Abstract
Description
本発明は、駆動装置に関する。さらに詳しく述べると、限定するわけではないが、本発明は、車両用のハイブリッドパワーを使用し、かつ回生ブレーキおよびエンジン最適化機能を有する駆動装置に関する。
本発明の目的は、少なくとも部分的に従来技術の配列の欠点を解決する駆動装置を提供すること、または従来技術の配列に代わるものを提供することにある。
本発明によると、最終駆動を駆動させるための使用に適した駆動装置は、
−第一駆動手段;
−動力分配ギア配列;
−ポンプまたはモータとして動作可能な第一油圧機構;
−第一駆動手段もしくは最終駆動部から、または両方から同時に、駆動されることが可能であり、ギア配列を介して動作する第一油圧機構、
−第一駆動手段もしくは第一油圧機構、または両方から同時に、ギア配列を介して駆動されることが可能な最終駆動部を有する。
−主軸を有するシリンダバレルであって、該主軸に対して平行に伸びる複数のシリンダを画成するシリンダバレルを備え、
−上記シリンダの一端側に取り付けられたポーティング部材を備え、
−上記ポーティング部材は、その内部において、第一チェンバーと第二チェンバーとを画成し、
−上記シリンダバレルは、ポーティング部材に対して回転可能であり、回転によりシリンダを第一チェンバーと第二チェンバーのどちらかに連通させ、
−上記各シリンダ内にて往復運動を行うように取り付けられた個々のピストンを備え、
−上記ピストン部の一部は、上記バレルの他端側を越えて伸び、
−上記バレルの他端側に隣接して設けられ、バレルに対向する面をもち、上記ピストン部が当該面に当接するように構成されている斜板を備え、
−上記斜板は枢動可能であり、上記面がバレルの主軸に対して垂直であるセンター位置と、上記面がセンター位置に対して正の角を形成する位置と、上記面がセンター位置に対して負の角を形成する位置との間を上記面が操作され得るように斜板が枢動すること、を特徴とする可変容量型軸方向ピストン油圧機構を提供する。

- 最終駆動部を駆動させるのに適した駆動装置であって、
−第一駆動手段;
−動力分配ギア配列;
−ポンプまたはモータとして動作可能な第一油圧機構;
−上記第一駆動手段もしくは上記最終駆動部から、または両方から同時に駆動されることが可能であり、上記ギア配列を介して動作する上記第一油圧機構;および、
−上記第一駆動手段もしくは上記第一油圧機構から、または両方から同時に、ギア配列を介して駆動されることが可能な上記最終駆動部、を有する駆動装置。 - 上記第一油圧機構が、油圧エネルギー保存手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一油圧機構が、開ループオーバーセンタ型可変容量油圧装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記油圧機構が、開ループオーバーセンタ可変容量型軸方向ピストン油圧機構であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記油圧機構が、オーバーセンタに移動するように制御される操作可能な斜板を有しており、ポンプまたはモータとして選択的に動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動装置。

- 上記第一および第二装置が連続的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一装置および上記第二装置の各々がギア装置であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記装置の動力比が1:3であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一および第二装置の少なくとも1つが、開ループオーバーセンタ可変容量型軸方向ピストン油圧装置であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記装置の動力比が2:2であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記動力分配ギア配列が遊星ギアを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一駆動手段、上記第一油圧機構および上記最終駆動部の少なくとも1つが、個々のシャフトによって上記遊星ギアに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一動力源が、第一クラッチブレーキアセンブリのクラッチ部によって上記動力分配ギア配列に連結可能であり、上記第一クラッチブレーキアセンブリのブレーキ部は、上記ギア配列の第一シャフトを選択的にロックするように動作可能であり、上記油圧機構が、第二クラッチブレーキアセンブリのクラッチ部によって上記動力分配ギア配列に連結可能であり、上記第二クラッチブレーキアセンブリの第一ブレーキ部は、上記油圧機構のシャフトを選択的にロックするように動作可能であり、上記第二クラッチブレーキアセンブリの第二ブレーキ部が上記ギア配列の第二シャフトを選択的にロックするように動作可能であり、上記最終駆動部が、第三クラッチブレーキアセンブリのクラッチ部によって上記ギア配列に接続可能であり、上記第三クラッチブレーキアセンブリのブレーキ部が上記ギア配列の第三シャフトを選択的にロックするように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第一駆動手段が内燃エンジンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 第一駆動手段が電動モータおよび電荷蓄積手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 制御システムを有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記制御システムが制御アルゴリズムに従って動作することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の駆動装置。
- 車両に使用される場合の、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 駆動装置油圧エネルギー保存手段にエネルギーを保存することを上記第一駆動装置にさせるように構成されている第二油圧機構を有し、上記第一油圧機構は上記エネルギーを使用して上記最終駆動部を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 上記第二油圧機構は、上記第一油圧機構と同様の構成を有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の駆動装置。
- −主軸を有するシリンダバレルであって、該主軸に対して平行に伸びる複数のシリンダを画成するシリンダバレルを備え、
−上記シリンダの一端側に取り付けられたポーティング部材を備え、
−上記ポーティング部材は、その内部において、第一チェンバーと第二チェンバーとを画成し、
−上記シリンダバレルは、上記ポーティング部材に対して回転可能であり、回転により上記シリンダを上記第一チェンバーと上記第二チェンバーのどちらかに連通させ、
−上記各シリンダ内にて往復運動を行うように取り付けられた個々のピストンを備え、
−上記ピストン部の一部は、上記バレルの他端側を越えて伸び、
−上記バレルの他端側に隣接して設けられ、上記バレルに対向する面をもち、上記ピストン部が当該面に当接するように構成されている斜板を備え、
−上記斜板は枢動可能であり、上記面が上記バレルの主軸に対して垂直であるセンター位置と、上記面がセンター位置に対して正の角を形成する位置と、上記面がセンター位置に対して負の角を形成する位置との間を上記面が操作され得るように斜板が枢動すること、を特徴とする可変容量型軸方向ピストン油圧機構。
