Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、廃ウレタンフォームおよび廃スチロフォームを粉碎器で1〜10mmのサイズに粉砕し、粉砕されたウレタンフォームとスチロフォームを混合してウレタンフォームを作り、上記ウレタンフォームに混和剤を添加した後、セメントと水を一定の割合で混合してミキサーと工場用レミコン生産装備を用いて軽量断熱ウレタンフォームコンクリートモルタルを作る。材料分離現象が生じないように上記軽量断熱ウレタンフォームコンクリートモルタルを製造して混合場所から各々の打設場所へ圧送した後、スクイーズ及び油圧式圧送装備を用いて打設し、急激な温度変化がないように一定の養生期間に亘って養生する。

下記表2には前述したような本発明の実施形態により製造されたウレタンフォームコンクリートを養生した特性測定結果が表れている。
Claims (2)
- 廃ウレタンフォームと廃スチロフォームを各々1〜10mmに粉砕し、廃ウレタンフォームと廃スチロフォームを5〜7:1〜3の重量比で混合してウレタンフォームを作った後、前記ウレタンフォームに混和剤である水溶性セルロースエーテル系列である暗灰色粉末を添加し、かつモルタルは前記ウレタンフォーム、混和剤、及びセメントの配合割合は、容積比でウレタンフォーム60〜80%、混和剤1〜4%、セメント19〜40%であることを特徴とするウレタンフォームを主成分とするコンクリート用モルタルの製造方法。
- 廃ウレタンフォームと廃スチロフォームを用いたウレタンフォームコンクリートであって、各々1〜10mmに粉砕された廃ウレタンフォームと廃スチロフォームとを5〜7:1〜3の重量比で混合したウレタンフォーム60〜80%と、主成分が水溶性セルロースエーテル系列である暗灰色粉末の混和剤1〜4%、及びセメント19〜40%から構成されることを特徴とするウレタンフォームを主成分とするコンクリート用モルタル。
