Claims (19)
- 患者(3)のグルコース代謝に関する少なくとも1つの特性値を求める方法において、
前記患者(3)の血液の体外治療中、特に透析治療中に実施される次のステップ、すなわち、
グルコース及び/又はインシュリンを体外で付加するステップと、
グルコース濃度及び/又はインシュリン濃度を体外で測定するステップと
を特徴とする方法。 - 患者(3)の体外透析治療中に、置換液側及び/又は透析液側を備える透析装置を用いて前記患者(3)のグルコース代謝に関する少なくとも1つの特性値を求める方法であって、
グルコース物質及びインシュリン物質からなる物質のグループから少なくとも1つの物質の濃度を体外で測定するステップ
を含む方法において、
グルコース代謝の検査のために、前記グループの少なくとも1つの物質を前記透析液側(7)及び/又は置換液側(17a、17v)に体外で付加するステップ
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記測定されたグルコース濃度を反映して前記透析液のグルコース濃度を変化させるステップ
を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特性値の決定に前記変化を反映するステップ
を特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 - グルコースを体外で付加した後、透析フィルタ(11)を横切るグルコースの移動量を求めるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの特性値の決定に、前記透析フィルタ(11)を横切るグルコースの移動量を反映するステップと
を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - グルコース及び/又はインシュリンの前記体外付加には、前記透析液側(7)及び/又は置換液側(17a、17v)で付加することが含まれること
を特徴とする、請求項1、3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 本方法の諸ステップ、特に、グルコース及び/又はインシュリンの前記付加を行うステップ、及び/又は、少なくとも1つの手段を用いてグルコース濃度及び/又はインシュリン濃度を測定するステップを自動的に実施するステップ
を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの求められた特性値を出力及び/又は記憶するステップ
を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 患者(3)のグルコース代謝に関する少なくとも1つの特性値を求める装置であって、
前記患者(3)の血液の体外治療中、特に透析治療中にグルコース濃度及び/又はインシュリン濃度を体外で測定する手段を備える装置において、
前記体外治療中にグルコース及び/又はインシュリンを体外で付加する手段
を特徴とする装置。 - 置換液側及び/又は透析液側を備える透析装置を用いて患者(3)の体外透析治療中に、前記患者(3)のグルコース代謝に関する少なくとも1つの特性値を求める装置であって、
グルコース及びインシュリンからなる物質のグループの少なくとも1つの物質の濃度を測定する手段を備える装置において、
グルコース代謝の検査のために、前記グループの少なくとも1つの物質を前記透析液側(7)及び/又は前記置換液側(7a、7v)に体外で付加するよう適合され図られた手段(31)
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記測定されたグルコース濃度を反映して前記透析液のグルコース濃度を変化させる手段
を特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの特性値の決定において、前記変化を反映して計算する手段
を特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記グルコースの体外付加の後、透析フィルタ(11)を横切るグルコースの移動量を求める手段と、
前記少なくとも1つの特性値の決定において、前記透析フィルタ(11)を横切るグルコースの移動量を反映して計算する手段と
を特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記透析液側(7)及び/又は置換液側(17a、17v)にグルコース及び/又はインシュリンの前記体外付加を行う装置(31)
を特徴とする、請求項9、11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 本方法の諸ステップ、特に、グルコース及び/又はインシュリンの付加を行う前記ステップ、及び/又は、グルコース濃度及び/又はインシュリン濃度を測定する前記ステップを自動的に実施する手段
を特徴とする、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも1つの求められた特性値を出力及び/又は記憶する手段
を特徴とする、請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 患者(3)の体外血液治療用の透析液の成分を定める方法であって、
前記透析過程中に前記患者(3)の血液中のグルコースレベルを求めるステップを含む方法において、
前記求められたグルコースレベルに基づいて透析液に付加すべきグルコースの量を調節するステップ
を特徴とする方法。 - 患者(3)の体外透析用の透析液の成分を定める装置であって、
前記透析過程中に前記患者(3)の血液中のグルコースレベルを求める手段を備える装置において、
前記求められたグルコースレベルに基づいて透析液に付加すべきグルコースの量を調節する手段
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜8、17のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施する装置、及び/又は、請求項9〜16、18のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える血液治療装置。
