基底部は花弁型であり、本体部は薄い厚さの上方円筒形帯域および下方の凸状収縮帯域を有していた。このボトルは、約12℃の金型中で、100℃に加熱されたプリフォームをブロー成形することにより得られた。テレフタル酸とイソフタル酸に基づくPETコポリマーがプリフォーム(M&G Polimeri Italia からのCleartuf P85HF)を成形するのに用いられた。ボトルは充填前に3日間、貯蔵された。ボトルは洗浄され、当業者に用いられる充填手順により、85℃で充填された。ボトルを冷却後、上方帯域はボトル中の真空の作用下で変形された。上方帯域の変形は実質的に3.5%に等しいボトル容量の減少を創りだした。ついで、凸状収縮帯域は、1〜5秒間、そして有利には3秒間、火炎処理により加熱された。収縮ステップの間、ボトルは2つの正反対に対向されたステーションの前で回転された。収縮後に、ボトル中の真空は消散された;上方帯域は再びその当初の幾何学的形状を獲得し、そして当初の凸状収縮帯域は円筒形表面を形成した。ボトルは34%より大きい結晶化度を有する収縮帯域を含んでいたが、ボトルの他の部分の結晶化度は32%以下であった。したがって、ボトルは、収縮帯域において密な、すなわち比較的結晶性の帯域を有していた。この帯域はボトルの周囲にわたって拡がり、ボトルの側壁に比較的高密度の環を形成していた。
Claims (7)
- 次のステップ:
a)ブロー成形され得るPETプリフォームを用意すること;
b)容器を形成するために金型のキャビティ内でプリフォームをブロー成形すること;
c)金型キャビティから容器を取り出すこと;
d)容器に液体を充填し、その温度は80℃より高いこと;
e)漏れ防止の態様で容器をシールすること;
f)容器を殺菌および冷却すること;ならびに
g)容器を収縮させること、
を含み、次の特徴:
−ステップa)において、テレフタル酸に基づくコポリマーからなるPETプリフォームが使用され;
−ステップa)において、プリフォームの少なくとも1部分は110℃より高い温度である;
−ステップb)で使用される金型の温度は、65℃以下である;

- 金型の底部が1〜15℃の温度に保持される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 加熱により収縮され、容器の側壁に位置し、結晶化度がネック部を除く容器の他の部分よりも少なくとも2%大きい結晶化度を有する、環状帯域を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造および高温充填方法により充填された容器。
- 花弁型の基底部を含む請求項4に記載の容器。
- 星型の基底部を含む請求項4に記載の容器。
- 補償パネルがなく、容器の容量を2〜7%減少させる変形帯域および収縮性帯域を含み、その収縮は、加熱により、少なくとも同一の割合で容器の容量を減少させることができる、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の容器。
